“I like the BBQ @ Sierra. It is different I compare it to Carolina BBQ. The yellow sauce has a bit too much mustard ,for my taste, but everything else is excellent! Friendly and fast service. The beer is “cold”. Give it a try you will like it !“

“We pre ordered for takeout and was asked if we would like to pick up through the Drive Through. The young lady that took my order over the phone was very friendly and professional she asked our name and what time would we be there for our order. I arrived on time and during my pick-up I notice my order that was given to me was very light, after going inside, I meet the manger on shift Bailey who was very professional in handling the mixup of my order/food and in turn helped make my experience extremely positive and enjoyable! The customer service I was given was exceptional and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you Bailey!“

“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“JackStack is and has always been my family's favorite barbecue restaurant. They consistently nail every aspect of what makes a dining experience worth the cost. The high quality of ingredients is readily apparent in every menu item, and yes, I've tried them all over the past 30 years. I have some favorites, of course. The mushroom and onion ring appetizers are the best in town, as are the beans. Also, I'd take the Crown Prime beef ribs over a steak any day. The service is consistently great, and I like how everyone helps each other out. The managers must really push the full hands into and full hands out of the kitchen because empty dishes and glasses don't stay on the table for long, and food is always hot when it hits the table. Ask someone from KC what their favorite bbq is and you'll hear Gates, Arthur Bryants, Q39, and Joe's among others, but it's often based on one favorite menu item, or their favorite sauce. But none of those restaurants has a menu as expansive as JackStack's, which even includes hickory grilled seafood. You really can't go wrong, no matter what you choose. There is something for everyone. If you want to treat yourself, your family from out of town, or some important clients, take them to JackStack.“

“Today was my third time here and every time has been fantastic. This time we had the butterscotch wings, brisket rangoons, Thai basil brisket fried rice and the pineapple rib friend rice. Incredible. Always great service.“

“I have been going there pretty much since they opened. every time I've been I am very satisfied with the food, the temperature and the taste just wonderful. “Just tried this place a couple months ago with some friends that love trying all the BBQ spots and we have been back 4 times now, killer sauce, the jalapeño sausage is the best I've had, ribs are tender and flavourful, burnt ends actually have a some burn and great bark on them and the staff is so friendly, can't wait for it to cool down to try thier pork chili!!“

“Great food on this visit. Everything was flavorful waiter was attentive. While my 2 visits to burnt ends were good had a freind who was with me on my visit go back and had diffrent experience food not as good and staff not as helpful in fact they were antagonistic. My point for bringing this up is that experience can be inconsistent here so my positive experience might not reflect yours but I would recommend giving them the benefit of the doubt because when they hit they hit they hit it out of the park.“

“Best of the best! Smoked turkey is in point and if you like pastrami you HAVE to get thier smoked pastrami on seeded rye w saurkraut and mustard.....omg! It's the bbq version of a rueban sandwich and let me tell ya...it's a game changer! 1 sandwich is Enough for 2 people...or 2 meals if you don't want to share :) The manager was so kind, he brought our service dog a bowl of water while we ate. The server and bartender were amazing...
And we didn't even order drinks! They were just a great team over the lunch hour. Thank you Haywards for making our stop enjoyable from start to finish!“

“First time here. I'll start from the top of what my wife and I liked. Ribs and ham were awesome. The wife loved the cheesy corn. Fries were great. The pulled pork and burnt ends came in second. The beans and sausage were not our favorite. We did enjoy the food very much. This will be a place we will return to.“

Parking: It's a small lot with full-size parking spots, so there isn't a ton of spaces, but if it's full, there is street parking in front.“

“Had an amazing time both times I’ve been here. But my favorite was when we had Patrick as our server. He was very attentive and patient when we asked questions. “Fresh delicious food , the appetizers were amazing 👏 Baba Ganouj, Hummus , Lentil Soup with summak, and Falafel piping hot and crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The mixed grill took a while (so order early) but I know nothing was reheated. Everything cooked there and then. The chicken was juicy , flavorful snd succulent . The lamb chops finger the licking good. the beef sheesh kebab soft and juicy and not dry so the fat meat content was on spot. The only negative perhaps was the sheesh kebab was a bit salty 🧂 for my palate.“

“They are rude and yell at you just because but dont let that freak you out Karen...If your from Texas chances are you not gonna like this joint. But you get so much for your money. This place contributes to the waistline of the locals. Some big people are in this fly-over town. The red bbq sauce SUCKS they would hang you in Texas for serving that mess. Overall they do a pretty good job!“

“Don't ever got here for an holiday!!! They will quote you 2 hours and you'll have to wait 3.5 hours. The hostesses were rude and the management was even ruder. I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“
