“The pork rib choice on the combo plate were delicious, very tender and fell off the bone. The fried mushrooms as an appetizer is a great choice as they are very big. The smoked salmon salad offered a nice salmon portion that had great taste. Our server Scott, did a great job on tending to our dining experience.“

“I like the BBQ @ Sierra. It is different I compare it to Carolina BBQ. The yellow sauce has a bit too much mustard ,for my taste, but everything else is excellent! Friendly and fast service. The beer is “cold”. Give it a try you will like it !“

The young lady that took my order over the phone was very friendly and professional she asked our name and what time would we be there for our order. I arrived on time and during my pick-up I notice my order that was given to me was very light, after going inside, I meet the manger on shift Bailey who was very professional in handling the mixup of my order/food and in turn helped make my experience extremely positive and enjoyable! No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“Just tried this place a couple months ago with some friends that love trying all the BBQ spots and we have been back 4 times now, killer sauce, the jalapeño sausage is the best I've had, ribs are tender and flavourful, burnt ends actually have a some burn and great bark on them and the staff is so friendly, can't wait for it to cool down to try thier pork chili!!“

“I was looking for something different and the brisket Rangoon caught my eye on line and brought me in. The thought of bbq thai fusion was intriguing. I was greeted immediately but was on my own so opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu, the food and the business. I told her I had come in for the rangoon and told her I didn’t want straight Thai or straight BBQ but to pick anything she would recommend. I told her I have a high heat tolerance, no weird food allergies and like just about everything. She chose the red curry burnt ends with steamed rice. The manager joined us and we all had great conversation about the food, food in general and their sister restaurant Muni in the River Market. Food, service, presentation and atmosphere were all fantastic. All of the recommendations were spot on. I look forward to my next opportunity.“

“Great food on this visit. Everything was flavorful waiter was attentive. While my 2 visits to burnt ends were good had a freind who was with me on my visit go back and had diffrent experience food not as good and staff not as helpful in fact they were antagonistic. My point for bringing this up is that experience can be inconsistent here so my positive experience might not reflect yours but I would recommend giving them the benefit of the doubt because when they hit they hit they hit it out of the park.“

“Best of the best! Smoked turkey is in point and if you like pastrami you HAVE to get thier smoked pastrami on seeded rye w saurkraut and mustard.....omg! It's the bbq version of a rueban sandwich and let me tell ya...it's a game changer! 1 sandwich is Enough for 2 people...or 2 meals if you don't want to share :) The manager was so kind, he brought our service dog a bowl of water while we ate. The server and bartender were amazing...

I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“
