“Let’s start with atmosphere. It was well kept with nice decor but I wouldn’t consider it fancy. We ordered the lebnah, liver mousse, and tuna tar tar. The mousse was the clear favorite out of the 3 amongst us. The tar tar was a bit over seasoned with chili or cumin. For the main, we got chicken shawarma and lamb meguez. They were quality and well cooked, but lacking that pop for the price. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and family for its variety and ethnic background. However, it is a bit pricey.”
“Mannnnn. This place is EXCELLENT. My second time here was just as amazing as the first. Eve was our server and she was fantastic. We had a group of seven and a lot of us split our entrees so we could try everything. There was literally nothing we didn’t love. We live three hours away and I would drive here just to eat dinner. Kudos to you guys and thank you to eve for the fantastic service! If you have an opportunity to sit outside on the outdoor enclosure do so! It’s a tropical paradise in Kentucky!”
“My server Amanda on a scale 1-10 she was a 10! I was satisfied with her appearance an he approach she's great she handles everything wonderful! Customer satisfaction!”
“We absolutely loved our visit to Ash & Elm before a Fort Wayne Fever game. We came into town from Fort Wayne. I had googled gluten and dairy free friendly restaurants and discovered Ash & Elm. The place far exceeded our expectations. The environment is very cool- old warehouse vibes with cute decor. We especially appreciated the pride flags and messages of kindness throughout. Our server was awesome. All 4 of us ordered cider flights and told her to choose for us- she did a great job. We loved every selection. The Devour Indy menu was also available and 2 in our party took advantage of it. It was a great value.”
“Just had a wonderful experience, the staff was awesome at explaining everything to us as newbies. Took my husband axe throwing for Father’s Day and we had a blast! It doesn’t matter if you win or lose you’ll be guaranteed to have fun no matter what. The whole setup is so innovative but also very user friendly. We will definitely be back!”

“My friend and I went to Jeff Ruby‘s in 2024, and we were very impressed. The food and service was phenomenal! We will definitely go back there again.”
“This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! We are coming back to Louisville for my bachelorette and we will definitely be visiting this place again! The seafood burger was also delicious!”

“I’ve been going to funtea since they’ve opened and it is one of my favorite places of all time. The owner, Amy, is the absolute sweetest and everyone there goes above and beyond for the drinks, desserts and service. We go here almost every weekend because of how much we love it!”
“One of my favorite places to eat! Good fresh ingredients, love that a lot of items are homemade! I cant get enough of this place!”
“I’ve been to luna’s many times in Louisville, and I was treated with kindness walking in, there’s a guy named Leo who met my needs when I asked for tomatoes in my guacamole, then I ordered a Cuban sandwich which was super delicious. I would recommend luna’s to anyone who wants to visit Louisville! Truly thankful for that experience !!

“this was our first time there we surprised my oldest son who turned 13 today (4-17) the servers were very nice and food was amazing”
“Had an amazing experience at The Mayan Cafe! Their food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with allergies. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure everything was safe for me. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.”
“It's rare that we have a date night on a weekday with two young children, but tonight was the exception. When I realized our anniversary was falling on a Wednesday, Perso was the first place that came to mind. Perso's Prix Fixe Menú is available every Sunday through Wednesday and offers a three course meal for $29. It's no secret that I'm a fine dining enthusiast; but who doesn't love a bargain? If you're looking for a nice night out without breaking the bank, this is your spot. Perso sits at the corner of Oak and Shelby in the same location as the former Square Cut Pizza. The giant windows in the front provide an abundance of natural light. The interior has a modern industrial vibe with painted exposed brick, plants, and Edison bulbs hanging on pendants. One wall with wooden slats gives a Scandinavian feel to the main dining area. It's a small-ish intimate space with a beautiful patio. For my first course, I chose Crostino Di Tonno- olive oil poached tuna, stracciatella, pickled celery, and Calabrian chili. I followed my first course with olive oil poached swordfish, corn chowder, and golden zucchini scapece. For dessert, I had the chef's choice: apple strudel with whipped cream cheese. My husband chose heirloom tomato with roasted eggplant, bagna couda, and fine herbs. For his main course, he had pork tenderloin with edamame, beef dashi, and fine herbs. We both opted for the chef's choice for dessert. I tasted each of his courses and they were every bit as delicious as my own. The edamame provided the perfect texture and his tenderloin dashi tasted gravy-esque without being overly heavy. Mostly notable, besides the insane deal for such decadence, was the fresh flavor combinations throughout. Our table had fresh rosemary as a centerpiece. The corn chowder was right up my alley. I could've licked my bowl if I wasn't trying to pretend to have a bit of class. The swordfish was tender, juicy, and not overly fishy. The tuna flatbread was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The mint on top of my whipped cream cheese truly set it apart. My lavender Manhattan was earthy and smoky, not just in flavor. It was literally smoking. My husband had an old-fashioned. Neither of us were disappointed. Our server, Amanda, was phenomenal. She offered recommendations. She visited our table to ensure we were satisfied the perfect number of times. Her warm demeanor was professional while also being personable. She was everything we hope for in a server. Perso's Sunday through Wednesday Prix Fixe Menú is hands-down one of the best opportunities for an affordable night out. That being said, once you get a taste of what they have to offer, you'll be sold on splurging any day of the week.”

“10 outta 10 would recommend!! What a great restaurant with amazing food!! Family friendly and the owner and his family were so nice! While we waited for our food to be made, we got to put our names on the wall and got to enter act with their son, who was so cute!!”
“It's almost the end of 2024 and I've been having Clean Eatz this entire year. I'd say 90% of everything I've eaten this year has been CE. To say it's been a huge game changer for me is an understatement. I had a stubborn 10lb that wouldn't go away from the Covid years. That was gone in the first couple months. I was also able to set PRs in all distances-5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon and marathon. Having healthy food from Ce definitely played a huge part in that. Prior to this year I'd never ran more than 1200 miles in a year and I'm coming up on 1800 for the year! Also I haven't been sick this entire year where I'm normally sick at least one or two times. It all starts with your diet and I'm so incredibly blessed that I discovered CE.”
“Repeal is truly the spot for a special night out. It's our favorite restaurant, so it only felt right to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday here and they made it unforgettable. The atmosphere is moody and upscale, but still cozy and welcoming. The service is always impeccable, and the food... absolutely flawless. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The wine was just as impressive - balanced, creative, and strong in the best way. Repeal has been our go-to for date nights, but this visit reminded us why we keep coming back: it always feels like an experience. Thoughtful, consistent, and elevated in all the right ways. Highly recommend for any celebration, or just because.”

“We were visiting Louisville and discovered EggOholic. An excellent place for an array of fresh and delicious egg dishes. We devoured the Masala Half-Fry and the Lava Pulav along with warm and crispy Roti. The Gulab Jamun Ice Cream is a must have which made this exotic and intoxicating Indian fare sweet perfection. And if that wasn’t enough, we succumbed to the temptation of the yummy Mango Mastani and divine Desi Chai. EggOholic is easily everyone’s favorite addiction— it’s now mine. Stellar service!”

“I have had several of the Middle Eastern menu items multiple times. Without a doubt it’s one of the best places here in Louisville. If not the best. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are healthy. I need to try some of the Italian dishes. The owner used to work in a top rated Italian restaurant for 17 years.”
“We were greeted by friendly service,, and the food was delicious.”
“We went for brunch! It was heavenly. The espresso martini didn’t depresso. Excellent! My Hubby had a dish with their red sauce & I cannot wait to return for dinner for THAT sauce.”
“We always enjoy our experiences at Volare’. Fresh seafood dishes flown in each Friday for another one of their exquisite seafood entree’s. Large portions are in order and our favorites are the steak with bourbon glaze and salmon with a hot pepper sauce. Don’t forget to order their decadent desserts, even if you take it to go. Caring staff that make certain that your visit is flawless.”

“Great intimate vibe. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with waters and menus. The housemade chex mix was a great touch. The bartender was very kind and attentive and talked through the cocktails with us until we found a drink that seemed perfect. Each cocktail we perfectly executed and so tasty! Went with a group of friends and would definitely recommend a reservation for a larger party to make sure you are all seated together. Can't wait to go back for a date night.”

We take all reviews seriously, and yours is no exception. We have reviewed your comments with our team to ensure accuracy and to identify areas for improvement. According to our records, we seated you at 6:45 p.m., and the check was closed out at 8:47 p.m., which aligns with the standard two-hour window we strive to provide all guests to enjoy their dining experience, even during busy evening hours. When you called for your reservation, our staff informed you that we were fully booked inside and offered seating at the bar, which you declined. You opted for outdoor seating instead. While we do our best to make our outdoor space as comfortable as possible within the confines of Goss Ave, factors like foot traffic and noise are unfortunately beyond our control. “Connors has been a longtime favorite of ours. Over the years, we have had several good meals here, with service that often went above and beyond. I know how hard restaurant work is, and I’ve always appreciated the care the staff put in. But our most recent experience left us disappointed. The service was unexpectedly inattentive. We ordered a nice bottle of wine, but our server never returned to refill our glasses. A French fry order was forgotten, and when we asked about it, things seemed to unravel. The server was visibly exasperated. A supervisor eventually stepped in, handled things professionally, and assigned a new server—but by then the mood had shifted. This wasn’t just any lunch—it was a farewell meal with a dear friend leaving town, and I’d hoped for a flawless experience. At over $230, I expected more attentive service. I don’t share this lightly. Connors has been a place we’ve enjoyed many times. But this visit left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are many excellent Sarasota restaurants where $250 buys not just a good meal, but service that feels genuinely welcoming.”
“We were in Louisville for just a quick trip and our family was looking for a good authentic Mexican place to eat. We were SO GLAD to have found this place! The ambience is amazing and so beautifully decorated. The service was perfect, but the best part of all was THE FOOD. The specials were Caldo de Camaron, Pozole Verde, and Chiles Rellenos all super authentic and tasted just like one would make it at home. The drinks were fantastic, we had agua de horchata and jamaica and both were sooo fresh and tasty. Overall, we were happy that the one place we chose to eat was here!! If you are hesitant to stop by, don’t be, just go!!”

“Dear Jeff's Donuts. I regret to inform you, I can only give you five stars, just know you deserve every single star in the sky. I hope this letter finds you well. The day is Friday. January the 10th, year 2025. Today, Brooklyn and I decided to get donuts for us and the kids, as she wanted to start preparing the chili early. Dunkin’ Donuts was closed, and the order promptly canceled. We debated on making homemade donuts for a short time, before deciding to venture out and try something different. There you were. Shining like a lighthouse in a dark, foggy sea of plain looking donuts. It’s beacon of light piercing through the veil of confusion and blandness. The chaos of ordinary cookie cutter style donuts, never stood no chance, really. Upon inspecting the diverse list of offerings, something caught my eye. The Cherry Dream Long John. I must admit, I was hesitant at first. Cherry is something many do wrong. Alas, I could not resist my own curiosity. The craving for proper cherry took over and consumed my ability to control my impulse. I added everyone’s order, and sent forth the courier of deliciousness promptly to your location. I had to have it, and I had to have it now. A short time later, the courier arrived, carry what was quite possibly the biggest donut box I’d ever seen. It was then, at that very moment, I knew deep inside of me that these truly were going to be no ordinary donuts. I quickly flayed the tree pulp and adhesive bondage from the chest of donuts, with the utmost anticipation. Not knowing truly what to expect, but having the highest of hopes. I opened it with the utmost care. At first glimpse, I was overwhelmed. I immediately closed the box in disbelief and looked at Brooklyn. She understood from my expression, that this indeed, was no ordinary box of donuts from no ordinary donut shop. It took a second, but after the shock and excitement faded, I re-opened the chest of delight, and we handed them out. The kids got chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts, which were absolute behemoths. You could tell, they were iced in all of their glory and size, with care and intent. Brooklyn withdrew her blueberry donut. She was pleased. Then it was left to me. I picked up my Cherry Dream donut, and stared at it for a minute. Marveled by its creamy, fresh and delicious appeal. Almost entranced by the faint smell of cherry and freshly cooked dough. I tried my first bite, and immediately knew not many would follow, as I couldn’t contain myself. It was perfect. From the creamy, fresh soft icing, that was a perfectly balanced flavor profile of cherry. Not the overwhelming fake cherry that becomes too much to bear after the first few bites. The sweet, delicate taste of cherry done right. Just enough to leave you craving more. It was that profile, mixed with a soft, fresh, airy dough that had such perfectly placed and crafted air pockets inside that it couldn’t possibly have any other explanation than god himself, wanted them to be there. Alas, I had acquired the perfect cherry donut. Jeff, from my heart to yours. To you, and your crew of artesian donut crafters as well, I’d like to say thank you. Thank you for this experience that has filled me with so much joy. Thank you for these children, being able to experience what a TRUE donut, really is, in all of its glory. I could not recommend Jeff’s donuts enough. I must abruptly end this, and I am sorry. There is now a strawberry donut calling my name. I cannot refuse its calling. I cannot ignore its voice, like a siren in the sea. I cannot ignore its succulent temptation. I must indulge.”
“The Taylorsville Rd location is one of the cleanest and friendliest Waffle Houses I’ve been to. Had very excellent service from Malcolm at a recent visit, and a nice chat with Brandon and Malcolm during our visit. Both were very friendly and explained the extended menu options. Malcolm made sure our order was made perfectly and he made sure our beverages were filled. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”
“The Louisville Dinner detective show is an amazing experience, so much fun, great laughs, good food, the service is wonderful, and the actors are hilarious. The plot is intriguing, and the clues are plentiful .”

“Best tasting smoothie around. Do yourself a favor and try them.”
“From the outside, The Fat Lamb looks modest, but inside it’s all modern Mediterranean flair meets Kentucky hospitality.
I started with Brussels sprouts dressed in pomegranate molasses and chilies, sweet, spicy, and perfectly balanced. The lamb was cooked to perfection, complemented by a smoky black BBQ sauce that let the meat shine. Finished with their award-winning Nutella mascarpone mousse, llight, airy but still a little too rich for me.
Service was exceptional, attentive without pretension, and every dish felt thoughtful and purposeful. Only downsides: parking can be tricky”

“EXCELLENT food! Great portions. The salads are fresh and the chicken is flavorful and tender. My go to dish is the Athenian broiled chicken. It’s out of this world delicious. I haven’t written a review for any restaurant in a while but had to post about this place bc it is amazing. Definitely recommend but I kind of hope this place doesn’t get too busy! It’s such a gem 💎”
“I did work for the person that owns this restaurant they're avoiding me trying not to pay me I wouldn't eat here they don't pay the people that do the work on the place for them to charge so much money for such low quality and I heard them bragging about watering down their liquor”
“I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.”

“This is an Old Louisville gem! The menu is diverse, fresh, and always super flavorful. I love the frequency and creativity of their specials! And the staff and space are always super inviting. It's a fantastic neighborhood ramen shop with amazing charm and food! I'm so thankful they moved in!”
“So much easier on our emotions than visiting a shelter, so you can interact with the fur babies and relax until you reach a decision. Great coffee from Quill's Coffee and yummy snacks! Amazing volunteers who help to make the entire experience very relaxed and chill.”

All options available to us. Nothing was left off the table. Michael, our server was thoughtful nice, just so nice. The ladies and I enjoyed a wonderful luncheon this afternoon.”
“The food is wonderful and you get to cook the meat yourself at your table! Pretty awesome!”

“How could we rate Ruth’s anything other than 10/10. My Wife graduated college yesterday (Thank you, Thank you) and our experience at this establishment felt personally catered. Khalil, Ricky, Kiki… this is exactly how an upper echelon dining establishment should be run. Multiple service checks, casual conversation, fast cooking, and the food was of the quality to which we paid. I couldn’t be more grateful. For the sake of the readers I’ll keep it simple, take a night out at Ruth’s. When you do, ask for the servers listed above!”
“On top of an exhaustive wine selection, Matt Winn’s Steakhouse boasts one of the largest bourbon collections in Bourbon Country, paired with a fine dining experience that overlooks the historic equine racetrack, Churchill Downs. Upon arrival, you are ushered via golf cart from the parking lot to the restaurant, located on the 6th floor. Immediately entering, you are overwhelmed with a southern hospitality and a selection of beverages par, none. The interior is modeled in typical Col. Matt Winn’s style of the 1920’s; you will find bourbon barrels, stained glass, and low hanging crystal chandeliers adorning the space where you can have private conversations without feeling like you’re at someone else’s table. The menu is simple, yet leaves nothing to want. Many accompaniments are available for a variety of items and the sides are portioned to share with the table. Service includes a delicious focaccia, and the staff operates in a way that does not interrupt, however you will never need for anything. Consider Matt Winn’s for your occasion dining, business meals, or treating your date to a fine meal that will not soon be forgotten!”
“A few years ago I was in Savannah, GA and everyone was raving about Mrs. Wilkes Fried Chicken. I tried it and I considered it the best fried chicken that I’ve ever had. That was until a couple weeks ago when I went to ata restaurant Louisville for the first time, I was told the Fried Chicken was delicious and I needed to try it. IMO, the Fried Chicken here is hands down the absolute BEST that I’ve ever had!! It was so good that I ordered two more Fried Chicken dinners to go to take home 4.5hrs away the next day. It is a must stop every time that I’m in town. If you haven’t been here yet, I highly suggest that you try it soon. Thank you, Chef David!!”
“The food is always excellent, staff is always friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy for a ‘fancier’ restaurant - never feels stuffy or pretentious. Love coming here for special occasions or when we just want to treat ourselves for date night.”

“The pizza is lit. Service is efficient and dude is super nice. I really wish the ranch was better and did not care for the type of cheese on the white pizza but other than that I cannot complain- I love all the other slices. The texture/chew/crunch of the crust is perfectly balanced, the flavor is spot on, and the options, value, and recipe are right on point. I stopped going to The Post when I found this place- this pizza exceeds Spinellis, The Post- better than any other NY style pizza around here. Plus, Locally owned and operated ? ❤️”
“Cafe Shiraz is an absolute gem! My sister and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. First tempted by the beautiful pastries in the case, we ordered a baklava and an almond croissant. Then we turned to the menu and got the Breakfast Platter For Two. We took our seats in the cozy, bright cafe and ate our desserts first - unbelievably delicious! The baklava was flaky and delectable; the almond croissant was served warm which brought out the flavors of the buttery layers and sweet almond. Then came the breakfast platter! Life changing!!! This was essentially a charcuterie board of breakfast goodness, including fried eggs, ham, a bagel, feta cheese, butter, cream cheese, walnuts, honey, sliced veggies, strawberries, and lavash. We noshed on this wonderful concoction combining different flavors with each bite. Everything was fresh and delicious and the lavash was crispy and seasoned to perfection. In addition to the amazing food, the atmosphere is cozy and bright and the proprietor was extremely friendly. Located on the corner of Brownsboro Rd and William St, close to Mellwood, Cafe Shiraz is the perfect spot for a meal or snack before or after shopping at Mellwood Arts Center or Work the Metal, or walking around Nulu! A solid 5 stars!”
“Tried this for the first time today and loved it! Just when I felt there were no new interesting spots in downtown Louisville, a friend recommends InSeason. Yes! Wonderfully flavored and very friendly service by all. They moved fast and kept the place hopping. Very clean, too! Love the farm to table options. We will be back!”
“We had an incredible dinner at Eden & Kissi for my son’s birthday. The Curry Chicken was rich and perfectly spiced, and the smoked Red Snapper was absolutely wonderful—flaky, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were so lovely and welcoming, it genuinely felt like we were being invited into their home. Their warmth and attentiveness made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy authentic flavors and heartfelt service. We’ll definitely be back!”
“We stopped by after an early bird Valentines Day. The staff was so welcoming and lovely. The decor is great and matches us perfectly; he loves bourbon, I likes wine. The game corner with cozy couches was a great place to unwind. The 6 flights were a great option to sample the extensive wine list at a super reasonable price. We are so sorry to have slept on this gem for so long. They hold several events, tastings and socials. Looking forward to adding to our regular rotation and checking out the calendar!”
“We had the BEST experience! Our server was attentive and informative. The food was great. Many choices. All delicious. Highly recommend you try this venue. We went for brunch.”
“Absolutely delicious. Food arrived quickly, staff professional. I had the sampler with sweet potato fries which totally hit the spot. Adding this place to my list of favorites.”

“Highly recommend this iconic place! We celebrated our anniversary last night and had a wonderful time. Great food and service! I had the chicken and my husband had the pork chops both delicious. The drinks were made well and our dessert was the flourless chocolate blood orange cake. The evening was perfect!”
“My favorite place to go for a good bite and drink. The employees and service is wonderful. I highly recommend for everyone to go to this place.”
“Diverse and delicious menu. Great atmosphere and ambience.”
“Delicious food and friendly service. Location has new ownership & rebranding as of 2024. Orange chicken was delicious. The scallop & shrimp combo garlic sauce was also great! Must try!”
“Great place that has a TTRPG night, Trivia night, live music and what may be the best nuggets and fries in town. They have an excellent beer menu that changes frequently”
“We found this gem looking for a cigar lounge to relax. OH MY DEAR GOD how is this place not just packed to the gills with people. A large variety and eclectic bourbon. Friendly staff. You can buy hard to find bottles at damn near MSRP. Of this isn't on your list of to see places your missing out. We had a bourbon from 1940 and it was fantastic.”
“Friendliest staff!! Most delicious food! All around perfect dining experience!!”
“Great food and service every time. Only disappointment was they were out of one of my favorite menu items. But love everything I have ever gotten there”
“The food was exceptional! Only to be out done by the service! Meghan was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect choices for dinner. I would highly recommend River House and even more so if Meghan is taking care of you!”
“This place is a diamond in the rough kinda place tucked away!! Really delicious and drinks! Staff wonderful knowledgeable about what they have and super friendly!!! Definitely will go back!!!”
“My friends and I went to the restaurant on May 10, 2025, and we were impressed! The food was fantastic and we will be back m. The service was amazing and we had a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend everyone to check out this restaurant.”
“Just moved to Louisville 2 months ago and I can’t get enough of this delicious food. Easily one of my favorite places here.”
“My friends and I ate at malones tonight. It was an amazing experience. We had 2 wonderful servers, Robbie and Louis , they were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We can’t wait to go back!”
“The gyro platter is amazing, you definitely get way more than your moneys worth in food and the staff were also very friendly.”
“Our first time going here and definitely not our last. The food was simply amazing and the service was excellent. Hubby and I shared the cheese sticks , he ordered the chicken pasta (that’s not the exact name ) and I ordered the shrimp and grits with the fried okra on the side. We tend to be picky eaters but wanted to step out of our comfort zone and we are so glad we did. Literally some of the most delicious food we ever had. We even ordered dessert ! I got the beignets cause why not and my husband got the banana cheesecake. 10/10 recommend”
“our waitress was so sweet!! I went with my best friend and her family today and got the spicy tuna roll and yum yum roll, it was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten!! will definitely recommend in the future to anyone looking for a new place to try.”
“What not to like, service and food is wonderful. Just priced a bit $$$$$$. But, why not.”
“Our waitress, Erin, was welcoming, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and thoughtful. Food was outstanding. All of Erin’s recommendation exceeded expectations.”
“Incredible food and really wonderful service. Had a reservation for 10 last night and everything was perfect. Also, we are sorry for hanging around so long at the table last night, we were seated outside and didn't realize when you had closed”
“Great Experience in the Land of France, I especially like the Escargot, Calamari and Lamb Chops! But the special tenderloin with salad was SPECIAL and the Ruby Trout was full of capers. To top of the evening a trio of gelato, what a real treat. Jeff our server and the hostess were also attentive to the table and friendly. Put this restaurant on your list to visit and enjoy a meal together.”
“The food here is excellent. Mom and son turn out great Caribbean dishes.”
“I like Brian the bar tender. He is nice, friendly and does a good job. He sure knows how to make a good manHatton I would recommend this place to every body.”
“My sister and I shared a wonderful evening at Cuvee last night. We overindulged on some recommended reds, and thoroughly enjoyed sharing a few small plates and the dinner special of salmon over fettuccini pasta. We were pampered by the staff and treated to a birthday dessert. We can't wait to come back.”
“Very very friendly staff & excellent food! Would highly recommend it to others!”
“Food was prepared so well!! All our dishes were nice portions, excellently prepared. Sangria was better than we had in Spain! Waitress was very busy but served us well The only big negative was the noise level. You could not hear folks at your table We would return considering the food was top notch! Yummy mushroom soup, crepe, meat croquettes, empanadas, etc.”
“We took our out of town guests yesterday. Our server Jessica was amazing! She really made our night! (If you are reading this Jessica, y’all/yins did a great job! Lol.) Everyone loved their cocktails. The pork chop was very tasty and perfectly cooked, loved the shrimp and grits… so flavorful! The salmon was also delicious! We had the cheese and hummus plate as a starter and I was not a fan. The hummus was gummy and had an odd flavor. The rest of our group didn’t mind it. I could have had the bruschetta as my meal… yum! For dessert we had the bread pudding and asked to have some bourbon to pour on top (so good!), the lava cake (wow) and the brûlée (coffee flavored and very nice). We were the last to leave and Jessica and the rest of the staff treated us if we had all the time in the world. We so appreciated that! Our experience was so special! Thank you!”
“The food here is always so good, it’s very nice inside and the staff is great. Our favorite hibachi and sushi spot in Louisville.”
“A quiet and relaxing gem a feel of a speakeasy with the Kentucky flair. Good drinks + great food.”
“I love the Surfer Girl omelette and this visit was no exception. Our service was great and we had no waiting. The restaurant is clean and well lighted. The only issues today my guacamole looked like it was on the verge of turning brown and my half waffle was so cold the butter wouldn’t melt. The waitress warned it up for me in the microwave but that isn’t the same as a fresh hot waffle.”
“Very friendly and clean environment. Managers are constantly walking the floor and stop and check on their patrons.”
“We enjoyed our dinner at PF Chang's last Saturday evening. The food was very good and the prices were more reasonable than we had remembered. Our server was very conscientious. One thing I should mention, however, is that the restaurant didn't have a record of our reservation even though I had received an email (or perhaps it was a text) confirming our reservation and also received a message to remind us about our reservation. When I mentioned these things to the hostess she said that their system doesn't always interface well with the Open Table app. Just something to be aware of! If you make a reservation using Open Table, you might also want to call the restaurant at some point prior to your dining time to confirm that you actually do have a reservation. In our case the fact that the restaurant didn't have a record of our reservation didn't create a problem because they had plenty of tables available when we arrived.”
“Nice little place, tasty beer! Can’t believe it took me this long to get there!”
“Hell of a good place to eat and drink!! loads of draft beer to please anyone!! Joey and Rodney are as good as it gets!! If your in the area you need to check this place out!! we will be making the hour and 20 minute drive back down here in the near future!!!”
“My family and I went for Thanksgiving. The meal, from salad to dessert, was exquisite—amazing. The staff was friendly, kind, patient, and downright nice to share our holiday with. The staff helped bring the eclectic environment to life. The whole family enjoyed the evening wholeheartedly.”
“Restaurant Review: Exceptional Service from Gabriel at LongHorn Steakhouse
I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—Gabriel Ordonez Chingo Chin. At just 16 years old, Gabriel demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and efficiency beyond his years. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably.
Gabriel’s attention to detail and customer service skills are truly impressive. He keeps the front of the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and puts in the effort to make every guest’s experience a great one.
I also have to mention that Gabriel has a strong and supportive girlfriend, Jessleen, who keeps him in check—but even with that dynamic, he remains focused and dedicated to his work. His ability to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment is commendable, and LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him on their team.
If you’re dining at LongHorn, rest assured that Gabriel will make sure your experience starts off on the right foot. Keep up the great work, Gabriel!”
“Alan our bartender/ waiter wad so amazing and knowledgeable. My woman and I travel to many restaurants and Stoney River is top of the line . Everything there was outstanding . Thank you Stoney River .”
“Went to this establishment for the first time. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing. I actually had the waitress pick out her favorite dish and bring it to me and it was an awesome choice.”
“This was my first time dinning at Taj Palace and the food / service did not disappoint. The vegetable pakoras, paneer pakoras, chicken korma, hot chai and naan were all amazing. The service was quick, food was piping hot, and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I will definitely be going back.”
“Good food but very upset that the menus are not the same from one restaurant to the next. I need gluten-free and dairy-free. The Omni slays it with the El Chingon but it's not available at Hurstbourne. Ughhhh. What a letdown. Please change this! I would order this meal every week or more.”
“My husband and I visited for Valentine's day. I generally enjoyed the experience. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was rather pleasant. Of course the meat just kept coming, although I'm not big on eating that much beef. For my expectations and taste the steaks should have had more tenderness. It seemed to have been overcooked. The sides and salad bar were delicious. The only other downside is the 20% gratuity that was automatically charged when it was stated on the menu this was for a party of six or more, it was just two of us. I feel we should have been made aware of such a charge. I didn't notice until I got home. I do plan on returning bc my husband loved it, for my taste I'll stick to the chicken and the salad bar.”
“such an elegant atmosphere with affordable dishes. The service was fantastic. I ordered the blackened salmon Caesar salad, which was the best Caesar I have ever had. Also the tiramisu was fantastic.. this is a great ambience restaurant if you’re looking for a classy place to go for lunch or dinner that has an elegant comfortable atmosphere”
“My food was great. My fiancé’s chicken parmigiana was plain. No seasoning. $18 for an Oktoberfest 😵 I can buy a 24 pack for $17.49. Over charge much.”
“You can be as safe or adventurous as you want here. We had never tried sushi with beef, but it was a unanimous favorite (ditto crawfish). Other tuna/salmon plates pleased our group. Even my Moscow Mule's ginger was balanced, thank you John Taffer. Skip the gas station sushi and eat here instead. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I enjoyed the time I spent at Akasha trying some of their beers. Both the bartender and the customers seemed really welcoming and friendly, and I had a few interesting conversations with them. The beers I tried were all sours, and they were delicious. The beer quality seemed high, and there were no off flavors. The gose and peach chiffon sour were very tasty, and I’d love to try their other beers someday. Next time I visit Louisville I’ll have to stop by again.”
“Sat outside. perfect weather. food was outstanding. got the goat cheese appetizer, clam pasta, tomato and burrata salad. great drinks. server (LiLy) was very attentive. Perfect dinner”
“The food was fantastic! The waitress was awesome. Highly recommend it!”
“We enjoyed spectacular unique food & delicious cocktails with a nice atmosphere. Our server was phenomenal.”
“I love to love this place, I’m so happy I tried this place out!”
“Chris was very friendly and helpful with selecting bourbons and beverages for a relaxing preflight drink...or two! Good prices for an airport. Didn't get a chance to try any food but cheese curds and pot stickers sound good!”
“Delicious. Try the garlic edamame. You’ll love it. I had the super white tuna and salmon sashimi. The fish was fresh and plentiful. My only regret: I’ve had carry out twice and both times food items were missing. The first time: sashimi. The second time: soup and salad. I’m going to give it another go.”

“This is my most favorite restaurant. I wish they would get on to doordash so I could have it delivered across the bridge to Jeffersonville Indiana. When I worked downtown Louisville at Humana we would eat there at least three times a week. All of the employees loved this restaurant. Please consider going on to doordash. I am disabled and cannot drive anymore so I cannot go to the greatest restaurant in Kentucky or Southern indiana. Thank you”

“We went here Saturday night visiting from Nashville. Seemed like the best views. We sat at the bar and Sam served us. He was fantastic. The crab tartar was ok. Didn’t have alot of flavor but was still good. I can’t wait to drive back up and eat on the rotation dining area. Ps. Tell Sam the girl who wanted the SNACKS says hi. 🤣”

“Our visit to BTS was awesome. This place should be awarded a Michelin star! Everyone in the group arrived separately and was brought to our table. I started with a caesar salad with chicken which was a nice addition. The parmaesan cheese tasted like it was just freshly cut! Our entrees arrived and mine was cooked to perfection. The red sauce was soooo tasty! Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves. The decor is gorgeous and the presentation of our meals was upscale. Patty was excellent, refilled our drinks promptly and overall just took great care of us. For those reading there is a big parking lot in the back which I had no trouble parking my truck. Also our previous visits we didn't book thru Open Table since it was just us 2, but those were just as good!”
“For my sons birthday, Jacob Withrow ,he wanted family to meet at the Village Anchor (10 of us ) We all have been raving over how good the food was after we left there yesterday. It all came out in a timely manner and done the way we asked , and Bravo to the chef. Our waitress Melissa was fantastic she was on to of everything and made sure we all were taken care of and happy . My husband is very picky when it comes to food and he was absolutely gives 10 stars to the Village Anchor. We all said we would make the 2 1/2 hour drive to eat there again. This was a great choice my son Jasob Withrow made. You did very well Village Anchor !!!! Peggy Hubbard, Somerset Ky.”
“I ordered this for the very first time and I was impressed. I am used to eating Taco Bell and I noticed they also have a box meal at Jack in the Box. They are priced the same but Taco Bells tacos don't have any sauce on it. Jack's does have a red salsa and you can taste the corn taco. It was very flavorful. Also, their small drinks are actually a medium so don't be scared to order them. They are also one of the few restaurants that put tomatoes on their chicken sandwiches which is amazing. All in all I was happy with my meal.”
