“My husband and I went on Friday night for dinner. Could not wait to try the new menu and it was simply awesome. To start with, our sever team was Isaac and Cheyanne and they were great. We never waited for anything. The Hot Crab Claws and Foie Gras Torte for appetizers were divine. I ordered the Duck Cassoulet and my husband had the visiting fish, Sea Bass over Yakamein. While the fish was excellent, the Duck ruled the table. Thanks to the Servers and Kitchen for a wonderful meal. We'll be back.“

“A New Orleans must! Great tasting, traditional Creole food. Food comes out HOT and the portions are big! A more simple menu that has just enough options and you can’t go wrong with any dish (although I recommend the red beans and rice, stewed or fried chicken and the praline bread pudding). Very impressed with how friendly the staff was. We will definitely be eating here again next time we are in town!“

Her customer service was A+++ Centorrey made coming to this restaurant a joy that I had to see her manager personally and verbally tell him what an amazing job she did. Thank you so much Centorrey and Hadji (Manager) for a great experience. The food and drinks were on point as well just removed those little airplane fans because that do nothing for that NOLA heat. “Service was good. Appetizer (Duck Spring Rolls) was very good. My girlfriend ordered the salmon salad, I had the blackened tuna. It took 45 minutes for them to arrive at the table! Tuna was very good, salad was very oily. $1.50 bloody Mary's were bland, guess that's what you get for a buck fifty. Except for the long wait and oily salad, it was good. Would give it a second try. Waiter did comp the appetizer for the extended wait, fyi.“

Ambiance (4/5): Be sure to wait outside, behind the line on the ground, instead of walking through the door to be seated. We were told that there was no phones allowed (including taking picture/video taking)! My friend got scolded when she took pics of her food and I got yelled at when I took a video from the *outside* of the establishment. The tables are long and you may get seated with other guests. It’s dark and has a dive bar feel.
Service (4/5): They are bustling so service was a little slow. However, the waiter (from upstate new York) was a hoot and gave us the best recommendations for what to get (and not get!) Expect the staff to curse and talk without filters haha
Food (5/5): Everyone at the table was floored with their meals. I got the Coop’s Taste Plate which had a little bit of everything. The gumbo to start was packed with flavor. The fried chicken had a thin and crispy skin, moist on the inside (Get the 3 pieces if you get the main dish because some of the pieces were a little small.) creole, beans/rice, and jambalaya were all super flavorful. We couldn’t have been happier.
Friends loved the Chicken Tchoupitoulas which was juicy and to die for.“

“Kelly is the best. I live in Shreveport, but had to do my family reunion events in or around New Orleans. Food Symphony was recommended to me by my cousin. I called Kelly and she got the ball rolling. We had good communication through the planning of my Meet and Greet Event for my family. When I walked into my rented space, I was amazed how beautiful the entire set up was. I had the colors I wanted, and all the foods I had requested. The foods were beyond delicious. Seems like more if a local hang out rather than the usual New Orleans touristy place, which is a definite plus! Added bonus, my husband lost his knife the night we were there. He called the next morning to find that they indeed had found it and he could come pick it up anytime!! What a relief since it had been a gift from our son. They also have a little nod to the staff on the menu - you can buy them a beer for $8, which we were happy to do! They deserve it!“
