“I like love it because of its simplicity, awesome food, and service. The waiting staff don't bother, you get your food almost immediately (fresh and fast) and if you choose to eat their the booths are very secluded so you and a friend, co worker, date etc can eat undisturbed (my favorite part). Highly recommend“

Our server Louis was incredibly charming and attentive, giving us excellent menu choices —as it was a hard decision. Every dish was a work of art—both in presentation and flavor. “My husband and I went on Friday night for dinner. Could not wait to try the new menu and it was simply awesome. To start with, our sever team was Isaac and Cheyanne and they were great. We never waited for anything. The Hot Crab Claws and Foie Gras Torte for appetizers were divine. I ordered the Duck Cassoulet and my husband had the visiting fish, Sea Bass over Yakamein. While the fish was excellent, the Duck ruled the table. Thanks to the Servers and Kitchen for a wonderful meal. We'll be back.“

“A New Orleans must! Great tasting, traditional Creole food. Food comes out HOT and the portions are big! A more simple menu that has just enough options and you can’t go wrong with any dish (although I recommend the red beans and rice, stewed or fried chicken and the praline bread pudding). Very impressed with how friendly the staff was. We will definitely be eating here again next time we are in town!“

“We dined at Commander’s Palace with a group of four, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. Reservations are definitely recommended—this place is popular for a reason. The service was truly the best I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we sat down, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Chairs were pulled out for us, and there were dedicated servers for drinks and food. Every dish was brought out at the same time, with multiple staff coordinating to place each plate down simultaneously. Even the drink server meticulously cleaned the table with a small food pickup tool and replaced entire water glasses rather than just refilling them. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that really set this place apart. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, with warm lighting, tasteful wallpaper, and comfortable seating. Dressing up is encouraged, and it adds to the classic New Orleans fine dining charm. Another fun touch: they wrap up your leftovers in foil—and shape it into a swan, which was such a delightful surprise! As for the food, I personally loved my meal, though a couple of my friends were a bit more critical of their choices. Still, the quality and presentation were excellent overall. If you’re in New Orleans and want a special dining experience, Commander’s Palace is absolutely worth a visit.“

“Kelly is the best. I live in Shreveport, but had to do my family reunion events in or around New Orleans. Food Symphony was recommended to me by my cousin. I called Kelly and she got the ball rolling. We had good communication through the planning of my Meet and Greet Event for my family. When I walked into my rented space, I was amazed how beautiful the entire set up was. I had the colors I wanted, and all the foods I had requested. The foods were beyond delicious. My family enjoyed the foods, and can't stop talking about the experience that had in Harvey, Louisiana at the Food Symphony/Timeless Moments Event Hall. Thank you Kelly and Trena. Everything was pleasing.“

“This was the best meal we had our whole trip!!

Ambiance (4/5): Be sure to wait outside, behind the line on the ground, instead of walking through the door to be seated. We were told that there was no phones allowed (including taking picture/video taking)! My friend got scolded when she took pics of her food and I got yelled at when I took a video from the *outside* of the establishment. The tables are long and you may get seated with other guests. It’s dark and has a dive bar feel.
Service (4/5): They are bustling so service was a little slow. However, the waiter (from upstate new York) was a hoot and gave us the best recommendations for what to get (and not get!) Expect the staff to curse and talk without filters haha
Food (5/5): Everyone at the table was floored with their meals. I got the Coop’s Taste Plate which had a little bit of everything. The gumbo to start was packed with flavor. The fried chicken had a thin and crispy skin, moist on the inside (Get the 3 pieces if you get the main dish because some of the pieces were a little small.) creole, beans/rice, and jambalaya were all super flavorful. We couldn’t have been happier.
Friends loved the Chicken Tchoupitoulas which was juicy and to die for.“

Seems like more if a local hang out rather than the usual New Orleans touristy place, which is a definite plus! Added bonus, my husband lost his knife the night we were there. He called the next morning to find that they indeed had found it and he could come pick it up anytime!! What a relief since it had been a gift from our son. They also have a little nod to the staff on the menu - you can buy them a beer for $8, which we were happy to do! They deserve it!“

“We visit this restaurant every time we come to New Orleans. The owner is so sweet and kind and the service as usual is excellent. While here this time the owner was having the bar tender to make different drinks and she kept bring over drinks for us to try, I am not talking about little shot glasses but regular drink classes.
