“We were over the top with the entire meal. We started with the sampler appetizer and it was amazing. I had spaghetti and meatballs with the Italian house salad and my fiance had the meatball poboy. Everything was amazing and so delicious and the service was excellent. I have looked for an Italian restuarant to please my palate and have been disappointed but NO MORE, Gendusa's has met my expectations above and beyond!”

“My only regret is not finding this spot sooner! I'm in town a few times a month and just happened to drive by and stop today. First off the waitress (Mrs. Lisa) was amazing! Super friendly and sweet! drink never ran out before I had another sitting beside it. I ordered the fried craw claws and the swamp platter. It was all cooked fresh and came out very quick. Seasoning was on point! very large portions (no chance you're leaving hungry) This is the first restaurant in the area I give a 10 out of 10. let's face it most NOLA restaurants rush food in and out and season just enough to get by because of the tourists! I'll be seeing you again Mrs. Lisa! (side note her husband is also a Dolphins fan so make that 11 out of 10 stars)”

Trash on the floor and water everywhere. The restroom didn't get checked at all that day. Good thing I went on my way out. It was extremely displeasing and made me wonder what the kitchen may look like. I won't be back anytime soon, but my granddaughter likes their Chicken Alfredo, and that's the only reason I dine there.”

“I had the tenderloin and oxtail pho and if it wasn’t for the slow service I would have given this restaurant 5 stars. The broth was full of flavor and the meat was fresh and very good quality. The ox tail was melting off the bone. The restaurant was very clean and staff was very nice just very laid back. It is a little pricey however the quality is well worth it.”

“I ordered a chicken salad, salad, there was a 4.50 upcharge. It was amazing and extra large. We got three servings from it. Delicious with blueberries and strawberries on a bed of lettuce. It was expensive but excellent and very large. My bill with ice tea was about $25.00.”

“I had a very good ribeye there for a lunch, juicy and tender. Mashed potatoes were a great addition to it. It was a good idea to update the menu (previously there was a sirloin, average at best). Thumbs up for very reasonable prices of food in general.

I went down the bar to get some late night food To-Go, my bartender was super sweet and the restaurant luckily takes Apple Pay! I ordered a burger and fries and it was so good. “Great Shrimp Creole! Good Service when not busy. Decent place to get a small taste of New Orleans before you leave. -1 Star for the Catfish not being Crispy Cornmeal based Catfish, it was chicken-fry style batter, not very Authentic Nola style catfish.

There are perhaps better options in this Airport for more Authentic Creole/Cajun food but the Shrimp Creole was good so 4 Stars.”

“From the top: This restaurant is located at the end of Gate B where Spirit flies out of. Literally at the end. You can’t see it. Keep walking. Hostess did not escort us to a table. She told us to find a table on the other side. So we did. After being seated, I saw another family be escorted to their table. I don’t like the phone ordering part. Don’t make me work for it. Make sure your camera phone/tablet works/is charged up, as there are no handheld/paper menus. You have to place your order from your mobile device. There are NO PICTURES on the mobile menu. Weird. Wait time was good. No issues there. I orders the jambalaya. It is very tasty and hot! Just the right amount of spice and heat. Plenty of yummy and mild andouille sausage, shrimp (24/30 and one size down) and tender chunks of chicken that I was able to cut with a spoon. It is not skimpy at all! (I did have a big piece of shrimp cartilage though). My jambalaya looks like someone else’s pic from a year ago and that pic was impressive!! The price and that pic are the reasons I ordered it. I’m pleased…and FULL!!! Woo! I’m struggling to finish it 😂 Because I also ordered dessert, everything came out at once. I don’t like that. My dessert will not be cool when it’s time to eat it. I’m hoping there are bananas in my banana pudding but it doesn’t look like it. I see two banana slices on top. If you sit in the “booth style seating” you can charge multiple devices. You can even use just your USB cord. The lady who served me was nice and polite. She checked on me at least twice before I submitted my review. She took away my dirty napkin while I was eating. That nice and unexpected. Overall, it’s 4stars. I would eat here again. Not bad at all for airport food! Hope this helps!!”

“Queen's Cuisine is definitely 5 out of 5 Beans using the old NOLA Tom Fitzmorris food critic scale. The stuffed Bell Pepper with shrimp and stuffed catfish fish exploded with flavor. The cornbread is old school from scratch, nothing frozen. If you're anywhere in NOLA metro, its a must stop. The dinning room is closed however you can call ahead or order from the window.”

The last time we got them they were raw tortillas with meet inside and some sauce on top. There weren't placed in an oven and covered with sauce and cheese like they use to be. Loved how the tables are spaced apart so you don't feel like you're too close to strangers. The staff was friendly and honest! With that said, my mom forgot something in the ladies' room. They were fresh and absolutely delicious. You do put the icing and sugar on yourself and they give you plenty of icing so it’s perfect!! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for this cake any time of year. Ordered off season in September. Pricey, especially the shipping but worth it.”
