“This is my favorite Starbucks because I pretty much like everything about this one. Any hot food I order comes out evenly heated, I don’t always get that experience in other Starbucks. My favorite drink is hot Earl Grey tea and I’m really enjoying the free refills on that! It’s so nice to walk in and have a pleasant interaction with the baristas. I was just in yesterday and Jay-R took my order. He was so kind and welcoming not just to me, but to every customer that came in. I don’t have that where I live, I want to drive to this location because of the way I’m treated. It’s a lovely group of people working there. It’s clean. It’s only a few steps from the parking garage (free parking 2 hours!) aside from moving to Pike and Rose I can’t imagine it being any better for me and my family.
