“My husband and I were walking around the MGM, and saw this place with good music, and a pretty lounge atmosphere. We were curious, to see what they offered, and happy to see that they are a boba store. We got a split cup to share. The brûlée milk tea was good, however, I would like it with less ice, on the other side, we got a Kaui fruit tea. This was pretty and pink with star jelly, but a bit too sweet for me. The lady working in the front was nice and helpful. We would go back if we happen to go to the MGM again.“

“The menu had too many good options and I wish I could come here all the time to get through the entire menu. During this trip, we tried the ube milk and the mango yuzu black tea. Both with boba of course. The ube milk was made with real ube so it was starchy like a potato, thick like a watered down milk shake, and really delicious. It wasn't sweet to me, it felt like a dessert vs a drink. The real winner was the mango yuzu black tea. It was also made with real mango fruit puree and tasted like a mango fruit leather. Bursting with flavor from the mango and had a zing from the yuzu, it was the perfect drink for the warmer weather outside. The boba was also so soft and chewy. This was a true boba place. And it was literally ran by one guy. If I lived in DC, this would be my go to boba drink place for sure.“

“Teaism is a well-known teahouse brand with four shops in Washington, DC. I prefer the one in Dupont Circle because it has a cozy and homely feel, especially the upstairs dining area with windows overlooking the street. The place has an Asian-inspired decor and offers quality teas, all-day breakfast, bento boxes, light Japanese and Thai-style meals, and some snacks such as cookies and Asian-inspired desserts like matcha gelato, jasmine creme brulee, and mochi.We ordered salmon and Korean Beef Brisket bento sets, which tasted amazing. The salads that came with them added crunchiness to the food. The mochi had the expected texture and taste. It's a self-service establishment, so there is little to discuss about the service.“

“Dumpling District is in the back of Luna Food Hall. It's a cozy spot with tables and couches. There's also bubble tea, ice cream, and a bar here to go along with your meal. They made the dumplings fresh in front of us and they were amazing. The one thing I didn't like was the stir-fry noodles because it didn't have much flavor. Definitely come here for a fresh and tasty soup dumpling!“

“I had their brown sugars, Zhang , Zhang , special Boba and I give it five out of five stars. My favorite brown sugar Boba is from Tiger Sugar, and I would say that this one might be even better. The Boba itself is nice and chewy and the drink is very creamy. Will be coming here again. Next time I'm in Georgetown to try out more of their flavors.“

“I loooove bubba tea. Came to this location in Ballston Quarter. I always get the Taro Milk Tea at any bobba tea shop and this time was no different. The drink was not overly too sweet, it was just right. I enjoyed this drink. Would be back here when I'm in the area.“

“The food is consistently very good I love the tea service and the very large dining room downstairs. The staff are usually helpful and somewhat friendly. I wouldn't say the food is great value but it's a decent value for current Washington DC prices. The Teaism brew shop next-door, which I never realized was there until 2024 because the signage is so inconspicuous, has some really fantastic selections. Their buyer/curator has excellent taste !“

“I went back after months not coming because I felt like their boba teas wasn’t worth it. I recently order online for pick up and the boba tea is good, but I wish there were descriptions of what goes into the drinks in the case of an food allergy.“

“Solid service, great drinks, I'm in here at least twice a week. I think their boba are about the best in the area, they're usually very fresh. When they didn't have something I ordered on the app once, the young man working the counter went out of his way to make me something I'd like as an alternative. My only complaint is how expensive they are.“

“I tried their (smoothie) sky shake and it was probably the best bubble tea flavor I’ve ever had. I was curious about the flavor since blue isn’t a common color for drinks and they described it as “blue matcha with coconut.” I personally don’t enjoy the flavor of coconut but this didn’t have a coconut flavor to it. It was subtly sweet and creamy. The tapioca pearls were not as dense as I would have liked them to be but that may just be my preference. The price was about $10 for a cup so it was a bit steep but it could be due to the location. Overall, I would suggest giving the sky shake a shot!“

“Great little boba, drink and pastry shop. I've only had the bubble tea and it's always been great. The workers are kind as well. Just know that they put a lot of sugar, to the point that at 100% sugar all the flavors taste basically the same. Aside from that, it's a great place that I would recommend (and takes GWorld!)“

“I'm only going to review this place for the Bubble Tea section so this is strictly for Bee's & Tea. I don't think there's a listing for it but it's inside and you order at the bar. Very interesting concept but it works. Overall, since it's inside Asia Bistro, you'll see tables for diners and lots of cool modern asian decor. Even walking in has a small fountain that is the first thing you'll see. The bar itself has the entire menu of what you could order Boba wise but you could also order alcohol too. There's many options to pick honestly. I got the Strawberry Blush drink. It's black tea that's lightly sweetened with strawberry puree with strawberry heart jelly. It's really cute! I think I should have opted to order Boba instead because the jelly takes an effort to drink through the straw. I don't really have much to say but it's boba, lots of different teas to pick from ranging from Milk/Fruit/Thai Tea/Coffee, ect with many toppings.. Can't go wrong with a nice drink after food.“

“Gong Cha is the OG and there's a reason they're everywhere! Lots of flavor selections, quick service, and good tasting bubble tea. Ordering with the kiosk can be a bit weird because for some reason you can't change sugar or ice level on some drinks, but if you order at the counter the staff can make those modifications for you. I ordered a classic - dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba was excellent! Not super chewy, but not hard either. Went down easily and tasted great. The brown sugar milk tea tasted like brown sugar, not much to speak on there. Will be here whenever I'm in Rosslyn and have a hankering for bubble tea.“

“I was in town from Tampa Florida and found Share tea across the street from my hotel. I went twice in the same day I loved it so much.!!! I am still thinking about the tea I had..:not sure if I will be able to find a place here in Tampa as good as ShareTea … The girl was also so helpful that was working there to explain the different teas that I could have.“

“I came here recently and everything is good, the food is very good, but too expensive in my opinion. The portions of fish in my bowl were also small. There’s also a bubble tea shop right next to it (2 different counters, same building space). The only thing that really turned me off about this place was that they were playing r&b music, rap music, and soft rock. Put on oriental-themed music instead! The music that was playing seriously messed up the good oriental vibe! Also, the decor is very nice, but consider adding more if you can... Otherwise, all else was very good. “They've got a lot of unique bubble teas. I initially came for the Tiramisu tea, but it felt a bit dry on the top, although it did have a good balance of milk. I'm at least glad it was not overly sweet. I personally prefer their fruit teas, which are so refreshing, especially the grapefruit oolong. Service honestly wasn't as friendly, and my boyfriend and I had to use an iPad to order.I would come here, but unfortunately was not blown away by their tiramisu boba.“

“By far, this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the Washington, DC area (and it's a well hidden secret - but that is not going to last for long). There are plenty of options for vegetarians. I am a meat eater, for what it's worth, and they cook all of their food in a very clean manner. They also give you very generous portions. I can't tell you how great their restaurant is - and I hope you go to it.“

“It's a cute little shop serving different drinks and other treats. Personally the frozen yogurt was okay and sorta tasted like yoplait yogurt which brought me back to my childhood. I personally really liked the lychee jelly's and mango poppers.“

They always have a flavor that's right for the occasion, whether I need the caffeine of Thai tea or something fruity and light, and I love that I can get extra boba (the black tapioca has just the right chew). Their mango sticky rice is also really delicious; they know how to pick the mangoes.“

“First coming here I was a bit stressed from the day and ordered my usual, a black milk tea with extra boba. The tea was sweet but not overpowered with the milk inside. They didn't use powdered milk, they used regular but in their options menu they could change out the type of milk if you asked. ( almond, etc) The drink came out fast. I sat down and it was already done which was quite nice. So I was able to sit down and truly enjoy the drink for a bit. The place itself was small but comfortable, with things to look at in every turn. I went down to the back hall and was greeted by the many artworks or phrases on walls from other customers. I had time to kill so I took some time to add in my own touch and although they only had two markers at the moment, they took the time to look around to see if they had any others with me asking. It was a very nice experience and I truly enjoyed it. It certainly made me less stressed. I would come back here again. :)“

“I cannot complain. The house sauce for the ribs was exactly what I was craving. Ribs were tender and super soft. I like how they placed the sauces on the side for you to determine how much you want. The only thing was the Mac n cheese could use a little more flavor in my personal opinion. Otherwise the food tasted great, presented well and the staff were courteous.“

“Tried Gong Cha for the first time and enjoyed what I had. I got the Taro Milk tea which tasted really good. I thought they had a fairly wide selection of flavor and add in’s. My only suggestion is to add Brown Sugar Boba to the menu for add ins! Otherwise gong cha satisfies.“

While there are 3 digital kiosks to order inside, it is a rather hectic interior.The drinks taste good but they don't taste as fresh as other stores. “I got the mixed meat order; two meats and macaroni & cheese. It was twenty bucks. There is more than enough meat for one person to have 3-4 meals. The ribs were very meaty and had a nice Smokey taste (see pictures with the smoke ring on edge of the ribs). Brisket was tender and tasty but a little too lean to make this pappy happy. “I think their menu descriptions are confusing for those who don't order a ton of bobba tea. Some of the items I thought with come with bobba, didn't and the names for the tapioca bubbles was different then I had seen before. The passion fruit green tea was great, one of my favorite items. I got a roasted chestnut milk tea with tapioca bubbles and was really confused on what the other item in the bottom was (was it nuts, was it candy?). I think for those with allergies or who are new to the tea world would really benefit for some better descriptions.“

“My grandson and I were walking around the shops when he decided he wanted boba tea. We walked into Tea Mansion and the smells from all of the tea was so wonderfully aromatic and mouth watering. The server was very friendly and answered his questions and was very nice and not bothered. He got the raspberry blush with popping bubbles and it was almost gone by the time we walked out.
