All of the baristas are so sweet (Aurelius, Felix, Damien to name a FEW ; i'm bad with names but I would die for you ALL). they always remember my name and are so so sweet with me and my friends. there's a particular seat i like and they'll even come and let me know when it's open. also they have taught me how to properly order bc the thing i was getting was not what I wanted and i didn't know how to fix it — now my order is perfect every time !!!! the music choice is good and the atmosphere is great as well.“
“I have been going to this location every week (at least once) for a couple of years as it’s right outside my neighborhood. There have been times they got it wrong but every time I have been I have had excellent customer service, and they have fixed the problem right away. Most times it’s been right on the money! The staff is friendly and I love connecting with the drive thru person in some way, whether talking about my company or a mutually loved football team. This location is everything you hope for in a Starbucks: clean, friendly, efficient, and consistent. We’ve visited both the storefront and drive-thru several times, and the service has been smooth every time.
My mocha was made well and the staff was upbeat and accurate, even during a busy late morning rush. Inside is calm, well-lit, and perfect for a quiet break. Plenty of seating and outlets.
Parking is easy, the drive-thru is quick, and the restrooms are clean. This store keeps the standard high—and that matters when you’ve got kids that may lick the table at any moment.

I was there to pick up coffee orders for a 2025-26 staff breakfast celebration at Bugg Magnet Elementary School by members of Raleigh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. “Honestly, I’ve just had two great experiences (this year) of stumbling into a free cup of coffee here.
Two weeks ago, I guess the barista called off work, so the Harris Teeter manager was running the Starbucks. He told me he couldn’t make anything special, but he’d be happy to give me a free cup of coffee. I humbly obliged.
Today, I walked up to the counter and the barista had a drink in his hand and said “What size were you going to order?”
I just looked at him puzzled. Then he said, “Because I accidentally just made the wrong drink and you could just have this one.” (I think his name was Chris, so props to him)
All in all, I’m happy walking over to this Starbucks in the Teeter as opposed to fighting hordes for the one around the corner. Cheers to these people!“

“Exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. Location is perfect, right in the middle tons of stores. Very clean and the employees are always nice and professional. There is minimal indoor seating and plenty of seating outside. There's a large open space for kids to play just outside the store.“

This is an ordinary Starbucks, except for one thing: they have "railings" set up outside (adjacent to the outside seating area) that look as if they are intended to tie the rope of a horse if you were to ride up horseback. We found this cute. The service is OK. We noticed that whenever someone enters indoors, a lady behind the counter barks out, "hello," "good morning," or "welcome back" in a loud voice. We typically ordered the Impossible breakfast sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, coffee, steamed milk, and a couple of pastries. These are standard Starbucks food offerings, they tasted pretty good. Prices are moderate.“
“I have only had great experiences here. I have a few picky requests when I order a Grande: Double cup; 1 Sweetner; Room at the top so it doesn't slop over; 1/2 inch cream. They happily take it all in and I get just what I wanted every time. I've only been in the mid-afternoon, and the same happy faces are always there.“
“This particular Starbucks always has a very efficient drive thru service. There are far too many times though inside especially in the ordering area this isn't kept up with. I love to get a coffee and sit and read etc but not here unless it is warm enough to be outside because the unkempt areas are not inviting and more annoying is they are so busy and have so many employees you would think they could just assign someone to make a clean through.

Usually, we hate to order at last minute, because staff are exhausted and people are ready to clock out. But, Ms.Julie told us to order she’s more than happy to serve us. “Hello, I just wanted to comment on my experience with one of your employees at this Starbucks. I usually don’t write these kinds of reviews but I felt that customer service of this young lady was so impressive that I felt compelled to write something.
I’m relatively new to Raleigh and have found the customer service here in many drive thru lines to be absolutely horrible. People will rush you, act like you don’t exist when drive up to pay, or are just really rude. I’ve literally had more than one drive thru experience where I’m thinking about how rude I was treated days later.
About a week ago I went through the drive thru at your Starbucks and was greeted by a friendly voice who took my order. As I drove up to the window, I was met with the friendliest, most genuine smile and “hello” as she quickly handled my order and got me on my way. She was very professional and got my stuff ready quick. Her name tag I believe was Joy, or possibly Jan. I was kind of blown away. I was like “Wow!” there are actually nice people providing great customer service in Raleigh.
Anyways, as a result of this experience, I plan to continue coming back to this particular Starbucks, even though it’s a little farther from my house than another one, just to have the chance to have Joy (or Jan-sorry!) help me.
Note to your mgmt: you should make sure that this employee is as customer-facing as possible and, most importantly, make sure she’s happy and doesn’t leave, I guess for my own selfish reasons. In case I’m totally off on her correct name, she seems to be young, with green hair or some other color in it, not sure.

“I traveled noon on a Tuesday while the airport was less busy, so keep that in mind. There was no line and service was good. My order was correct, food was fresh. No complaints. You can purchase a North Carolina mug here from the ‘Been There’ series if you happen to collect them. This location is in terminal 2 by gate D14 of the Raleigh/Durham airport.“
“This is a fairly nice Starbucks. It has an interesting location, off of an alleyway in a shopping center. There is indoor and outdoor seating, I chose to sit inside as it was February. The service is friendly and the beverages I ordered, a strawberry parfait and a steamed milk, were good.“
