“This particular Starbucks has made my Chai perfectly for three years, since I moved nearby. I'm one of those who has a complicated order and most Starbucks get it wrong once in a while. Well, today, my birthday, they got it wrong. So wrong. My order is 9 pumps, no foam, no water. Seems simple, right? Yeah, no. Usually the mistake is that I get lots of foam but non-fat milk. Today I got lots of foam, lots of foam. So I asked for the guy to remove the foam before I even tasted it. He took it but made another online order before making mine. Then I got my drink and… ,. skim milk, water, and weak chai. It was like drinking warm milk. Just no. So I asked a young woman there to make me a new one and she also made an online order first! And when I finally got my drink and tasted it, it was just okay. Not quite bland but not spicy like it usually is. But at this point I just wanted to get out of there having waited far too long so I took it and left figuring I would microwave it and add some spices when I got home. I did get a Happy Birthday as I was walking out, which was nice. What is most disappointing is that this Saturday crew needs some training on customer service. There were only a few online orders waiting and a customer standing there in person should take precedence, especially if they got the order wrong. This was not the birthday drink I had been hoping for.“
“Very clean environment and hard working staff. One of the baristas gave me latte art, I've never had that done for me before. It was a very kind gesture. I'm not sure what her name is, but I'm sure the staff know, so give her a shout-out for going above and beyond amidst the Wake County bustle!“

I just want to update my wonderful experience coming to get my coffee a few days a week that I am in this area.
I so look forward to seeing this morning team.
It’s like walking in to a big warm hug and welcoming.
It makes my day to see you all and the great customer service is the positive, kind, smiling faces behind the counter, and the extra bonus of a “good morning Cindy”
Just a treat that adds to anyone’s daily adventure.
I come for some excellent coffee, but the blessing are all the fantastic team members!!! You exceed excellent customer service and I appreciate you.

“Good Starbucks although it seems like everytime I go my drink gets made differently even though I order the same thing, which honestly shouldn't be a thing. But its not bad by any means just make sure you're specific about how you want your order. They do have a good selection of merchandise as well.“
“We accidentally ordered our drinks on mobile for the wrong location and were initially told we would need to call corporate to get a refund and then reorder from their store. But after 10-15 minutes on hold to request our refund, the manager, Makayla, came out and told us that they would go ahead and honor our drink order even though it was our mistake that we ordered from the wrong store. They were absolutely slammed because today was Pride, but they still helped us out — this is a prime example of a company putting the customer first and we really appreciate the team working at this location taking care of us. Thank you!“

“Drinks and service are always very good! But there is a small drain on the exterior, right by the entrance, that causes a dip in the concrete. Unfortunately my elderly mother tripped on this dip and I just wanted to warn everyone to be careful when walking in and/or carrying your drinks outside.“

Two weeks ago, I guess the barista called off work, so the Harris Teeter manager was running the Starbucks. He told me he couldn’t make anything special, but he’d be happy to give me a free cup of coffee. I humbly obliged.
Today, I walked up to the counter and the barista had a drink in his hand and said “What size were you going to order?”

“Ms.Julie was by herself today and we came in for our drinks at last minute. She kindly took our orders and made it to orders with the biggest smile on her face. Usually, we hate to order at last minute, because staff are exhausted and people are ready to clock out. But, Ms.Julie told us to order she’s more than happy to serve us. My drinks always taste amazing and I've never had any issues. Most of the time, the drive thru lines are short, but if they get long the team has been quick to go through the line. “Hello, I just wanted to comment on my experience with one of your employees at this Starbucks. I usually don’t write these kinds of reviews but I felt that customer service of this young lady was so impressive that I felt compelled to write something.
I’m relatively new to Raleigh and have found the customer service here in many drive thru lines to be absolutely horrible. People will rush you, act like you don’t exist when drive up to pay, or are just really rude. I’ve literally had more than one drive thru experience where I’m thinking about how rude I was treated days later.
About a week ago I went through the drive thru at your Starbucks and was greeted by a friendly voice who took my order. As I drove up to the window, I was met with the friendliest, most genuine smile and “hello” as she quickly handled my order and got me on my way. She was very professional and got my stuff ready quick. Her name tag I believe was Joy, or possibly Jan. I was kind of blown away. I was like “Wow!” there are actually nice people providing great customer service in Raleigh.
Anyways, as a result of this experience, I plan to continue coming back to this particular Starbucks, even though it’s a little farther from my house than another one, just to have the chance to have Joy (or Jan-sorry!) help me.
Note to your mgmt: you should make sure that this employee is as customer-facing as possible and, most importantly, make sure she’s happy and doesn’t leave, I guess for my own selfish reasons. In case I’m totally off on her correct name, she seems to be young, with green hair or some other color in it, not sure.

“This particular Starbucks always has a very efficient drive thru service. There are far too many times though inside especially in the ordering area this isn't kept up with. I love to get a coffee and sit and read etc but not here unless it is warm enough to be outside because the unkempt areas are not inviting and more annoying is they are so busy and have so many employees you would think they could just assign someone to make a clean through.

“Exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. Location is perfect, right in the middle tons of stores. Very clean and the employees are always nice and professional. There is minimal indoor seating and plenty of seating outside. There's a large open space for kids to play just outside the store.“
“This is a fairly nice Starbucks. It has an interesting location, off of an alleyway in a shopping center. There is indoor and outdoor seating, I chose to sit inside as it was February. The service is friendly and the beverages I ordered, a strawberry parfait and a steamed milk, were good.“
“I traveled noon on a Tuesday while the airport was less busy, so keep that in mind. There was no line and service was good. My order was correct, food was fresh. No complaints. You can purchase a North Carolina mug here from the ‘Been There’ series if you happen to collect them. This location is in terminal 2 by gate D14 of the Raleigh/Durham airport.“
