“Absolutely loved my meal at JoJu UES! I ordered the bulgogi bowl and added the lemongrass chicken - both were fantastic.

The bulgogi completely stole the show - it was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The chicken was delicious as well, and they were very generous with the portions of both proteins.

The chicken is tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and I really like how a squeeze of lime lifts the broth and makes it taste even brighter and fresher. The portions are generous, the service is consistently good, and the restaurant is always clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. I often come here for lunch with my coworkers, and it has become one of those reliable spots we keep returning to. If there’s one downside, it’s that the restaurant only opens from lunchtime onward, so sadly it’s not an option when I’m craving a good bowl of pho in the morning.“

They have lots of options and combo meals that are actually worth it. We got the lemongrass chicken rice and grilled pork vermicelli, both super flavorful and surprisingly light. The chicken was so juicy and well marinated, and everything came with fresh veggies on the side.

- Tigger Prawn Pad Thai - fine, personally could have skipped
- Wilted Pea Shoots - heavy on aromatics, for better or for worse :P

“Came here after a failed trip to Sojourn Social.

Got amazing service for my takeout order. The woman taking my order answered all of my questions and they immediately began working on my order. Once I ordered, she immediately walked to the back to make the coffee I ordered.

I also always feel at ease when I see staff taking their lunch break inside. One person (out of many!l was taking their break, and they were enjoying the food.“

“This place is my go to whenever I am sick. The spicy lemongrass pho is my medicine. I just tried their chicken wings last night and I will ordering more! The grill platters are good as well. did you also know they allow you to order directly to them using a rewards app call BUTTER? it keeps track of your orders and gives you GREAT rewards.

I was also very sick a few months ago for almost a month and I asked little extra things (limes, extra chili oil) and they were so accommodating.“

“I have found this place by chance. It's quite close to my place, but if you don't really look for it you won't find it. It's take out only. They have pho, bun bo, ramen and curry soup, along with bahn mi and other bowls. I loved the beef pho, and I really appreciate how they adjusted it to my taste. “I wish i can rate more than 5 stars, I’ve had pho all over the US and their Shirt Rib Pho has been the standout w no doubt. Service is warming, and price is good regarding how GIGANTIC their short rib is (i would always have to take some home each time). I have brought almost every friend of mines here, and everyone LOVED IT! You can’t quite tell how big the rib is from the picture, but that’s seriously almost as big as my forearm😋

Ps: i always order their pho when i am hangover too! Good protein and perfect soup can cure everything“

Papaya salad veggies were super fresh. And the portion size?? AMAZING!! recently portion sizes at restaurants sizeably decreased especially for salads. But this place surprised me!! The baguette for the bread was also fresh and light and was toasted to perfection. Deliver was right on time! Which is a whole another level of skill in nyc.
