Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

Buffalo had perfect slice, nothing sweet mixed in, romaine was crispy and the Caesar dressing was the perfect Amount without making the wrap soggy. Situated on Willis Avenue in the beautiful upscale neighborhood in Albertson, Nassau County, this Subway location is super modern and clean. Most Subway locations that I've been to, especially in the five boroughs, are all depressing looking and in dire need of updating. The female employee that prepared my sub was friendly, and the sub turned out solid. The Raspberry cheesecake cookies that I received were stale. I believe that their cookies are supposed to be soft baked? No biggie. Anyways, I would return here in the future for a quick bite.“

The app used for online order charged some hidden fees that were not made transparent. When I confronted them about this during pickup, they immediately gave me cash back for the hidden fees that even they were not made aware of. I appreciate the honesty and the food was very good. I especially like the steak quesadillas, the Beast and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak hero. Super tasty! The wings were a little overdone with some burnt sides but overall still tasty. “This location is simply amazing! Jay and the friendly staff are incredibly accommodating and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is great, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a huge plus. They’re very personable and remember their customers, which makes you feel valued. I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future. Plus, they don’t charge a delivery fee for Uber Eats or DoorDash, and their prices are the same as if you went into the store. “I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient. “I like to eat their 6 inch Chicken Buffalo Cheesesteak Sub, 12 inch Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak Sub, Fries, and Hi-C Fruit Punch it’s very good.
I come here a few times and I love it so far. My number 1 favorite to get is the Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak. I like the flavor of the chicken. Of course I like lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo too. Next time I’ll try the Chicken California Cheesesteak , or the Chicken Philly Cheesesteak.“
