“Frankel’s came across my for you and I instantly started following them. Once I made it to NY, I made it a priority to check them out. Their pastrami egg & cheese is what caught my eye & I was not disappointed. Great spot. Definitely worth trying out when you’re in Brooklyn“

“What a lovely spot! I had the Cold Italian sandwich and it was scrumptious, and if I lived in the neighborhood I would absolutely be there all the time to stock up on pickles and olives and other charcuterie staples. And the sidewalk tables are perfect for people (and dog!) watching“

“Little hole-in-the-wall place with a ton of character and good food. The owner was super friendly and accommodating (let me order a breakfast sandwich after breakfast hours). We chatted while our order was made and it made for a nice personal experience. We felt valued although we were "just tourists".
Check em out, good food, good prices, good service.“

“Where is the 6 star rating option? Such a great meal and a great experience. Almost 90 years the restaurant has been there, my family goes every time we return to Brooklyn for almost 40 years this is one of our traditions. Delicious beef with cheese.....mmmmmm!“
“What an amazing place. I moved to LIC months ago and immediately identified that Culture Lab was a great community hub. From motorcycles to art work to comedy shows, they have it all, and they support it all. I loved it so much I became a volunteer. If you want to experience LIC, the arts, and a great community of humans doing the right things, please check out Culture Lab!
And no, they didn't ask me to write this. I just love this place and what they are doing.“

“My favorite bagels in Brooklyn and I’ve tried dozens of spots. Not cheap but so worth the price. Wish they had a couple more chairs but it’s a small place. Staff is really nice too.
I highly recommend the pretzel bagel if you wanna switch things up.“

“That coffee slushee was a great treat on a hot day and for a hangover.
I got the middle eastern bagel but tried my friends Sephardic wrap - wow that wrap was everything I’ll go back for that. Middle eastern bagel is cheeses and saucey but has no meat so it didn’t hit like I was expecting“

“Perhaps the best first-time service I've ever had at a place that serves sandwiches, and I've lived in Brooklyn since the 90s. The subs themselves are solid, not gonna blow your mind or anything but definitely the best in the area. The owner and workers there are all super friendly and welcoming, which is rare in nyc but I guess par for course in this family friendly area (maybe too much so, doesn't even feel like Brooklyn).
The ambiance is immaculate. Great place for kids and adults alike. Again, food ain't anything to write home about, but you'll never get let down from a sandwich from Sub Hub. Just wish their hours were better but if that's the price you gotta pay for excellent service I'm all for it!“

“Excellent turkey meatball sandwich, served super hot and fresh (they make everything to order so you never get a sandwich that’s been sitting around). Staff was awesome, and the cashier showed a clear passion for the food as his recommendations were detailed and genuine, and importantly the place was very clean. Looking forward to coming back at some pour!“

“This place is great for a late night run. It is a nostalgic local favorite. It feels like it's straight out of the 70's or 80's.
Roast beef sandwich and cheez fries are fiyah and great for ruining your diet. You will thank me later.

“I am vegetarian. I was pleased to see that the cheese was not sliced on the same machine as the meat. Employees were respectful and service was quick. They were attentive to my allergens and dietary restrictions and I appreciate that. I will definitely return.“

“In a world where hunger strikes like a relentless villain-sama, Subway stands as a beacon of hope, a sanctuary where heroes are forged. Today, I embarked on an epic quest to create the ultimate sandwich, and Subway did not disappoint!
As I entered the Subway dojo, the air was thick with anticipation. The Subway Masters, Johnny-San and Lillie-Chan in their signature uniforms, greeted me with the respect due to a wandering warrior. Their skills were unmatched, their knowledge of ingredients vast—a true testament to their training.
The assembly line was like the forging of a legendary weapon. Each ingredient was a sacred relic: the crisp lettuce, a shield to ward off the enemies of hunger; the succulent meats, the sword to strike with precision; the cheeses, a mystical aura that binds the sandwich together. And let’s not forget the sauces—each one a secret technique passed down through generations, adding depth and power to the creation.
Choosing my bread was the first challenge. I opted for the hearty Italian herbs and cheese—its golden crust symbolizing the strength of an ancient warrior. Then came the fillings, each layer a strategic choice in the battle for flavor supremacy. I could feel the spirit of a thousand anime protagonists guiding me, urging me to craft a sub that would stand the test of time.
The moment of truth arrived as I took the first bite. It was as if the heavens opened, and I could hear the triumphant music of victory! The flavors exploded like a finishing move in a climactic battle, each element playing its part to perfection. The sandwich was not just food—it was the embodiment of a hero’s journey, a testament to the power of customization and creativity.
Subway, you’ve done it again! My hunger was defeated, my spirit revitalized. This was no ordinary meal; it was a saga, a tale of culinary excellence that I will recount for generations. If you seek a meal that’s more than just food—if you seek an adventure—Subway is yours.“

“Deliriously delicious shop in the East Village! The sandwich rolls were the best I've tasted in NYC and perfectly toasted. My love and I enjoyed The Hog, a vermicelli and meat salad with the best fish sauce, and a lamb taco. I especially was impressed with the cleanliness and food handling. Go to "about us" to read the interesting story of the two friends/owners who we were so fortunate too meet at Wheelers in Sheepshead Bay.“

Was sitting in traffic on the Belt and asked google to find me a nearby deli...Jimmy's Famous pops up...less that 5 mins away....hell yeah....ordered a turkey hero with provolone....I'm a Chef by profession...this was by far the BEST Turkey Hero I've ever had. PERFECT. Owner was awesome too. We talked baseball...he had recently gone to Fenway...I had recently returned from Los Angeles and we talked Yankees, Mets, Dodgers, Boston. “Taku Sando elevates the simple delight of a tamago sandwich to an art form. My online order of a tamago sando was prepared ahead of the expected time, a pleasant surprise indeed. The milk bread enveloping the filling was exceptionally soft, offering a delicate contrast to the subtly flavored, creamy tamago. This dish is a testament to the power of quality ingredients and culinary finesse. A must-try for those who appreciate refined simplicity.“

“Bustling little eatery with reasonably-priced smoothies, wraps, sandwiches and burgers. Friendly and helpful - made room for our family of four to sit at the small bar to eat. Grilled chicken sandwiches were great and burger was enormous and well-prepared. Ingredients and service were equal/better than in several other more pricey options we tried. Tasty smoothie was a welcome treat in a single stop on a very hot day walking around the city. Would absolutely recommend for a quick and delicious lunch!“

“Prices are great as is the quality of the food. Place has the typical rushed NYC feeling so make sure you know what you want before you queue. There is almost no seating as its more of a counter take out kind of place. It was busy when I went but there is a ton of staff behind the counter so stuff gets done quickly.“

“I was visiting friends in NY, and on the day of my return to FL, my girlfriend took me to Panino Rustico, where I met JACK, he was excellent and authentic New Yorker, with accent and all (adorable).. The menu choices are excellent, we had truffle fries, I had the P48 Panini (steak, mozzarella with peppers & onions) and to cap off as a desert, I had the Iced Nutella Latte... All were excellent. I love a Hot Panini and it was perfect, flavors were cheesy perfect. Even the ambiance was charming and the Service was impeccable. I truly cannot say enough. So when you go, say HI to Jack!! The address is 161-16 Cross Bay Blvd., Howard Beach, NY 11414“
