“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!”

Tried the special mozzarella in carrozza with anchiove and it was very good. Portions are plentiful and it's a high quality pasta. Highly recommend!”

“Great execution; juicy smash burger, crispy fries. The dining area is immaculate inside and the staff is friendly. Super quick service but clearly made to order. I ordered my burger well done and edges were pleasantly crisped. No fountain soda, only a limited variety of cans. I definitely recommend!”

“This spot is a neighborhood GEM. I hope the people living here know this. Best Sushi and sashimi for miles around. Solid everytime. The fish is kept well and served well. The whole family works here and they are so nice and friendly. The dad who is the sushi chef has one of the fastest hands around. He just cranks the orders out like butter. The store has about 6 tables but they are never packed. But while I dine in the takeout orders are endless. This man can handle it all and still can chat with you.I wish I lived nearby.... Lucky you, Mineola...”

“Great deli! Great variety, fast, and always clean! Highly recommend their French vanilla ice coffee and peanut butter Overnight Oats, salad bar, and rice pudding. Sandwiches are also quality. Update: Ordered a nice custom Italian style sandwich, and Tommy did it right!”

“This place is pretty good for a hot bar food court. There were a good number of people seated eating the food, so I knew the food wasn't just sitting there all day. The food was tasty and cooked nicely. I was a little surprised that they used a longer grain rice instead of a shorter grain, but it was good with the entrees. I got the lunch combo special with 3 entree choices and soup. I would go back again for the ease and convienence, as well as for the flavors. I want to try the other offerings at the food court, since they looked pretty yummy. Next time I hope to explore the supermarket itself.”

Oh, and the service was excellent too! “We used Mama Soup catering for my little ones drive by birthday. An employee came and set up the soup kettles and sandwiches along with plasticware and to go packages. He was professional, quick, covid safe and so very nice. Not only did everything look great, smell amazing and taste delicious, it was the perfect set up for those who drove by and departed as well as for those who stayed. My family and friends couldn’t rave enough about the food. Those who stayed had seconds and even took leftovers home. The price was reasonable for the amount of food we had. I cannot wait to use Mama Soup again or just stop by for some wholesome goodness! Thank you for making my sons day so special.”

“I stopped by the Panini store in Mineola and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted fresh, the burger was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were on point.

What really stood out though was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve.

If you’re in Mineola and want great burgers, solid paninis, and genuinely good service, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
