“I am originally from a place that does not have a gongcha and my first experience was overseas. Needless to say, I was so excited to see one literally 2 blocks away from me.

I love gongcha! The bubble waffle is super crispy and fluffy. I got a crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea today and didn’t get any pearls… which I thought were included per the app. Might be wrong though. I should’ve checked my online order before leaving but no problem, my love for gongcha is still the same.”

Tried the special mozzarella in carrozza with anchiove and it was very good. Portions are plentiful and it's a high quality pasta. Highly recommend!”

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Orders were taken efficiently, food came out fast, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service paired with great food.

“Absolutely love this restaurant. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere are all outstanding. Incredible Mediterranean fare with excellent steak selection as well. Top 5 grilled octopus that I have ever had. Big shout out to Fotini who we see every time we are there. She is always so pleasent and provides incredible service. Highly recommend! 👍🏻”

“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!”

“This place is pretty good for a hot bar food court. There were a good number of people seated eating the food, so I knew the food wasn't just sitting there all day. The food was tasty and cooked nicely. I was a little surprised that they used a longer grain rice instead of a shorter grain, but it was good with the entrees. I got the lunch combo special with 3 entree choices and soup. I would go back again for the ease and convienence, as well as for the flavors. I want to try the other offerings at the food court, since they looked pretty yummy. Next time I hope to explore the supermarket itself.”

“We used Mama Soup catering for my little ones drive by birthday. An employee came and set up the soup kettles and sandwiches along with plasticware and to go packages. He was professional, quick, covid safe and so very nice. Not only did everything look great, smell amazing and taste delicious, it was the perfect set up for those who drove by and departed as well as for those who stayed. My family and friends couldn’t rave enough about the food. Those who stayed had seconds and even took leftovers home. The price was reasonable for the amount of food we had. I cannot wait to use Mama Soup again or just stop by for some wholesome goodness! Thank you for making my sons day so special.”

“I stopped by the Panini store in Mineola and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted fresh, the burger was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were on point.

What really stood out though was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve.
