“Asked for large hot coffee 6 creams and 6sugrs ON THE SIDE got them only after I asked again at the window but first they gave me Splenda only then when I asked them to correct it and give me cream and sugar they gave me sweet and low with no coffee stirrer when I asked for on they didn't have any didn't offer a straw I had to ask for it.only to find out they put them in the coffee wasn't for me so it was a waste order avocado toast got bread untoasted
and looked like they dumped have a bottle of the everything bagel seasoning on it just handed the box no bag no napkin. This is the worse Dunkins I have been to. It didn't use to be . This was my last attempt to give them the benefit but not anymore they are slow over a 5min wait . Don't waste your time or your money!“

“Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. “One of my absolute favorite places to be. The scones and muffins are great and made fresh daily. They also have glueten free scones. The coffee is so good and it's just a great place to sit and read. Love it there.

“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy.
I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. In fact, I was so impressed with how well this challenge was managed during the morning surge that I returned after my morning meeting just to let the management team know that I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.“

People working at this location were very friendly and also helpful. We would definitely recommend this Starbucks and will definitely be going back again soon.“

“I recently had my baby shower at The Spot and they truly knocked it out of the park. We had the opportunity to rent the back room or the entire restaurant. (I had so many guests, we went with the full restaurant; after-hours, of course!) The staff was truly wonderful to work with. From helping me decide how much food to order, to helping arrange a few tables, to their staffing for the event, and food that everyone talked about and enjoyed. Everything was affordable and delicious. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how wonderful everything looked and tasted. I could not recommend The Spot for your next event. And even if you don’t host your event THERE, their catering can be delivered! -100% worth it. I find that with smaller events such as showers, people remember a few things most: how good the food was, how cute the location looked, and how kind the staff was to close family and friends.
