“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!

The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.

“This place is a gem. Had a long drive and stressful morning.. this place saved the day! Atmosphere is so pleasant, will ease you out, the baristas are warm and welcoming and they even made me laugh! The coffee here is delicious. My wife and I had a pour over and a cortado: both were excellent. It’s so good to find a place where the coffee is not just bitter water, but a true work of art and labor of love. Vegan scones were very tasty and honestly better than any other scone I’ve had in Cleveland. Don’t miss out on this place, it’s worth the stop.“

“I had never heard of Nervous Dog, but was in the area and happened to see a sign for it. Baristas are wonderful, coffee is amazing, and the food is fresh and sooo good! Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.“

Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! “I stopped by to Nordstrom on my way home from some doctors appointments and decided to get a drink. I really didn’t know what I wanted, but I’ve had a taste for banana lately. I asked the barista what flavors she had for an iced coffee of some sort and she gladly told me all the flavors(unfortunately, but not surprisingly) and what she suggested and we started a conversation. She was so friendly and sweet and patient. I ended up going with just an old French vanilla iced latte after all (haha), not to her discredit. She even wrote down the address of a spice place in town to try out. I believe her name was Miranda. And it was a simple act of kindness and a small conversation, but it really meant a lot to me after having some not great discussions at the hospital. I am usually pretty quiet and shy and don’t strike up conversations with other people I don’t know. There are those instances though when you just get really good energy from someone and it opens me up enough to have a nice interaction. It really made my day and I just wanted to put it out there that Miranda was a great barista, had wonderful customer service, and made a great latte 😊“

“As a lady of culture and fine taste , I rarely frequent chain establishments, but this starbucks takes the champagne darling! I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. Kuddos to the staff for making a welcoming and homey feeling.“

“I really appreciated just about every aspect of this location. Starting with the location it self. It’s right off the highway. You have the right of way through the light at the intersection so there’s no fighting traffic entering the location parking lot, then leaving there is an exit on the opposite side of the parking lot that gives you an easy out without fighting intersection traffic and lines you up to get back on the highway with ease.

There was plenty of parking in the parking lot.

The interior of the building is very spacious, clean and well kept. There’s plenty of options for comfy chair seating, and table seating. I did not feel like I was in a sardine can while I waited for my food and drink order. If I lived in the area I would be fine to come here to relax. The music was playing in the background but at a good level to enjoy but not so loud that it would need to be yelled over if you’re having a conversation.

The bathrooms are spacious and well kept up with.

The employees are friendly. I was greeted by two separate people walking in the door. They were quick with getting the order put together and accurate. Also very helpful in making sure my order was the way I wanted it, as I did have an odd request in how I wanted my drink made. There was no annoyance or irritation from the lady taking my order at my request and everything was repeated back to make sure it was correct.

I think there was training or instruction of some kind happening during my time in this location, it was nice to hear people being instructed in a kind and patient/ professional manner.

“I recently had my baby shower at The Spot and they truly knocked it out of the park. We had the opportunity to rent the back room or the entire restaurant. (I had so many guests, we went with the full restaurant; after-hours, of course!) The staff was truly wonderful to work with. From helping me decide how much food to order, to helping arrange a few tables, to their staffing for the event, and food that everyone talked about and enjoyed. Everything was affordable and delicious. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how wonderful everything looked and tasted. I could not recommend The Spot for your next event. And even if you don’t host your event THERE, their catering can be delivered! -100% worth it. I find that with smaller events such as showers, people remember a few things most: how good the food was, how cute the location looked, and how kind the staff was to close family and friends. The Spot checks all the boxes! Do not hesitate to book your special event with them!! I could not possible recommend them enough.“

“With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.“

“How did my wife and I just find about this place? I thought it was new. I asked the waitress and was told it's been there for 7 years! We have been missing out! I love small cozy diners, and this fits the bill. Food was great. I got the breakfast burrito, and it was excellent! My wife enjoyed her meal also. Looking forward to going back!“
