“Been here more than a dozen times and it never seems to miss. Amazing food and friendly environment with welcoming staff. Had the pleasure of being served by Orla who was a delight and Management Kate who had time to sit and have a quick chat with us. Definitely a staple for me for good Lebanese food I’ve tried almost everything by now and never been disappointed. You would think for it to be a restaurant in a mall you would get “mall food court quality “ food but this is far beyond in every aspect.“

“Shawarma lover here, I’ve had the most viral in the city and this spot deserves more recognition. 10/10. Meat was fresh, juicy and flavourful.

The owner cut the meat fresh off the rotisserie, most shawarma shops pre cut their meats & have sit in a heating compartment which dries it out. Beef was amazing with extra beef fat on the rice, chicken was juicy. He gave me extra beef fat when I asked with no issues.

Pay cash and get a free drink. Support this family ran restaurant. The owner is so nice and warm. Welcoming & out going. Will 10000% return.

“I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

. The gyro plates were good but the wraps were even better . The okra soup was fantastic. Good service and owner is kind and respectful. I’ll be going back . I’ll be getting a soup every time I’m in .“

“I got take out last night, rushing to eat before work (salad and chicken shawarma sandwich). It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. I wasn't sure of it was the onions, turnips etc. something was left out too long perhaps... and today I am sick as a dog. I've eaten here before. I think they need better quality control on the food... especially being safely stored.. perhaps temperatures..etc“

All the doors are automatic, and the staff were so kind as to accompany us via a shortcut to the to the parking lot. The galleries were not at all crowded on a Tuesday afternoon, and the restaurant was moderately busy with excellent, attentive service.“

“i often get the beef poutine, and it's so delicious. the fries are fresh and crispy, the sauce is perfectly balanced and not overly salty, and the beef pieces are so tender and blends beautifully with the rest of the meal. the gravy sauce and cheese isn't excessive which i enjoy, too. the portion sizes are also great. service is friendly and swift. definitely recommend this place. 🍟“

And for the second time these guys continue too treat me with the most repect and give me quality i wont forget.... last week before ling weekend i ordered a kebob plate to dine in.... i ended up ordering two more to take home with me for my gf and i later that night and she loved everything ! I went back today and i really wanted to try the lamb so i got a plate to go and my god..... to die for , hit my meat craving and freshness was at the top! “Glad that we have an ali baba's in the area, the restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained and food is flavourful and fresh. My favourites are the chicken shawarma wrap and the falafel wrap, the have daily deals that are a great price!The staff are friendly and courteous, but when they get very busy and there is a line, the service and attention to hygiene get looked over. Multiple times that I have been there and it has been busy I noticed that they didn't take their gloves off when touching the checkout machine and money and resumed to serve others with the same gloves on.Also, when busy, they rush to get everyone's orders put together and ingredients that I said I didn't want were put into my wrap. I'd rather wait a little longer and get the right ingredients.I will definitely give them another chance and hopefully by then this issue is corrected!“

I have experienced multiple times simply getting rice and friees with limited chicken., surprised this location is value for money.

The hummus is bland, and the garlic sauce seems like it's purchased from a local grocery store. Definitely not made on location.

The combination plates, the individual wrap & the baklava were perfectly made.“
