“Shawarma lover here, I’ve had the most viral in the city and this spot deserves more recognition. 10/10. Meat was fresh, juicy and flavourful.

The owner cut the meat fresh off the rotisserie, most shawarma shops pre cut their meats & have sit in a heating compartment which dries it out. Beef was amazing with extra beef fat on the rice, chicken was juicy. He gave me extra beef fat when I asked with no issues.

Pay cash and get a free drink. Support this family ran restaurant. The owner is so nice and warm. Welcoming & out going. Will 10000% return.

“Mina was fantastic, very friendly and enthusiastic, she walked me through the menu and was extremely attentive and so helpful. Everything was fantastic, from the hot freshly made pita bread, to the delicious hummus and the tawuk (chicken breast) which was tender and juicy. The rice was flavourful and the crispy onions added to how unique and delicious it all was.“

“I ordered 2 gyros and two gyro plates
. The gyro plates were good but the wraps were even better . The okra soup was fantastic. Good service and owner is kind and respectful. I’ll be going back . I’ll be getting a soup every time I’m in .“

“I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

“Staff were very polite, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was really good and the tables were clean. I ordered chicken doner combo, it was ready in 5-10mins. Definitely will come back here again.

French fries were a bit overcooked and were served without sauce, would be better with sauce.

“This is my favorite shawarma spot—I used to come here all the time after work. I don’t get to visit as often now since I work in a different area, but the quality has always been excellent. Akon is the best guy here hands down🙏🏼

The staff are Turkish, very friendly, down-to-earth, and welcoming. The place is also consistently clean and well-maintained.

I’d definitely recommend giving it a try before judging—it’s a great spot with great people. 10/10.“

All the doors are automatic, and the staff were so kind as to accompany us via a shortcut to the to the parking lot. The galleries were not at all crowded on a Tuesday afternoon, and the restaurant was moderately busy with excellent, attentive service.“

“I got take out last night, rushing to eat before work (salad and chicken shawarma sandwich). It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. I wasn't sure of it was the onions, turnips etc. something was left out too long perhaps... and today I am sick as a dog. I've eaten here before. I think they need better quality control on the food... especially being safely stored.. perhaps temperatures..etc“

“i often get the beef poutine, and it's so delicious. the fries are fresh and crispy, the sauce is perfectly balanced and not overly salty, and the beef pieces are so tender and blends beautifully with the rest of the meal. the gravy sauce and cheese isn't excessive which i enjoy, too. the portion sizes are also great. service is friendly and swift. definitely recommend this place. 🍟“

“I have been occasionally buying Anoush chicken rice and chicken wrap, and the food is really good. My favorite server Mohit is very accommodating and friendly as we chat a lot of times when i visit each time. I ended up adding some tips to him even i never dine-in but all take-out. Recently, he told me that temporarily there is a slight increase in price but i did not notice and it did not affect that much anyway. Mohit is just being honest as he works with integrity. Keep up the good work, buddy, an always smile to cheer us up!“

“Glad that we have an ali baba's in the area, the restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained and food is flavourful and fresh. My favourites are the chicken shawarma wrap and the falafel wrap, the have daily deals that are a great price!The staff are friendly and courteous, but when they get very busy and there is a line, the service and attention to hygiene get looked over. Multiple times that I have been there and it has been busy I noticed that they didn't take their gloves off when touching the checkout machine and money and resumed to serve others with the same gloves on.Also, when busy, they rush to get everyone's orders put together and ingredients that I said I didn't want were put into my wrap. I'd rather wait a little longer and get the right ingredients.I will definitely give them another chance and hopefully by then this issue is corrected!“

The Adana had that perfect smoky flavor with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and tender. The sides complimented the meal nicely, making it a really satisfying experience. The service was also amazing—right as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and even given lentil soup to try. Definitely worth coming back!“
