I placed an online order thinking that i might have to collect it but the lady i don't know her name she was indian brought my food at my table with napkins as well!!! “I want to affirm that staff are always pleasant and I am served quickly. My review pertains solely regarding my experience bringing in a reusable cup. Sometimes my London Fog is made in my reusable cup. On June 4, 2025 it was not. Management, it is vital that your employees are either given and instructed to use the reusable jug to make the beverage in or instructed to use the customer’s reusable cup. It is pointless to give the customer a discount when a paper cup is still being used.“

They are friendly understanding hard-working people. I asked politely for ketchup with my wedges and the staff member manning the make table(probably a shift manager with the way she was behaving) replied, ‘There’s already some there.’ When I asked for a little more, she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the sachets on the shelf. I obviously didn’t take them and instead thanked her for her ‘great service.’ She then replied ‘you’re welcome’ in the most condescending tone. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.“

“I went through the drive-thru with my daughter. It was farther than the one closest to my home but that one was out of Tea, Donuts, and customer service.

The drive thru order was so simple and almost shocking because they had steeped teas, Christmas cookies, and donuts🎉.

The girl at the window was so sweet and courteous! She confirmed my order twice and ensured she labeled each lid on the teas before handing them to me. We were incredibly happy not only were the steeped teas freshly brewed, the baked goods were all so fresh it was almost like being the first one in the bakery 🍩 🥯 .

However, today was the first time I had the chance to use the washroom, and I was quite disappointed to find it in very poor condition. This was surprising because the rest of the store is very well maintained — the sitting area and the exterior are always clean and inviting.

“This location is inside Bridlewood Mall food court. It’s a very high traffic Tims smack in the middle of the food court. The line was only 3 people so I decided to quickly place a mobile order for 1 chocolate dip donut 🍩 because my sugar was dropping.
I stood at the counter waiting and watching 5 people place new orders at the counter and pick up their orders while still waiting for the 1 (one) donut and even when I was the only one remaining( still no one even asked what I was waiting for, checked the board for outstanding orders, or just looked at my mobile confirmation on my 📱. After 10 minutes and needing something quick; I interrupted one of the girls to ask her if I could just get the donut and leave. The receipt was still in front of me on the counter because she even asked while looking at it if it was only the one donut 😙🤨.

A little surprised why it took the order so long when there were 10 available ?

Dietary restrictions: They will adjust menu items to suit restrictions. They are very good this way.

Parking: Community store so small parking lot. They have drive through too. That can be a bit of a challenge if you want to come into the store in rush hour. They are fairly prompt though. As Tim Horton’s go this is one of the better locations. Some are not at consumer friendly.
