“This is a special place. Liege waffles are very different than anything I've ever had. They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. Please note: these are not meant to be served with ice cream on top. The ice cream and waffles are both very good by themselves. The owner only serves them together because people ask for that, but I think they ask for it because they think that's how it's meant to be served. (At least, that's what we thought!)“

“This was the best ice cream I have EVER had. Came here a few nights ago with my siblings and needless to say we were blown out of the water with how incredible this place was. The service was top tier, prices were fair for the portion size, and the ice cream itself was AMAZING. I believe it’s a limited flavor but we all got the strawberry scooter flavor and I could not recommend it enough. We literally went two nights in a row to get it. “Very nice ice cream shop, with a menu that offers all the classics as well as some very cool specialty items. I got to try out their brownies (they also serve a variety of baked foods outside of just ice cream) and their strawberry cheesecake milkshake.

Both were delicious. I was especially surprised by how amazing the brownies were. Awesome portion size, very chocolatey, pretty rich, and great texture as well.

The milkshake was also great. Portion was nice, and they managed to get a nice strawberry flavor. I will say the base itself doesn’t have much of a cheesecake flavor to it, but they include little bits of cheesecake throughout the milkshake to make up for that.

All in all, a fantastic little ice cream shop to support and visit!“

“the love i have for berry fresh frozen yogurt is unmeasurable. i have been coming here for years, and driving 45 minutes each time to get here. i bring every single person i meet here. berry fresh is literally the best frozen yogurt i have ever had. the original tart is to die for, no other place compares!!!! not to mention they have fresh fruit that is always ripe, and the owners are incredibly sweet and friendly!! the quality is always consistent, and i absolutely love coming here for a sweet treat“

“Grew up getting snow cones here with my family. Revisiting it after 20 years and its still as good as i remember from my childhood. They bring in the large blocks of ice and shave the ice on the spot, very old school and nostalgic. Worth a stop for a sweet treat if you are in the area!“

You can also get pints, quarts and gallons of any flavor to take home. Very well run business.

I always get the gelati. Normally it's 50% italian ice and 50% frozen custard but I treat the ice like a topping and ask for 80% custard and only 20% ice. It's awesome they always get the ratio right. Mango is the best ice flavor. Can't go wrong with it.

Parking is rough here. Always have to park 3 streets away. Just be prepared to walk a little.“

My now husband and I both LOVE ice cream and when we decided that's what we wanted to have for our special day I knew Leonas was the choice. We got to pick from SO many of their delicious seasonal flavors - narrowing it down was the hardest part! They were SO detailed and thorough in helping me ensure the sandwiches were served appropriately. All of our guests RAVED about how perfect the ice cream was for the day and how delicious they were. It was a hilarious bonus that the pre-wrapped treats were much more portable than a slice of cake - MANY of them made it out onto the dance floor!
