“This was election night in America. I chose you to feed my family while we watched the turnout. The staff was absolutely amazing, apologized for wait time when they did not need to. Made sure we were satisfied. Corrected one error without hesitation. Absolutely wonderful experience. All this during the dinner rush. Great Job!

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“Love going there, but sometimes the food isn't hot and seems to have been setting for a while. But my favorite is Mushroom and Swiss, then the Frisco Melt!! Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

Any other fast food establishment would've been upset with me calling several times. 1. Being my dad's order needing dressing put to side and 2. That his salad had nothing on it. 3. “excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“I love this tacobell. I wish they were a little faster on the inside when you go to choose your sit down but I mainly just go through the drive through and it’s super fast and I love it. Food is great as well and if they mess up your order they will always re-make your order the right way in 1-2 minutes“

“For the most part the service and food here is good. There are moments that could use some work. I will say that the Bojangles coffee is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It is delicious. One downside for the people who can’t do spicy they got rid of the home style chicken biscuit. I hope one day they will bring it back.“

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. “Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. I use the Wendy’s app to place my orders, which is very user friendly, and accuracy has been 100% every time. I’ll go out of my way to order at this location — a better overall experience than other locations, which aren’t bad, just this one is the best in my book.“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

“We got married on April 3rd and we had 500 Krystal's and 100 wings delivered to the Coffey barn in Cleveland. I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing. They were there on time, they were professional, they set up in a timely manner and displayed them perfectly. And they were still warm and very fresh. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect. I recommend them highly for any occasion“

“One of the best locations. Just dropped by this morning. Very chill vibes when you walk into a Taco Bell at 9AM, they got my order right. Whole thing was hot and fresh. For sure love eating here and can say that this location is one of the best I’ve tasted. It’s always hot and fresh! I do miss their breakfast a lot though so I have to opt for the spicy potato soft taco so I don’t put a huge meaty burrito down my throat at 9AM lol I would love my breakfast potato burrito back. I miss my breakfast Taco Bell bring it back!!! It is for sure the most underrated breakfast and it was always good and cheap prices, I beg.“

“Tues July 22 about 1:30. Ordered Nachos and tried the new chicken strips. They came out cold and both were small. I inquired to the young man at the register he said no worries I will get you a better replacement. He delivered them shortly and even had an Xtra one in the serving. That's great customer service. “I love Bojangles and will stop whenever I see one. Well this store was the best Bojangles I have ever been in. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was awesome! And of course the food was great, except for the fries. They were over-seasoned. We told the staff and they immediately made us a new batch with less season. AWESOME SERVICE! The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stop by here.“

“On a road trip a while back, I stopped at this McDonald's for a restroom and ended up ordering food before I left. Hands down one of the best McDonald's I've been too. The staff was friendly, smiling and chatting, and the atmosphere felt inviting.
