“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“Love going there, but sometimes the food isn't hot and seems to have been setting for a while. But my favorite is Mushroom and Swiss, then the Frisco Melt!! Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “My daughter wanted to visit Raising Canes during our Tennessee visit. We were not dissapointed. The restuarant was clean, colorful, and roomy. Even with a family of 6, everyone enjoyed their meal! We are dog lovers and especially liked the story about Todd and Raising Cane!“

“This is a pretty good Hardees. The food is always good in terms of mass produced food but the service was good and the food was hot and fresh. I was in and out of the drive thru quickly and have not had a problem with breakfast or lunch at this location. I'm pretty happy and come here often. Thanks for the great service!“

“Canadian ham, bacon cheese burger. Sandwich was squashed but tasty. Almost to sweet for my taste buds. Long line but moved fairly well. Until the car in front of me changed their order at the window. Lost business as several cars behind me left.“

“Sunday night there was this young man I think his name was Austin he took my order and he was very fast with it and he even took it out to our table when it was done. Very nice young man I would say. I was also surprised because there where only two people up in the front area running drive thru and the dining area... What amazing workers they are.“

“I order online mostly. The drive there is often enough time for me to get it with not much waiting. But when it's lunch hour you should really order on the app or online. The area itself gets packed a lot enough as it is. Still I love their lemonade and their frozen treats.“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

“We got married on April 3rd and we had 500 Krystal's and 100 wings delivered to the Coffey barn in Cleveland. I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing. They were there on time, they were professional, they set up in a timely manner and displayed them perfectly. And they were still warm and very fresh. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect. “On a road trip a while back, I stopped at this McDonald's for a restroom and ended up ordering food before I left. Hands down one of the best McDonald's I've been too. The staff was friendly, smiling and chatting, and the atmosphere felt inviting.

Burrito held together under the attack of a toddler holding it. So way to go with that.

Toddler also ate rice with a fork... not an easy task. Spoons for rice would be helpful.

“I usually order on the app since it's a time saver. But even using the drive thru is efficient as it is. They almost never miss what I order. I say almost cause it's happened a couple times but that's kind of expected with any fast food place. Just make sure ya got everything. But all In all I never really get tired of this place since their food is always good. Especially the shakes. Kinda wish they brought back the popcorn chicken instead of replacing with the premium chicken bites.“

“Great Arby's! The crew has some actual Employee Of The Month titles and the new management has really made sure things are done right. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable, I enjoy the Chive tv funny videos they show too.

“This is a great drive through place that will have you crossing town just for it. We think you'll love it, especially if you're fans of Wendy's or Burger King. You can smell the grill aromas when you arrive. All the flavors are bold and satisfying and the ingredients seem extra fresh and high quality. The burger choices remind me of how you can build your burger at home - custom! And you can pick two sides (!) for your combo tray, I solidly recommend the Cajun fries, wraps, or fried cheese nuggets. (The Cajun fries are so good I'll sometimes get a double for the sides. ) But there's a bunch more options too! Even hush puppies. They have chicken sandwiches you can customize too. In fact, I think there's a whole lot more on the menu to pick from that I can't even remember - I'm just listing my favorites. Oh! And they have Big Red soda (IYKYK) and a menu of about 2 dozen milkshakes. In case you can't tell, we love Cookout and prefer it to almost all other drive through. BL: excellent drive through burger+shakes+_ place with great flavors and quality and a fascinating and non traditional menu. And it's price competitive. A great value!“

“We went in late, about 8:50 on a Sunday night. The only mark against service was we couldn't get I e from either machine out front. The chicken tacos that Zaxbys is making is the best menu item they have added in at least 15 years. If this is a limited time offer, that is a huge mistake.“

“Was here over the holiday break and stopped in with my siblings. The place was super clean and the staff was so friendly. We ordered a couple of items that took a little time to prep and the staff was kind. I didn't catch a name, but there was a young man (I think he'd work there maybe 2.5 years), who was just super energetic and talked to everyone. He made it feel like a full service stop.“

I tried for weeks to let her morning attitude go. The last straw was when she accused me of littering her parking lot with Bandage wrappers cause I wear a breath rite on my nose..outta there! The folks here on Shallowford are happy to ser e you!“

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. Whoever the lady was that took my order deserves a raise a promotion and a $500 Visa gift card to buy whatever she wants she deserves it.“

“I love this tacobell. I wish they were a little faster on the inside when you go to choose your sit down but I mainly just go through the drive through and it’s super fast and I love it. Food is great as well and if they mess up your order they will always re-make your order the right way in 1-2 minutes“
