“This was election night in America. I chose you to feed my family while we watched the turnout. The staff was absolutely amazing, apologized for wait time when they did not need to. Made sure we were satisfied. Corrected one error without hesitation. Absolutely wonderful experience. All this during the dinner rush. Great Job!

But service is top notch!
I went there for lunch after a physical therapy session (torn ACL), I’m slow going right now, using crutches.
One of the workers came to assist with opening the door and to make sure I could get up the sidewalk ok.
On our way out, same thing happened, but with a different staff member. As I am taking a breather in the car, I notice they rushed to help an elderly lady who was struggling to get over the sidewalk, walking with a cane. They are a great family atmosphere with quality food. This location is by far my favorite five guys I’ve been to, just because of the hospitality alone.“

“Love going there, but sometimes the food isn't hot and seems to have been setting for a while. But my favorite is Mushroom and Swiss, then the Frisco Melt!! Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

“I want to recognize Catherine who often works the drive through window in the mornings :-) Catherine is polite & friendly, while efficiently filling orders for long lines of customers. I know when I see Catherine filling my order that everything I ordered will be correctly filled & in the bag. I am also impressed that this location consistently has a high food safety inspection report which is posted at the drive through. Great breakfast :-)“

“For the most part the service and food here is good. There are moments that could use some work. I will say that the Bojangles coffee is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It is delicious. One downside for the people who can’t do spicy they got rid of the home style chicken biscuit. I hope one day they will bring it back.“

“excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“This Wendy's we call the good Wendy's. There is another one closer to us, but you can guess what we call it. This Wendy's is almost always clean, decorated for holidays, super fast and fresh and the employees are friendly. We really like coming out to this one.“

“This happened when the ⛽ station was in full service ,Me & my family went in to eat( and we can be kinda picky, but you should get what you pay for)!!!Well that had more than a few young teenager's working there( Not all young employees are disrespectful), they were very rude & couldn't get our order right for nothing.So when we thought they had finally gotten it right we paid & sat down to get our food and eat. Well I wasn't very shocked when all our food was wrong,When I went to complain the manager came out & walked with me to our table.She was more than apologetic ( I wish I could remember her name,but I can't.BUT THE MANAGER THAT DID THIS WAS KNOWS WHO SHE WAS & I STILL APPRECIATE WHAT SHE DID!),She remade all our food ( Fresh) & brought it to our table & even gave us food that we didn't even order!!! Before we left she even asked my kids if they wanted something sweet, So we all got dessert ( on the house)!!! But the fresh,free food was not the thing that meant the most to me, it's how she handled so pleasant & sweet...IT showed my kid's how they should act when they get a job. IT was a great learning experience!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: They do need to make it more wheelchair accessible ( more parking spots, bigger dining area,and more wheelchair ramps outside & wider doors so people in wheelchairs have plenty of room to get in the doorway without hitting there hands or legs!!!“

Absolutely the best tenders I have had in years, as was the hush puppies.
There was a line when I entered.
They worked it down in no time.
The workers were quite friendly.

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. “Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“We got married on April 3rd and we had 500 Krystal's and 100 wings delivered to the Coffey barn in Cleveland. I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing. They were there on time, they were professional, they set up in a timely manner and displayed them perfectly. And they were still warm and very fresh. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect. “It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

“Absolutely delicious!! Arby's is one of my favorite drive thru spots and 9/10 times it's on point. It's a bit outta my price range most of the time but with this 2 for $6 special my broke self can eat like a king!! ? Seriously though, great food, employees were very nice and I didn't have to wait very long. My only request is bring back the orange creme shake!! It would really help light up my world and my therapist will thank you! All it takes is an orange creme shake, think about it Mr and/or Mrs Arbys ?“
