“This was election night in America. I chose you to feed my family while we watched the turnout. The staff was absolutely amazing, apologized for wait time when they did not need to. Made sure we were satisfied. Corrected one error without hesitation. Absolutely wonderful experience. All this during the dinner rush. Great Job!

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“Love going there, but sometimes the food isn't hot and seems to have been setting for a while. But my favorite is Mushroom and Swiss, then the Frisco Melt!! Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

“There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “Emily was amazing!! She personally saved my life when I was chocking on a delicious freshly breaded chicken strip dipped in honey mustard. I thought I was gonna die; had honey mustard all over me cause you know dying and stuff but she sees me stop drop and roll and runs to me so that she can performe the Heimlich maneuver and save me!! If it wasn’t for her I’d be cold on the floor infront of the bathroom. 5/5 would recommend!“

“For the most part the service and food here is good. There are moments that could use some work. I will say that the Bojangles coffee is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It is delicious. One downside for the people who can’t do spicy they got rid of the home style chicken biscuit. I hope one day they will bring it back.“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

“Tues July 22 about 1:30. Ordered Nachos and tried the new chicken strips. They came out cold and both were small. I inquired to the young man at the register he said no worries I will get you a better replacement. He delivered them shortly and even had an Xtra one in the serving. That's great customer service. The replacements were bigger, hotter and much better tasting . ( Pic of one of the small, cold ones)“

“Cashier was very kind and patient. I forgot my wallet in the car by accident and the cashier was very nice about it. The food was very hot and fresh. Not only did my sandwhich look good but it was very good. It also came with a pickle; which, I love! I'd come back here. Also the store was very clean.“

“We got married on April 3rd and we had 500 Krystal's and 100 wings delivered to the Coffey barn in Cleveland. I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing. They were there on time, they were professional, they set up in a timely manner and displayed them perfectly. And they were still warm and very fresh. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect. “I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. I use the Wendy’s app to place my orders, which is very user friendly, and accuracy has been 100% every time. I’ll go out of my way to order at this location — a better overall experience than other locations, which aren’t bad, just this one is the best in my book.“

“My new Krystals! The morning dude is very friendly and is on the ball every morning. Knows my order by heart. The Lee Hwy store has an employee who hates her job..Donna! I tried for weeks to let her morning attitude go. The last straw was when she accused me of littering her parking lot with Bandage wrappers cause I wear a breath rite on my nose..outta there! “I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. Whoever the lady was that took my order deserves a raise a promotion and a $500 Visa gift card to buy whatever she wants she deserves it.“

“I love this tacobell. I wish they were a little faster on the inside when you go to choose your sit down but I mainly just go through the drive through and it’s super fast and I love it. Food is great as well and if they mess up your order they will always re-make your order the right way in 1-2 minutes“

“Each morning I stop by the drive through to grab my coffee (Frappe) and sweet tea for the day. I work at the urgent care near by so it’s convenient. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. She doesn’t know who I am and I know nothing about her. But I cannot thank her enough for just being her sweet cheerful self every morning. I go into work thinking if she can be that happy and positive so can I!!! So if you’re in the Ooltewah location please go by and get a blessing from Herta. She’s definitely been a blessing to me.
