I called and spoke to the manager and told him what the occasion was and asked if they could make it special for them The staff exceeded my expectations. They had some appetizers waiting for them when they arrived and brought out a birthday dessert. My daughter said it was a great experience and the food and service were excellent.“

“Nothing less than phenomenal. I believe they go by the name Apothecary. Smoked Salmon Dip was 🔥. It comes with chips which im not a fan but did provide me with baguettes instead. The Beef Cheeks Tacos (3) stole the show. These are so freaking good. The Apo Wagyu Burger i ordered meduim. Its not a smash patty however it is thinner than most conventional burgers. That's delicious too. The Confit’d & Fried Chicken Wings tasted as if they had a hint of buffalo sauce beside that they were ok. Lastly the Icelandic Hot Dogs made from Wagyu are so dang good. Keep in mind these are bite size.
They do take walk ins but I'd highly suggest you set a reservation. This place has limited space and the bar unlike most restaurants they will ask you if you have a reservation.“

“Had an amazing time at Apothecary Bar in Dallas! The drinks were out of this world — genuinely some of the best I've had. The salad was incredibly fresh, and the burger was great too. Our server (I don't remember her name, unfortunately) even brought us a complimentary drink, which really stood out — I'll always love this place for how they treat their customers. We were seated at the bar chairs, which were surprisingly comfortable. One tip: if you're coming as a bigger group, definitely reserve a table — it gets busy fast!“

It’s a beautiful restaurant w/ a breathtaking lounge area and nice bar. The Lavender Lemon Old Fashioned was perfect—very smooth and rich. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Rigatoni pasta were sooo GOOD. The perfect amount of spice, creaminess and seasoning. It got better with every bite to the point I was in disbelief. 😩🔥🔥🔥I have hands down NEVER had a cheesecake better than the cheese cake I had here. Lex, our waitress, was so sweet, fast, attentive and she gave us the background of the owner / restaurant because of how in love I was. The owner has 5 or 6 other restaurants on that same block. 🤯 Because of my experience at Chet’s Dallas, I will be trying them out!“

“I stumbled upon Bar Colette while walking around before my movie. It shares a check-in stand with its sister restaurant, Namo, next door, but I chose Colette because I wanted something light.

This place is really cute. The weather was perfect, so we grabbed a spot on the patio, which had such a fun, lively vibe. One side of the menu is the actual menu and the back is a coloring page—they even provided colored pencils, which was a fun touch.

The menu offers light bites, a few sushi rolls, drinks, and dessert. I ordered the Basque cheesecake and it was so creamy and good that I ended up ordering a second slice.

“We used Blue Mesa as our wedding caterer and it was one of the easiest decisions out of the whole planning experience. Karen was so friendly and accommodating during our tasting. The hardest part was narrowing down our options because it was all so delicious! We chose to do carving stations with the tenderloin and stuffed chicken. At the last minute I added the queso because it’s literally out of this world amazing. People RAVED about the food, said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. They even prepared plates for our vegetarian guests. For the service we got, I feel like the price was incredibly reasonable. They also helped with our cake cutting and did a good job. Their team was a well-oiled machine. Highly highly recommend!“

“Nona’s in Dallas was absolutely incredible. As a vegetarian, I was in heaven with the number of options available. Everything we tried tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The pasta was some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had—hands down. Every side dish was mouthwatering, filled with fresh herbs and bright, vibrant flavors.

The entire meal felt comforting, elevated, and memorable. It is rare to find Italian food that feels this fresh and satisfying, especially with so many vegetarian-friendly choices. Overall, I highly recommend Nona’s and would absolutely go back to experience it all over again. Five stars!“
