“I ordered the wings. Watched the guy take them from the frozen box, and put them into frying basket. Also, I watched him cook my fries. So I knew both were freshly cooked and not just sitting there under a heat lamp. Both were good. The wings had a smoked flavor, and the Texas sauce was perfect heat. Plus, this place is down at the end of Terminal E. Their big drink was also a plus!“

“Went to the Lewisville location this afternoon with the family. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Our sandwiches were loaded with meat and the sides were very good.
My husband's 1 meat plate had a lot of meat on it. The banana pudding was FABULOUS! The free vanilla ice cone was an added bonus. Will definitely go back!“

“Turning Point is one of our favorite breweries in the DFW area and we make it a point to to stop in anytime we are in the area visiting family. Having visited breweries across the US, one thing that is usually lacking in quality 99% of the time is food. I am not sure how long Godspeed has been serving up their delicious BBQ at Turning Point but the brewery should do everything they can to retain them. Godspeed has some of THE BEST brisket I have ever had in my life. It was melt in your mouth good and the bark was perfection. They have bbq sauce available but this is one of those times you should let the meat speak for itself and savor the flavor of it on its own before you douse it in sauce. I promise you will thank me later for this. Also, the beans were FANTASTIC!!! I can understand if y’all don’t want to share the recipe but they were some of the best beans I have ever had! We were hoping to find some fantastic BBQ on our visit and decided to end our at at Turning Point. Who knew we would find some of the best BBQ we have ever had in our entire lives??? The family that runs it is super friendly too. Shout out to the owner’s Dad who was so kind and generous with his time chatting us up! “In February of 2018 when TexRail opened up for business. My wife and I on decided to Ride the Train. We got off in Grapevine and A.J.s on Main was open so we went in. AJ and I kind of hit it off both being Service Vets from the same era. Hard to believe its been nearly 6 years ago now. Come Saturday November 11 I will be on his Patio watching the Veterans Day Parade . November 10th USMC Birthday November 11th Veterans Day. I hope my liver can take it. :-)“

“I got the lunch special of 1 meat and 1 side as well as the lemon cake dessert. The brisket was very good in my opinion, perfect balance of fat and lean meat; loved the sauce that was on the side, it was very peppery but balanced with a slight sweetness. Comes with a side of toast and pickles and pickles onions that were also very delicious and good balance. The Mac and cheese was a semi disappointment due to it being spiral noodles but the cheese sauce and breadcrumbs really bring it back to being tasty. Lastly, the dessert, smoked lemon cake. It was hard to judge it, they forgot the berries so it was good but not quite up to par, the cake portion did not taste smoky, was very dense but still moist. Comes with this lemon drizzle/curd sauce that was very good. Worth a visit for the atmosphere and food, but if you're looking for solid BBQ I would give this place a pass and maybe go to hard 8, Hutchinsons or even maybe Loro if you're looking for something more modern.“

“I love this restaurant/gas station. They have a wide variety of items, food, lots of wines, in-house BBQ, and more. I only gave the (produce) food two stars because it was always excellent.., until the cantaloupe gave me food poisoning. It may have been a fluke but, sadly, I can’t recommend the fruit for this reason. I have not had any such issues with the actual restaurant side of the business, only the packaged fruit.“

“Some of the best desi kabobs we’ve had in the Dallas area. Everything was great quality and portions were large. Seating inside is limited and nothing fancy. Only thing I’d add is a sweet chutney like a imli style to pair with some of the kabobs. Definitely visiting often. Oh and it’s right next door to a masjid which is convenient.“

“First time trying this restaurant and ordered it Togo with uncooked noodles to boil at home and it tasted amazing. Only downside is that I wished they clean the Dino Ribs better because the amount of times I took a bite of the food and soup, I get pieces of tiny bones stuck on my teeth and became unenjoyable at the point where drinking down the soup didn’t happen to be the best part of the dish. If they can fix that small mistake to double boil or clean thoroughly of the ribs or not boil them to long where it’s literally disintegrating, the dish would’ve been 5/5.
Overall, regular spicy is excellent for someone that can eat jalapeños regularly. Going to try extra spicy next time

“I fly out of DFW 2 or 3 times per month, but unfortunately it's usually through terminals C or D. Today my flight was switch to Terminal B, so I had the chance to try Cousins BBQ... DANG, they're actually serving real TX BBQ in the airport!!! The brisket and jalapeno sausage were delicious. Potato salad was pretty good too.“

“Located in a highly populated area which means longer wait times and difficult parking. We got lucky and was able to get a close parking spot to pick up our takeout order. Took 45 mins for it to be ready and was not hot when we got it since it sat out on the table along with the tons of other togo orders. At least it still maintained it's crunch I guess“
