“I had such a pleasant experience today. I love this restaurant so much and do not visit often since I do not have one near my house. So I go out of my way when I know one is near. A young gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order. He very quickly brought my food and complimented my shirt. Just amazing service overall and I love that an employee focuses on connecting with the customers. I bought a to go chicken salad just because I love the place that much more after this experience. I will be back!!!!! NOW PLEASE MAKE ONE IN DALLAS OR RICHARDSON. ❤️🍗🐥“

“Neat little deli. Food is made fresh so it took a few minutes but it was good! The sourdough bread is great. I got the chicken mushroom ranch sandwich (added lettuce). It was a little bland and could use maybe some salt and pepper but it was good. Big sandwich! Store has some smaller tables (2-3 seats at each table) if you want to eat in. They offer canned drinks and have tea, lemonade, and water available.“

“Such a cool place, a true vibeeee fr. Just got my go to, the white widow (chicken bacon ranch) on garlic herb bread with chipotle sauce on the side. The absolute best!
Love the cool art and stickers in the dining area, bathroom is always clean. And they have kool aid!

“The food is always fresh and quick and so good. The staff is attentive and kind always making sure that your experience is quality. We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “We were honestly so surprised by how good Chicken Salad Chick was! We kept seeing people on TikTok talk about it, so we finally decided to try it and now we totally understand the hype. The Sassy Scotty was AMAZING and the grape salad was so good too. We were literally craving it again the same day after eating it, which says a lot about how much we loved it. “Left the courthouse for a seatbelt ticket and needed comfort food. Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. I got the medium meatball firehouse sandwich, a brownie and medium drink. Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!“

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“

“I love that Jimmy John's is around the corner from my office. It's so easy to order online, follow the track order and know exactly when it's ready for picking up at the store. A 16 in long sandwich can be cut into two or three days' worth of lunch. I always ask for extra lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is always fresh and definitely fills you up for the price.“

“Story time, my family and I stopped at another sandwich shop that has two Js in its name. We ordered $60 ($58 and some change) worth of food, which you would not think a family of four would order that much on some dang sandwiches but yep in this economy it’s now pretty much the norm. I whipped out my wallet to pay cash and they refused my fresh crispy $100 dollar bill.

We cruised on down to Jersey Mikes, ordered our food and I asked “can you take a hundo?” dude proudly said “yes, sir!”

Jersey Mike, purveyor of fine sammiches got thier money, in cash, I got my family some much needed food. Damn good food too. I was just joking about punching that lady though.“

“Love dis place! The worker is very nice if you get to know him. I Love to be able to sit down at a clean table to eat. Cookies are good and fresh! Tuna looks a little funky but that’s the only thing slightly wrong. Meal deals on certain days are very nice. If you live in the area look for coupons in the newspaper, they are great. Bathroom is mild and they have many fridges with all sorts of drinks!“

“I recommend them because of the sammys, BUT, I have to say was super offended by the lady working in the back. The sweet girl up front complimented my tattoo on my arm, then she told the lady in the back to come and look. first off, asking how much I paid for it. then proceeded to tell me I paid WAY too much and that the 'line work is HORRIBLE' . seriously?
