Sinfully sublime melt in your mouth steaks - and that open flame seasoning, magic. Even the comfort food sides ring decadently delicious. Tack on superb service and we are delightfully hooked. “As someone from the Mississippi Delta, I have a fairly high standard when it comes to BBQ (especially brisket and ribs). I groan when someone convinces me to try a spot that “has amazing brisket!” knowing that 19/20 times I am disappointed. I was in Lewisville, TX this week for work and was introduced to Sullivan’s as a place with “some really great BBQ and brisket” I am here to tell you, this bbq/brisket/ribs/sausage is not great… It is OUTSTANDING. The ribs/pork/sides etc. are all a 10/10 in my book… But that brisket…. That brisket is in a league of its own. Without a doubt the BEST brisket I’ve ever had. Perfect tenderness - beautiful smoke ring - exceptional bark - and flavor that is just unbelievable. Even then, with the exceptional quality of food, it pales in comparison to the hospitality of this place. When coming here for the first time, I was immediately treated as if I had been a regular visitor for 20 years. I’ve been 4 times now in 12 days and will surely be back before my return home. Sullivan’s is a prime example of what a local restaurant should and could be and I give my thanks and kudos to the owner and the amazing staff that make an experience like this possible.“

“I've been wanting to try Vaqueros after seeing them on Cooking Channel....Man Fire Food show. It didn't disappoint. The brisket was tender and moist and affordable. The nachos were great as well. All was great including the owner. I recognized him from the show. He is very friendly and even showed me the pit room. Great experience! I'll go back for sure.“

“We were recommended this place by some people in the surrounding area. We were here traveling from Florida and this was hands down the BEST bbq and friendliest staff. Wes and his dad were the most genuine people. We ate here 3 days in a row it was so delicious. The burgers, burnt ends ans pulled pork sandwiches were the best Ive had. If you have room for dessert, the peach cobbler is the way to go.“

“I have eaten and shared my love of BBQ for years traveling the United States in my job, and living for a time in South Texas enjoying the outstanding Tex Mex cuisine of mesquite wood burning smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, turkey, etc. JR's is a wonderful experience if you are looking for outstanding BBQ, family outing, very professional, friendly staff, with a wide selection of menu options that are simply delicious! I have tried the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, ribs, mac and cheese, other side dishes, and soups. I have never been disappointed. JR is one of the friendliest, generous, and community- oriented individuals you would ever meet. I have had the opportunity to see his operation from the fire pits in the back, kitchen, and have always been highly impressed with the cleanliness of his facility. That speaks volumes to the importance of not just quality taste, flavor blending of smoke wood meats, but to the importance of food safety. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying the food for yourself as the flavor of mesquite smoked meat is tantalizing to the taste buds, the atmosphere is very friendly/inviting, and the service the best! Suffice it to say that JR and his staff go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is memorable, and enjoyable! P.S. ask JR to let you see the fire pits in the back so you can see where the outstanding BBQ is made. JR is very approachable.“

“Dare I say that this spot rivals LSA Burger in terms of taste, and LSA has some of the best burgers I've ever had.
I ordered 2 sliders for $14, the Main Street and the Rail Sliders. Maria, the chef, cooked the beef to absolute perfection, medium rare, amazingly juicy patties, perfectly complimented with each ingredient. The Main Street used a slight bit of mustard with fried onion strings (basically small strings of onion rings), with cheddar, to create an almost sweet, rich slider. The Rail used cooked onion strings instead, with barbecue sauce and gouda cheese. This made for a much richer, deeply savory slider, one you'll definitely want to eat slowly.
I can't stress enough how well every component was cooked as well as how the all go together to create flavors that are so elegant. I'll definitely be returning. I will say that they are so decadent that you'll probably wish that the slider was a full sized burger instead. Hopefully one day!

“This was my very first time dining at Manna Shabu & BBQ (Lewisville location) while visiting for a concert weekend, and I have to say—it was such a wonderful experience! They were even having a special collaboration with a local small business vendor for the Ateez concert and offering a complimentary Lemon Drop mocktail for each diner, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I believe it was the owner or manager who greeted me, and when he learned it was my first visit, he kindly explained the menu, the dining options, and where to find the different food and sauce stations. I was then shown to my table where a very sweet server brought me water and took my order. Throughout my meal, two other staff members as well as the owner/manager checked on me often. The service was beyond excellent—everyone was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Now onto the food—oh my gosh, the portions were incredible! I ordered three different meats and was so pleasantly surprised at the generous serving sizes. At most KBBQ places, one order barely feels like enough for a single person, but here, each order was hearty and satisfying. I couldn’t stop raving about it to my boyfriend and mom while on the phone during my meal! The meat was fresh, high-quality, and delicious—even without dipping sauces. The corn cheese also deserves a special shout-out—it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the main dishes, there were so many great options: hot plates like mandu, sausage, japchae, fried rice, and chicken; a nice selection of banchan; an ice cream station for dessert; and a wide variety of sauces to complement everything. The restaurant itself was very clean, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and even the restrooms were spotless. I also loved that the TVs played some of my favorite K-pop groups and the music playlist was absolutely top tier—it really added to the fun vibe. Dining here as a solo traveler, I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. On the contrary, I felt taken care of and treated like a queen. It was such a comforting and memorable experience, and I am so thankful for the outstanding hospitality and service I received. I highly recommend Manna Shabu & BBQ and can’t wait to come back with my family the next time I’m in town. Thank you for making my first visit such a wonderful one!“

“I was starving when I landed here today so I was already looking up the food places in the airport before we even landed. I almost settled for Subway but instead came to Counsin’s. People always rave about Texas BBQ and every time I’ve had Texas BBQ it was horrible BUTTTTT y’all got the cheat code. Everything was delicious from the pulled pork, to the potatoe salad, and the collard greens. The greens were good and spicy just how I like them 😋“

“Some of the best desi kabobs we’ve had in the Dallas area. Everything was great quality and portions were large. Seating inside is limited and nothing fancy. Only thing I’d add is a sweet chutney like a imli style to pair with some of the kabobs. Definitely visiting often. Oh and it’s right next door to a masjid which is convenient.“
