“A great place to stop and eat, especially if you’re staying at the hotel. Quite convenient. The servers were awesome as they laughed and joked with us the whole time we visited the restaurant. They matched our vibe and made it enjoyable. The food was pretty good. They did mess up on both of our orders, but certainly made it right. The atmosphere was great. Live music and it was also quiet enough to have a conversation. Loads of options to choose from and you won’t leave hungry.“

“We went here for our anniversary. We did the chefs counter which puts you front and center with all the action there. The head chef then served us this amazing 3 course meal. Every stage was perfection. After watching those guys make dish after dish my wife and I couldn't stop talking about them and how we wanted to try them. We'll be back. Highly recommended“

“WOW!!! As far as this review and my opinion.... this place is awesome and amazing. The vibe, the food, both Austin and Sandra were the perfect host to our special day. I dont drink alcohol so it really made no difference, i am a fan of breweries and i can say the beer here is like no other. The food was hard to choose from since this is our first time here. All i can say is this will be my come to place when we are in town with a few hours to spare. We had the house wings with white sauce, my mouth was in heaven and we both had the falafel salad, another perfect choice.the portions were perfect size for me and my new fiancee. (Thanks to Nomad eatery) it was a very pleasant atmosphere for our lifestyle. We shared the peaches and cream desert, but the name should be punches and scream... get your own!! Im a chocolate lover but the homemade granola was to try and the blend of peaches and cream was the perfect pair. The Vibe!!! This place may be small, but it definately has an atmosphere of what you bring to the table. The indoor seating is nice, the outdoor seating is perfect for large groups and "fur babies" we ran short on time with all of our planned festivies, that our little girl had to wait. I can say say a whole lot more, but i will stop at the general store and restroom. Clean and inviting as any other part of this establishment. From the time we stepped foot inside the door and paid our bill we were treated like we belonged there. I am glad i chose this awesome place to get engaged. “Great meal last night. Crispy Pork Belly was amazing and a generous portion. Followed up with Fire Roasted Maitaki Mushrooms and a glass of Nebbiolo. Rye Boulevardier (a Negoni with whiskey) for a night cap. All delicious. Friendly yet prompt and professional service. Chatted with sommelier Katie about the awesome wine program. Beautiful space. Wil be back next time in SLC.“

“If you’re ever in Salt Lake City - Savannah and crew are some of the loveliest people I’ve met in a long while and they’ve been taking good care of me while on assignment here with the FAA from out of state. “Visited when in town for a wedding and Franklin Ave became our go-to stop. Their food is delicious. On our last night they were busy and we could only be seated downstairs. We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

“have been there a couple dozen times and will keep going back the HOSS is the best thing but it is the only thing I have ever had but everything is great the waitresses are all very nice and helpful but please don't take my word for it get there and try it for yourself it is the best place to eat it is my Saturday morning spot the one on 1700 south was there yesterday. Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. “This place is a freakin gem! I can find no faults in the cheese steak, it is perfection in a bun and has no equal in Salt Lake County. I ordered to go online. I had to modify the pickup time in order to run another errand. They answered the phone promptly, understood my requests and asked clarifying questions. My food was hot and delicious when I got home. We need to continue to support small independent businesses such as this one or face the doom of soulless chain restaurants that treat you as a number they desire to extract as much money as they can out of.“

“-INITIAL REACTION- We walked in to a seat yourself sign. It was packed but we got lucky that they were wiping down a two top near the bar right as we walked in. Our server Erik was there within a minute with water, wished us a happy valentines, and told us about the specials for the night. While he grabbed our drink orders, a blackberry mule and a soda, we looked at the menu. -FOOD- My wife was already sold on the surf and turf. I was trying to decided between a burger, pasta, or pizza when the table behind us got their food and the fish and chips looked too good. We also got an order of the croquettes, we did 2 ham and cheese and 2 regular. The croquettes came out quickly and were crispy, massive, and cheesy, with two really good sauces (garlic aioli and spicy tomato) to dip. The haddock was massive and the breading was perfectly crisp, the fish was light and nicely seasoned and was perfectly complemented by the tartar sauce (which tasted fresh and I would guess is made in house but I didn't verfiy that). The Asian slaw was tangy and fresh and the chips were some of the best I've had, reat seasoning, crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, almost a midway between potato wedges and potato skins. My wife got the Surf n Turf special and it was delicious. The prime rib was in a red wine reduction sauce, the steak was cooked beautifully. The potatoes were creamy and buttery. I didn't personally try the lobster but my wife said it was amazing. -SERVICE- We were served by Erik and he did fantastic, was quick, personable, attentive, gave great recommendations, and never once did my soda reach the bottom before he was checking if I wanted a refill. Towards the end of the meal we were visited by the manager Marc to see how everything was and ended up chatting with him for a while. He got us boxes, gave tips on reheating and gave us some to go containers of the sauces. Overall the service was some of the best we've gotten in recent memory. -COST- The average plate is about $20-30 and honestly for the quality and the amount of food you get it is extremely fair imo.“

“I'm not even sure where to begin. I am a young combat Veteran. This was the only place near me that I thought I'd have a chance of connecting with other veterans and families of veterans. Last night, Aug 14th, after only a few minutes there I was met with hostility, degrading comments, and physical assault by an intixicated individual. His name is Keven Sloan who isnt even a Vet. I'm in shock that the victims (myself and my friend who is also a combat vet) were removed from the establishment and the aggressors were allowed to follow us to our vehicles. And the people here were completely ok with it. Even as I was signing my tab, these aggressors were by my vehicle the entire time wanting physical altercations. I'm pursuing legal remedies at this time. The news outlets are aware too of what transpired. Stay away from this poorly ran establishment. It's not Vet friendly.“

“I was really impressed with the food! I shared the enchiladas and a rueben and both were really good imo. I had the passionfruit sour which as a sour beer person I really enjoyed. The staff was friendly and attentive. I liked the open space environment as this brewery seems to be in a former warehouse. Imo this place deserves more than the 4.3 stars that it has at the time that I am writing this review. I rate this brewery an easy 5/5 stars for a perfect experience.“

“My husband and I had dinner there a few nights ago and the food was fabulous. My pork osso buco was so tender and my husband’s chicken provoleta was equally delicious. We also had the spinach and artichoke dip with artisan flat bread and the multi layer chocolate cake and loved both. My education is in design so I pay close attention to my surroundings. The restaurant is beautifully designed and not overdone and from what I saw every table in the restaurant has a view of the city. The flatware was the perfect weight and designed by the well known British designer Robert Welch and lastly the beautiful linens are manufactured in Italy for a beautiful soft finishing touch. All and all it was a wonderful dinner and the staff was perfect, especially our server Sam she was very professional. When we were leaving we saw one of the chefs and told him how much we loved our dinner. He informed us that they have only been open for a week and a half. We were really surprised. I’ve been to other restaurants that have been open for months and can’t get the food and staff in sync no matter how hard they try. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back and will be bringing friends.“

“I just tried to get pizza delivered to my Airbnb and after 30 minutes gave up and ordered a steak to go it’s delicious and the girls were very very sweet great service! Highly recommend I was a little jealous I was taking it with me because the vibe seemed really good inside would be a great date night“

“Came here for coffee and a light breakfast. I got the toast of the day, beet hummus and ricotta and my friend got the sandwich of the day, ham and cheese. The toast was good but was pretty expensive at $9. The sandwich was a better deal at $12 and was quite tasty but it had really fibrous, inedible pieces of fennel in it which you had to pick out. I also got a couple pastries and a sourdough loaf to-go. The pain au chocolate was $9 but was ridiculously good, so flaky and buttery! Worth it as a special treat. The food was good but didn't seem worth the price, I think the move for table x bread is going for the freshly baked pastries and breads instead of ordering the toasts/sandwiches. Their bread is so good, crispy and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside, highly recommend the sourdough. The drip coffee was also worth it, very flavorful and reasonably priced. If you plan to eat here, be mindful that there are only 3 indoor seats (there are several small tables outside).“

“Beautiful views and good food (for a hospital). It could obviously be a little more seasoned but hospital food isn’t known for its seasoning for a reason. I prefer going here over the main hospital because of it’s made-to-order food, instead of burgers that have been under a heat lamp. Plus the fries are yummy :)“

“We ordered 10 meals for an early lunch (11 am). I ordered online with a pick-up time of 11. They don't open until 11 am but I was greeted kindly and they were already preparing my meals. They had them to me by 11:10 with a smile and a great attitude. The meals were all amazing. Only a few of the people there had tried the restaurant and every one of them said they would get their meal again. I have found a new favorite restaurant. The food was fresh, healthy and well prepared with good portions of fish/steak/chicken. Thank you Flower Child! I look forward to visiting you again in the future.“
