“My granddaughter and I recently dined at Chuck’s Fish to celebrate her graduation. The food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent. We had kimchi Brussels, uptown shrimp, and a delicious sushi roll. Then we really did it up big with the white chocolate bread pudding. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and attentive. Can’t say enough about how delicious the meal was. One of the owners came to our table and checked on us to make sure we were being taken care of, which we were. I would highly, highly recommend this place!!!“

“Went yesterday for lunch. Service (Brent) was excellent. He was attentive but not intrusive. Had to explain certain items on the menu which he did without hesitation. Had fish and chips. Excellent. “It’s been years since I’ve been to the Boiling Pot and I’m so glad we decided to visit on Tuesday. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything we ordered we enjoyed. We had a steamed platter, popcorn shrimp platter, shrimp and catfish platter and the crawfish bread. Everything was perfect, even the sides. The crawfish bread was insanely good. The prices were also quite reasonable. The shrimp was big, even the popcorn shrimp. I will definitely be back.“

The food on the other hand is usually good, but this specific visit I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they still put onions on it. I told the waiter that I said no onions and showed him where they had onions on it and he said oh OK and didn't come back to the table until 10 minutes later with some sauce I ordered. So I guess that just meant that my sandwich wasn't gonna get remade or anything, so I just picked out the onions, but it still smells like onions. Total bummer and waste of money at that point but I didn't wanna cause a scene. I'll say if you get your food check to make sure it's right because nothing was done for mine“

“One part of our anniversary celebration . We started with drinks cranberry cinnamon bourbon we both had the stuffed chicken with asparagus over the ravioli my husband loved the sauce he said it’s very familiar ended with the fudge brownie everything taste great. Unfortunately I only have a photo of my drink because when our meals came we forgot to take photos. I blame the drinks good conversation and atmosphere but good thing is we will most definitely will be back .“

“They are a good Chinese restaurant to go to & get food. Food is always hot! They are always busy! I've been going here for years. Just count your egg rolls, crab rangoons, chicken wings etc bc they will have you short by 1. But they will honor their mistake by trying to keep you as a customer happy. & that's a good thing!“

I ordered the fried oyster meal with a side of potatoes and corn.

I’m a connoisseur of oysters my specialty is fried oysters. I’ve eaten them near and far, in other countries, north, south, east, and west…..and this was by far a member of my top five category. They were fried crispy on the outside, super tender on the inside and there were twice as many as any restaurant I’ve ever been to has given me.

Off you’re just passing through and you happen to hear about this place or Google maps tells you about it just take my advice get off the interstate, go there, and you’ll thank me later.
Don’t let the funky atmosphere mess with your head….this place is the real deal.“
