“If you love seafood, this place is fantastic. Been there plenty of times and my personal favourite is oysters, dumplings and hand cut noodles. They gave really good marinated items as well like duck and salmon. Oysters are always fresh. This is one place i ate seafood where I haven't had an upset tummy.
Happy hour items are really good price as well.

What really surprised us was the unexpected birthday gesture from the restaurant. It wasn’t even like the complimentary dessert some places offer (which is already a lovely touch) - this was something much more thoughtful and meaningful. “Tucked in a tiny corner mall in SE Van is this authentic Cantonese/ chinese restaurant. With its unassuming and humble front door, the food is surprisingly authentic and delicious! Prices are average for their portion sizes. The 2 noodle dishes I got (dry-fried beef rice noodle and Singapore style vermicelli) have strong wok flavor ("wok hei"). Their baked tapioca pudding is made when ordered, so it takes time, but it's to die for! Apparently, they also have dim sum during lunch, so I'll try it next time! All in all, surprisingly good authentic flavors, super friendly staff, and convenient!

“Place/dining is very clean. Food is great, non greasy. Customer service on my 2nd visit was excellent. I didn't know there's an option of rice, quinoa or what not and I learned from Yvonne. She was accommodating of my preferences. It feels nice to support local businesses! I don't have photos because my family ate already before I got this survey! This food bar is worth recommending.

Vegetarian options: I have not tried the tofu/vegetarian meal but I gonna try next time.

Dietary restrictions: There are choices for a variety of sauces/dressings, grains. I believe they can customize accdg to your preference.

Parking: It's a strip mall, so there is ample parking.

Kid-friendliness: I was my 12 yr old son who wanted to go there and he liked it.

“Pretty good brunch option to go Dim Sum in Richmond. Although parking spots have 1H or 2H slots for free, parking sometimes may take a while.

Food taste is pretty good for an average dim sum experience with price points acceptable moving the rating to 4.

Service cart moves around all the time so you will constantly get more food should you choose to order more. For an Asian establishment, the service you expect is standard and a solid 4.

The atmosphere was good and lively in the dining area, but washrooms could be better maintained.

All in all, 4 stars is the rating I would give and recommend for others to bring more people to improve the experience.“

“I'm not really sure why this place has low ratings. I have been coming here for the past decade or so. Always delicious food and great service. They cook food with a lot of "wok hey". I recommend the sweet and sour pork, stir fry pea sprouts (dou miu), scallop egg white fried rice, soya sauce chicken was the best, and their fried fish. Dessert was yummy too - green bean sweet soup with taro. Haven't had that in a very long time. This is a hidden canto gem in Richmond. Highly recommend!!

“4th times had lunch at this restaurant. All dimsum we ordered kept the same tasty standard. The waiters and servers are all very polite and friendly which is quite impressive. I will return and recommend my friends to go too.
Lunch at this place last Saturday. Chinese New Year 4th day. Very busy but got my reserved table right away. Altgough it was a busy dsy but all employees serms very cheerful and received New Year blessings from all employees. Food remain tasty and keep the standard. Will return this Thursday with friends“

“I was just strolling around the mall and decided to check out some nearby restaurants, I’m so happy I ended up here! The place feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I ordered the tempura, chicken karage seafood udon, and a crazy roll. Everything was honestly perfect. The tempura was super crispy (attempted to buy more) and dipping it in the soy sauce made it even better. The seafood udon had a nice sweet twist to the broth, and I asked them to make it spicy and it turned out absolutely perfect. The crazy roll was fresh and great too, I suggest to add creamcheese if you like creamcheese. I noticed it's a mix of japanese and korean dishes, which is perfect.

“The fish dish is very authentic. The flavour and texture are consistent with this dish in China. Most of the hot dishes in the combo are also very tasty. The fresh veggies are perfect cooked with the correct amount seasoning, and it is great for refreshing the palate between meat dishes. The fried rice and the rest of the dishes are also decently >8.5/10, but the pork ribs are a bit dry and served lukewarm.

Service is good, but you have to flag down the servers. Order is by QR code. They also perform a small ritual when they serve the fish.“

The only thing I think could be improved is that the flavors were a bit on the salty side. If they were a touch milder, it would better highlight the freshness of the ingredients. Free Parking available on a surface lot to the right of the restaurant or underground parking for the Save On Foods / Local Public Eatery / etc.. Commercial businesses. My favourites: stir fried green beans with minced meat, beef tendon, deep fried green scallion pancake, shu mai, fried stuffed eggplant

Wasn’t too impressed by: chicken feet, egg tart, rice noodles with beef, pai gwat fan, or hum sui kok

Overall service was very courteous, not quite rushing but efficient in removing empty dishes, no complaints since it was understandably a very busy Saturday lunch session (every table was full by 12pm, walk-ins had to be turned away at the door)

They no longer sell steamed rice rolls (I wanted to get the one stuffed with fried donut or shrimp). Seems the menu has shrunk a bit, probably to make the kitchen run more efficiently + reduce waste / costs.

My family like to dine here so I’ll probably be back but there are equally good if not better dim sum places around Vancouver.“

“Enjoyed our experience with our 10 year old grandson who loves seafood. Everything was fresh and delicious, their in-house sauces were so tasty !!! We especially enjoyed the beef Teriyaki, amazing!
