“Pho 45 in Garden Grove is a bright, busy, and very clean spot with a friendly vibe. We ordered the phở tái chín và viên and the phở tái nạm gân. The portions were generous and well balanced, with fresh herbs and noodles. The broth was light and I personally wished for a bit more spice aroma, but it was still one of the better pho experiences I have had.
The service truly stood out. For a small mom and pop restaurant, it was the best I have seen. The owner watches every detail and the staff is very attentive. I had a stroller with me and before I even reached the table they cleared a chair so I could park it easily. Our food also came out super fast.
The space is simple with white textured walls and is very family friendly. Service is a 10, food is a 9. I would definitely return”

“My husband and I decided to try this Korean AYCE BBQ after watching Rockstar Eater’s YouTube video featuring their LA Koreatown location. After checking their website, we found out that the Garden Grove location is actually the original one, so we decided to visit OC location.
Parking was easy, which is always a plus. We visited on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy, but the wait was reasonable and we were seated fairly quickly.
This is an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant where you choose a tier- Diamond ($58.99), Gold ($34.99), Brown ($24.99), or Happy Hour ($19.99). We went with the Gold AYCE. Meats are ordered through the server, while side dishes are self-serve in the lobby area (self bar) . The layout is simple, table spacing is comfortable, and getting sides is very straightforward.
Since this is the original location, I naturally came in with slightly higher expectations - partly because of the YouTube recommendation and also from friends who had positive experiences in the past. For us, the meat quality was decent and the selection felt a bit limited, but everything was prepared well and enjoyable.
Service was a highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which definitely improved the overall experience.
Overall, this is a solid AYCE Korean BBQ option in the Garden Grove area. While it didn’t completely wow us, we still had a pleasant meal and would consider coming back for a casual BBQ outing.

“This place has minimalistic decor that’s bright and simple. They have very unique drink flavors and they offer cold brew, matcha and Einspänner, which I don’t see so often. It’s a Viennese drink that I drank every day when I was in Vienna and Europe where the top layer is a really thick whipped sweetened cream. But nowadays, it translate to any drink topped with this thick sweetened cream on any type of drink not just espresso.
I got strawberry matcha latte for myself and picked up ice pistachio latte, biscoff cookie butter latte and strawberry lemonade for the family.
The strawberry matcha latte has been the best matcha I’ve had by far. It’s nutty not grassy or bitter so you know it’s not low grade, yet it’s bold and strong. The strawberry purée was perfect. It wasn’t thick like jam or thin like syrup. It still had the pulp and when you mix it, it didn’t change the matcha taste.

“I stumbled across this place when looking for a pizza, I was in the area and prefer supporting small businesses. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised that pizza was no longer on my mind. A delicious smell of Bahn Mi sandwiches hit me as I walked in. My decision was made for me. I saw my favorite drink on the menu, a Thai tea, and figured I would pair the two. I was met with great service and such an enthusiastic gentleman, I wish I would have gotten his name so I can drop it here, but when you go in, you’ll know.
I love spicy, let me preface my story by putting that out there. I was delighted to sit at the park down the road and enjoy my lunch in the sun. I took my first bite and was chomping away when it violently and abruptly hit me! The spicy level on the combination Bahn Mi was top tier. I enjoy a good fight and boy o’ boy did I need more napkins. I was wishing the Thai tea had more ice cubes than were in it. But the food was good. The place itself looks a little confusing, a mix of pizza and Vietnamese food, but I want to go back to try the pizza; I should have paid more attention to the “And More”. I’m sure it’s all made with love.”

This is only one small example of attention to detail at this superior restaurant. Recommended dishes include the carne asada tacos, poke bowl, wings... and most likely everything else. If you are staying in the the hotel, there is little need to look elsewhere. If you are not staying in the hotel, this restaurant is worth stopping in for. “I had an amazing visit to Buca di Beppo in Garden Grove, such a great place right in Orange County. This is my new favorite place to go for authentic Italian Cuisine. Sammii recommended the chicken parmigiana and red velvet cake and it was really delicious. It felt great to get such a friendly welcome upon showing up as well. Sammii was kind, so helpful going way above and beyond to make sure my time there was incredible. Adrianna also took some really great pics that our family loves. They served a small egg soup as a welcome dish — warm, light, and comforting on an empty stomach.

This place is a modest sized booth inside a shared common area meant for gatherings and business events. Definitely don’t be intimidated by the parking nor the view from Google Maps.

I grew up eating so many ramen and Chinese noodle plates in San Gabriel Valley area and at little tokyo, Jeong 's noodle is my top 1 or 2. I invited my family and friends over to try it,they all liked it. The business next door has people lining up all the time, but I wasn't impressed by their food. Jeong 's Noodle deserves that long line.”

My tacos were cooked to order on homemade tortillas. I dressed mine up with some toppings from the salsa bar. When I sent a pic to my dad, he said “When they have radishes it’s usually a good bet.” He nailed it.
I went with birria and carne asada. The meat is juicy and tender, with the perfect blend of spices and seasoning. The aromas from the grill made my mouth water. The condiment bar is loaded with different cremas, a tangy salsa verde with charred peppers, radish, onion, and carrot.
This is an honest-to-goodness SoCal treasure and it’s only a few minutes from the Magic Park.”

“If you're staying at Great Wolf Lodge, this will be your main option for dinner and breakfast, it's a typical American style buffet with lots of choices for kids even the most picky eaters, including flatbreads, chicken nuggets, Mac n cheese, but also a few items that adults can enjoy such as chicken parm, salmon, salad, roast veggies and soup. The food was not the best quality, not as good as buffets at Disneyland but a better buffet than what you might find at Legoland. If you're vegetarian/vegan you will still have a few options which is not bad. The dessert selection was just okay and drinks are not included, but considering the price, it's a decent value.
Special shout out to our server Cristian who was more attentive than we normally get at typical buffets, positive, helpful and we got an extra treat for our daughter's birthday, making it a very special time.
Also, wanted to recognize Lisa C at the pasta station who was extra helpful and hospitable, and cooked up one of the best pasta dishes I've had in a long time, you can choose exactly what you want in it so really appreciated.
Compared to numerous other theme park restaurants and buffets we've been to, we found this to be one of the better experiences. Most of the time at places like Legoland, or Knotts you never see your server and people don't seem so happy, but at Loose Moose we appreciated how good the staff are.
Dinner is not as busy as breakfast and I think it's a better value. If you show up too late for breakfast, expect less attention and possibly a wait for a table. In the past, we used to see the wolf theme characters visit tables, kind of like Disneyland, but that doesn't happen here which is a little disappointing but that's not a deal breaker. We would still come back if we're staying here.”

“I stopped by this Raising Cane's location to pick up my tailgate order and also got some lunch here as well. I placed my tailgate order ahead of time so I got the chicken tenders, fries and toast. Since I came early, I decided to also pick up lunch here as well.
When I came, the drive thru was not busy so I placed my order through there. The lady working the drive thru for whatever reason was having issues or just taking forever on putting in people order so we had to wait longer. The guy on the other lane came to help her to speed things up. I got two box combos and customized them by taking out the coleslaw. I asked for ketchup which they forgot.
I asked if I could pick up my catering order at the drive thru but they said I had to go inside to get it. Finding parking can be difficult here and also exiting since it's in a busy area where you enter and leave the plaza. The pickup process for the catering was simple inside. “My husband and I decided to try this Korean AYCE BBQ after watching Rockstar Eater’s YouTube video featuring their LA Koreatown location. After checking their website, we found out that the Garden Grove location is actually the original one, so we decided to visit OC location.
Parking was easy, which is always a plus. We visited on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy, but the wait was reasonable and we were seated fairly quickly.
This is an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant where you choose a tier- Diamond ($58.99), Gold ($34.99), Brown ($24.99), or Happy Hour ($19.99). We went with the Gold AYCE. Meats are ordered through the server, while side dishes are self-serve in the lobby area (self bar) . The layout is simple, table spacing is comfortable, and getting sides is very straightforward.
Since this is the original location, I naturally came in with slightly higher expectations - partly because of the YouTube recommendation and also from friends who had positive experiences in the past. For us, the meat quality was decent and the selection felt a bit limited, but everything was prepared well and enjoyable.
Service was a highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which definitely improved the overall experience.
Overall, this is a solid AYCE Korean BBQ option in the Garden Grove area. While it didn’t completely wow us, we still had a pleasant meal and would consider coming back for a casual BBQ outing.

“I love Bake & Che. They have multiple locations now throughout OC and LA. I mainly visit this location because it’s closer to me.
Parking: The parking lot can be frustrating because it can get busy on random days. Finding a spot is a hit or miss.
Ambiance/Environment: They have a small/medium indoor space with a decent amount of indoor seating. It can get crowded with people waiting around at the pick up counter. It’s a Vietnamese spot, so Vietnamese music will be playing.
Service: The workers are nice, quick, and efficient. They speak English and Vietnamese.
Desserts: I absolutely enjoy all their che. It’s so refreshing! Their bakery items brings back so many memories for me. My favorite is the Pandan. My go-to Che are the Thai, avocado, and house special. Perfect amount of milk and a generous amount of jellies & fruits. My only critique is the cleanliness of the packaging. Every time I received my order, the cup is always sticky. Their Green Thai Tea is the BEST I’ve ever had! The floral and pandan notes definitely came through.
Pricing: It is pretty pricey, but definitely worth it every once in a while! Highly recommend joining their rewards program through the Toast app. They also send out coupons/promotions occasionally.”
