“Busy. There was a line before the 11 am open time and there are very few tables in this tiny space. If you are physically disabled maybe call ahead if they can accomidate you.
The food is good. The takoyaki is amazing and the cutlets are crispy. Large portions so come hungry. Went a bit out of my way to come here but absolutely worth it.“

“This is easily the best sushi restaurant I have ever tried! I visit very often and can always expect high quality, thoughtfully made products! The owner is very kind and creates a lovely atmosphere in the store. I have tried numerous types of sushi, the miso soup, and some of the bakery items here, and everything is delicious. There are a wide variety of menu items for all types of paletes, and even people who don’t usually like sushi absolutely fall in love when I take them here! Everything is put together very quickly which makes it quite convenient to visit even when you are busy. I would recommend this restaurant over and over again for anybody in the area! : )“

The sushi here is absolutely fresh and beautifully presented—each piece melts in your mouth and has a delicate, authentic flavor. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and the attention to detail makes every bite feel like a true omakase experience. The plate was vibrant and elegant, with garnishes that elevated the overall presentation.

However, the restaurant seems to be understaffed. There was only one waitress handling the entire floor. She did an excellent job—friendly, attentive, and very professional—but it’s clear she was stretched thin. Service took a little longer because of this, though her effort and attitude were commendable.

If the staffing issue gets resolved, this place would easily be a 5-star experience. Highly recommended for sushi lovers looking for fresh, high-quality dishes!“

“I frequently walk here to grab sushi. Always tasty and fresh. My favorites are the Hawaii roll (less jalapeno), the mars roll, and the ichi roll. The salads could be better but I like the miso soup. Also like the botan milk tea with boba :) quick friendly service and cute atmosphere“

“Came here twice and food is really good. Seems to be kind of quiet which is nice. Really liked the dinosaurian egg and Mars roll, might try the ramen next time. The sashimi was fresh and well prepared, which is super important! Recommend :)“

Plus the staff was nice and helpful, even when I asked them a million questions about the stuff. I'd definitely go back there again, it's like, legit one of the best places to get poke in town.“

“I ordered here for the first time for our weekly company lunch. The feedback from my coworkers is great. It's a bit pricey as expected for poke. The lunch bowl is a good size and has lots of texture and the sauce is awesome. I wish they would have a printed menu available so I can post it in the office.
This place is close to work and is far less crowded than the one at the Sand Canyon/Irvine Blvd (parking is terrible at lunch!!) I sure will come to order again next time.“

Came here because we were curious and hungry. Not a lot of people which was perfect and got seated right away. The ambiance is a Japanese and Korean vibe. The food and service is so great.

Food. So many to choose from and you only have one stomach. Don’t you hate that.

“I was invited to their soft opening and went last night with a few friends. It's a new late night spot with small bites and drinks. Customer service was on point! Ron does an amazing job catering to clientele and providing great hospitality. He is truly interested in making sure customers are happy and open to ideas for any improvements! Drinks were good and strong. We had the Japanese old fashioned and lychee martini. Best part was it was buy one get one free! My favorite food was the wagyu and blue crab hand roll. It was a cool concept, they did a "reverse" hand roll and I especially loved that part because the nori was nice and crispy. Very innovative! Can't wait to return and try more of the menu items. They are going to incorporate bar food in the future and can't wait to see how it comes along. Also, they had good music selection!!!!“

“The best AYCE sushi we have had. This IS our go to sushi spot in OC. The food is superbly fresh and clean and has you wanting to get more and more. Try everything they have to offer. Or, don't bother with the generic appetizers and head straight for the sushi. The staff is generally good, but it can take some time to get their attention. But that is because they are ALWAYS so busy! But the food here is absolutely the star of the show. I think it is OC's best spot!“

“Houston Location: We arrived at our reservation and waited 10 minutes for the hostess. Once seated, we were uninstructed on how to order. Sushi chefs explained the process. Our waiter arrived 10 minutes after, taking our drink order. The app arrived before the waters, followed by the drinks after we ordered and received the sushi. The manager noticed us looking for our waiter but was often in the corner on his phone or socializing with the hostess. The sushi chefs were also on their phones while making the sushi, which was unhealthy. Despite the germy seasoning, the food was amazing.“

“We come here often because it’s a dog friendly restaurant outside the patio. We love to take our fur baby here. Closer to home. And we can walk around after for digestion since it’s located in Irvine Spectrum like an outdoors mall with many restaurants, shops. They offer happy hour but drinks only and from Monday to Thurs.“

“Pretty good ramen and sushi. Our group ordered the tonkotsu black and spicy miso ramen. Both were very flavorful and filling. We also order the salmon bento box and chicken katsu with curry. Both the bento boxes were good, but katsu seemed a little dry. It's better with the curry, but I wouldn't order it again. The sushi was great. We got the baked salmon roll and crunch fire roll. Both were fresh and delicious! I would come back to try the other ramen.“
