No, it’s not authentic Japanese sushi, but I still think it’s delicious. Always coming back for their Mizuno and Dragon rolls!“

“The food was delicious, chicken was tender and rice was well cooked but the veggies it tasted like a day old or might be overcooked. Still we liked the food and ate it all. The price was higher than usual, it’s okay because it’s California wages higher. The main star was Carlos, the one who was giving samples. Oh my, he was giving sample to each and everyone and no matter you been there twice. He was enthusiastic and friendly. The cashier was pleasant but did not suggest anything , the one who served the food you know the one who prepared well he did not say anything. Service was fast and efficient. Will come back for Carlos and probably well prepared food next time.“

“Good sushi for the price. I usually get the lunch nigiri special to go and they are pretty good about special instructions in the online order. Quality of fish has been decent and the miso and salad is also fresh and good quality. I just wish they would do something about the smell? fragrance? inside.. it smells like a combo of bleach and some room freshener.“

“This sushi spot is down the street from my house and it's quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Granted I usually come in for lunch and order a bento box. I love the spicy chicken teriyaki, veggie tempura and California rolls. Their Chile. Matsu was good but I prefer the teriyaki. Their miso soup is tasty.

Restaurant is typical sushi restaurant size. They may accommodate larger parties with notice. The art on the wall is movies, action figures, and things of that nature

I haven't tried too much outside of that so I will have to order more when I go next time. I want to order specialty rolls. Will update the review after the fact.“

“We had been searching for a long time around Cupertino for a café that makes good sushi rolls. The task wasn’t easy, but I decided to stop by Bay Sushi and order a few rolls to go. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff — their attentiveness and attention to detail stood out. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and we were delighted with the quality and taste of the rolls. Everything was just right, and now we know where to enjoy healthy and delicious food. “I’ve been walking past here every day since my work assignment started. Today I decided to give them a test run around the block. So they have a ton of ‘special rolls’ but not so many of the standard type rolls. I happen to like the standard rolls better and don’t understand the whole fancy this and that. That being said I tried both of what they offered. Both rolls overall were good. Not great, nothing that screamed special. It wouldn’t keep me from stopping back at a later date though. Service was again just ok. The typical where their phone was more important than checking on the customers. The atmosphere and location are decent with plenty of parking. Pricing is what I expected. Others have stated the portions are large and that is the case.“

“We ordered Octopus karaage, Jalapeno Bomb, king Crab Roll and Alaska Roll. We loved the karaage most and Jalapeno bomb was good too. But the rolls were not as expected, would rate them below avg. Staff and restaurant environment were standard. Parking might be issue specially during weekend nights.“

I LOVE their grilled squid…… it’s lightly seasoned and grilled to perfect with amazing char aroma. My fiancé always gets their sushi rolls. My entree is normally the bento box combo. There was a big selection of nigiri and rolls on the conveyor belt, and if I wanted something specific, I could order it on my touchscreen. I won't lie their poke was pretty underwhelming and for the portions and all, it wasn't worth the pricing in my opinion.

However I'm giving them 5 stars due to their sushi rolls, great value and taste, would recommend them for the sushi unironically and not their poke.“

“This sushi restaurant its so good! The deluxe uni handball is SUPER tasty. I could have eaten 50 of them.

We ordered soft shell crab, which was a smaller crab than I am typically used to at ither places, but it still tasted good and had a nice crunchy texture.

The mix tempura was probably the best tempura I've had ever. The texture was light and crispy and not soggy at all (which is very easy for it to get).

Then we ordered chicken udon for our 3 year old, who lodged the noodles and broth.

We ordered the Deluxe sashimi as our main dish and it was absolutely delicious! I loved the ice underneath the radish to keep the sashimi cold (my daughter loved it too and kept eating it).

They gave us edaname beans and green tea ice cream complementary which was nice before abd after the meal.

Cute little place that has plenty of decorations such as funkos. The waiting area was a little small but we were seated pretty quickly. Everything from the food to the service was nice. Our server was a nice young lady who recommended some good tasting dishes. Ultimately made our stay worth it. Great area as well.“
