“I had a really good meal at Juicy Dumpling Factory! The soup dumplings were solid and packed with a lot of juicy broth. I also tried the pan-fried dumplings, and those were probably my favorite—they’re crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and just fun to eat.

The cucumber salad was bomb and super refreshing. I also ordered the beef noodle soup, and I was pleasantly surprised. The noodles were bouncy, tasted fresh, and the broth had a lot of flavor. It looks spicy, but it’s actually much milder than I expected, which made it easy to enjoy.

Overall, a great spot if you’re craving dumplings and comforting noodle dishes. I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu!“

“Visited the Redondo Beach locations and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. My friend and I came for lunch and boy were we pleasantly surprised. The food was high quality and our server, Michael, couldn't have been nicer. We will be regular customers.“

“I love Panda Express as much as the next guy, but as I’m absolutely destroying my plate, I notice something on my noods. I notice that there’s some kind of paper material stuck to it. At first, i thought maybe I had dropped some straw wrapper in my food, & thought nothing of it. But as I continued eating, I noticed another noodle with paper on it. Come to find out, the packaging of the meal was peeling due to the heat of the meal. The chow mein had come out fresh, so I know it was pretty warm. I hope someone at panda that can make a difference WILL because I don’t feel particularly good when I’m eating paper at one of my favorite take out restaurants ):(Sorry if pictures do it justice. “Had a great meal! Forwent ordering potstickers in order to try the enticingly named Gang of 4 ×4 - a delicious decision! The Mao's Hometown was just-right spicy, and I'm sure they put more than $2 extra shrimp on my order. Service friendly and prompt, loved the art. The food comes to the table really fast, and everything was bursting with flavor. I’m kind of blown away by this little hidden gem within the mall. If you like Din Tai Fung, which many of us do, I think this is an awesome place to add to the rotation—or maybe even replace it!“

“Fu Sing is some of the best food in this city. The egg rolls (either chicken or pork) are crispy and flavorful. The wonton soup is top notch. I haven’t had a disappointing dish yet. The owner is a great guy. Glad to have them so close. Note this is just take out.“

“This place is so good. We decided to try it for the first time, we ended up with the wrong order but they were very kind and remade the order correctly for us. Let me tell you, this is some of the best food I’ve had in a while! There is a bit of a wait but the wait is worth it. When the chef brought order out for us he was so excited and asked us to try it in front of him because he was so proud of his food. Anyone who is proud of what they make makes amazing food“

“Had a wonderful experience last night with my family to celebrate my 60 year wedding anniversary. Food and service were the best! I always enjoy dining here because everything is delicious and they always make you feel welcome.“

“This has been my favorite spot since the 80s (i'm 42). I've always loved their little chicken wings and chow mein. Even now as an adult and having lived all over California, I've yet to find a place that compares. This is a must stop for me every time I go visit family and I absolutely crave it when I'm not there.
the appearance is old and half shut down, but the Chinese food counter is still going strong. Big portions, delicious food, and great prices. And as a bonus: they are still selling the Orange Julius that I had when I was little too. I dont know how long they've been in business but since i remember them from when i was little, I can safely say at least 40 years and still Killing it.

“Chinese comfort food. Good serving size, they will stuff your container full. The Kung Pao Chicken and black pepper chicken are great. They have wings too and lots of other options. I will be going back to try it all. Good price as well. Support local and try it next time instead of Panda! I still like my Panda Orange chicken tho! For light Chinese in a great environment.. The food is seasoned at a reasonable level and it is consistent. We love the fresh string beans- for a minute they changed their source and the beans were stringy but they are back to the crisp tasty beans without the annoying strings. Love the Dan noodles and the chicken dishes are well cooked and seasoned at the right level without being annoyingly
Sauces. The environment is great, upscale, easy parking and centrally located on the west side of town. It gets crowded and there’s a lot of takeout pick up - The only area for improvement is managing the takeout process along with properly greeting guests, who are going to dine in - All of that is done in one central location, sometimes the pick up drivers are pushy because they have a time crunch while dine in guests just want a leisurely meal. Other than that, Dan Modern is highly recommended as a family favor for us“

“My dad and I went here because it sounded delicious. I must say, this is probably THE best Chinese cuisine in Pedro. The staff were pleasant, and the service was quick. “Why they only have 4.2 I'll never know. Literally the best spot for a Chinese buffet, not because they have endless options but because they have the right amount of options and theyre clean.
One of the greatest positives for me is the fact that for the options they do have, not a single item was too oily, or too sweet, or too cold, or anything negative that usually makes you feel gross after eating at a buffet. Handrolled sushi/nigiri included in the buffet especially with expensive options like eel is amazing.
My partner and I went yesterday afternoon and were talking about when we would go back again.
Our only 1 request, just a single 1. Was for them to upgrade the chow mein noodles. As they were not gross or cold or anything like that but they were like spaghetti being pale and skinny instead of usual brownish thick noodles. That was all.

“Had cravings for chow mein and orange chicken driving back, didn’t realize this place is close to home.
NOODLES are BUSSIN’ !! You can taste the wokhi in the noodles that’s why I’m making this review. Portions are generous and the service is lovely.

“I order from No. 1 Chef often via Postmates. Something went wrong this time (not their fault, their computers were down), so my hubby and I took a quick trip to pick up our order. The lady was SOOOO nice and helpful over the phone. With that said, the food here is top notch! When I need comfort food, I get the egg flower soup and dumplings. The soup is ALWAYS hot and fresh and just feels like a hug. I've also ordered the egg fu yun, and trust this place is NOT stingy on the portions. Everything I've had has never disappointed. Yes, it may look like a hole in the wall, but if you want the kind of Chinese food that satisfies, give this place a try.“

“Amazing food, the spicy seafood soup was sectacular“

“We went to Dan Modern Chinese on a Thursday evening around 7:15pm. We had called earlier and were told there wasn’t a need to make reservations. When we got there, they had several tables available and we were seated immediately. The restaurant looks nice from the outside and was also very clean, roomy and comfortable inside. The restaurant doesn’t try to be a fancy affair, rather a casual spot and the furniture reflects it. That’s not a criticism, just a choice they made and it works really well.

Service was quick, friendly and efficient. We got our drinks orders in and it came out quickly. The menu had clearly marked options for vegetarians We then placed our food order. They appear to bring out food as it becomes ready rather than sequencing the meal, so if you prefer a sequence, you should infor your server.

The taste of the food was OK. While I don’t think anything was bad, it wasn’t great either. We asked for chili oil to try and spice it up a little.

Overall, I’d say an average on taste, great service and decent atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, casual, modern Chinese restaurant!!“

“I've had their Chow mein at friendsgiving and it was one of the best I've had. Just happened to be in the area and had to try some other entrees. Unfortunately the friend that brought it over took longer to reply on recommendations, but the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were delicious. I'll be coming back to try some of the pork I was eyeing and some other items that were recommended.

“Panda Express is one of the most reasonably priced chain restaurants with fabulous nutritious and delicious food. My only issue was that the wok fried shrimp was a little too spicy for me. I note that I really have very little tolerance to hot spicy dishes. I would have liked some warning that the wok fried shrimp had chili in it. Nevertheless, I added some plain rice to my meal when I got home and it was fine. My friend happily eats chili and he loved his meal.“
