“Rose has been my go-to donut/ coffee/ breakfast spot for over a year now. The Vietnamese iced coffee is AMAZING. And the staff are so sweet and friendly, it’s definitely a neighborhood gem. Only downside is you need to get there early in the morning before the line starts!“

“I’ve lived in the area for years and finally tried this place—what a little treasure in our community! I needed to pick up 5 dozen donuts for my team at work, and since I was heading in early, I placed the order a couple of days ahead. They took down all the details, including a small special request, with no problem. When I arrived at 5am for pickup, everything was ready and absolutely perfect! From the friendly service to the delicious donuts, the whole experience was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This was my first time stopping at Tasty Donuts. I had been craving a donut for weeks. I got an apple fritter and a glazed blueberry old fashioned. Like I said, I had been craving a donut - ONE. And I left with two. And I swiftly ate half of each, in my car, as I drove home.

To say they were delicious is a tremendous understatement. The apple fritter was moist, chewy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. So yummy! The blueberry old fashioned was moist and dense all at the same time, glazed just right - not too much, and not too sparse - and it was delicately sweetened, which was ideal.

One of the things I loved about both treats is the just right amount of sweetness. It wasn't overly sweet where one experiences cavities on the first bot, but it also was not bland. I nursed the remains for two days after. I kept them well wrapped to retain as much freshness as I could. And the total for both was only $3 and change! I was pleasantly surprised.

I will return. I don't eat donuts very often, but when the craving hits again, I will most assuredly revisit Tasty Donuts. I was quite pleased. Enjoy your visit... and heck, splurge on two. You're welcome. ♡“

“Apparently this doughnut shop has been around for a long time. I driven by here hundreds of time and didn't even know it was there. I stopped in for a maple old fashion and a cup of coffee.

The maple old fashion was very good. It had those good crisp edges and soft middle. The maple flavor was very good. The lady Chen, dropped a couple of glazed doughnut holes in my bag and they were good. The coffee was very good. It was of the drip variety and it was smooth with good flavor.

The owner Chen was very nice. She was a one woman crew when I came in, and with several customers, the handled it well with a smile on her face. The doughnut shop offers a variety of doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, frozen yogurt, and ice cream.“

However , today I found out that you have nut ingredients in some of your doughnuts but you do not warn your customers by including these allergens on the descriptions of the flavors. Unpredictability with opening/closing. Showed up today at 9:10 am, lights off, no donuts in the display. On their Google page, and their window, says they should be open. This has occurred at least 3 other times. Perhaps need to call before making the drive to come here.“

“Got this via door dash bc of a craving on a Saturday. Did not expect them to be the freshest donuts I’ve ever purchased. Maybe I got lucky, but the oil used was new, did not taste the oil. These fritters are absolutely ripped with chunks of apple contrasted by the crispy edges from a perfect deep fry. Plus they're so big you might have a hard time eating a whole one. Though I managed to persevere in the face of near defeat and won.

“There were two extremely patient and kind girls working the counter today and they made this place worth talking about. We are from Orlando, FL and we have been itching to find a good Boba spot for the last 4 days. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I already won the lottery. Their churro donut is phenomenal and light, but what really impressed me was when we went off menu and I asked for a taro coconut item. One of the girls said that she likes those two best when they are mixed together in a smoothie and...she did not disappoint. The taro coconut smoothie is better than anything I have tried in Orlando. In addition, I decided to try something new and asked for the pink coconut milk tea (essentially it was strawberry and coconut). Once again, I LOVED the drink. I hope I do come back to San Diego soon and bring family along with me because I loved the atmosphere, employees/customer service, and menu items.

I have a dairy allergy so these two drinks made me feel like there is no other place I would rather be.“

“While on a road trip to meet a friend in San Diego for a concert, I stayed a little outside of the city in Mission Valley to save some money. As I pulled into the hotel, I spotted a Randy's Donuts sign at the adjacent strip mall. It wasn't open 24 hours (or I would have absolutely dropped in), but I took note of the hours and knew I had to go back in the morning before hitting the road into the city the next day.

Randy's has some of the best yeast donuts ever, and they're among my favorites. The original location has been my go-to whenever I am in Los Angeles, and my tummy was excited to see a location in San Diego!

The place was bustling around 9:30 the next morning (a Saturday). There was a table of old timers who were obviously local regulars, as well as some construction workers and yuppies walking their designer dogs. There was a short line to order, but the shop had plenty of employees who were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They moved the line quickly, which is nice if you just want to grab a sweet treat without waiting forever.

The display case was full of so many tasty looking donuts and flavors! Nutella, butter crumb, blueberry cake, maple glazed, and more. Of course, I'm a traditional donut type of gal so I went with one of the original raised yeast glazed donuts. They were so fresh and yummy!

I've never had a bad donut from Randy's, and today was no exception. The oil was fresh, the donuts were soft, and the flavors were delicious.I'd say thi s Randy's feels a bit like your classic donut shop rather than some next‑level destination.

These aren't Insta-worthy treats or anything like that, but good, solid, traditional pockets of sweet, fried dough. Sometimes that's all you need, just a basic donut that tastes delicious.“
