“Doing tofu and mushrooms this well is VERY RARE. Most places miss the mark on the tofu marinade, and it can be bland. Not the case here! Bun & Mi are able to work umami miracles with the mushroom tofu noodle bowl. The vegan sauce (vinaigrette) is balanced and intentionally subtle but perfect in acidity and salinity and depth.
They clearly are a mom/pop place, with exceptional quality control. They have crushed ice, filtered water. This may sound like a strange thing to remark, BUT it makes all the difference! So many places are not paying attention to the little details, serving tap water that tastes like it came out of a fish bowl. This place is giving you a very intentional, humble and delicious meal. Doing a few menu items and doing them well!“

“Such a cute little space with a great ethical commitment and excellent food! I brought my partner here to grab a quick lunch to go. We each got a banh mi (I got the lemongrass chicken, no mayo, and they got the pork) and a sparkling limeade. The person who took our order was super friendly and the food came out fast. We were both impressed by just how big the sandwiches were and how much protein was on them! And the limeade was incredible - just slightly sparkling with a hint of saltiness.“

“If you’re looking for great pho, this Vietnamese restaurant absolutely delivers. The broth is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, with deep flavor that tastes like it’s been simmered for hours. The noodles were fresh, the meat was tender, and the portion size was generous. Everything came out hot and beautifully prepared, with fresh herbs that really completed the dish. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. This is easily one of the best places around for a satisfying bowl of pho, and I’ll definitely be back again.“

“I had a craving for tom yum soup and thankfully they took my order even though it was about 20 minutes to closing time. It was just a little too spicy (ordered mild) for my taste, but still delicious. Plenty of lemongrass goodness with a kick. I forgot to add noodles, but they accommodated me at the counter. The thai tea was very delicous, strong & creamy with just the right amount of ice. I tried the mango sunrise but it was not what I expected (again, just my taste!). It had a distinct taste to it that I can't put my finger on, but the mango compote & the coconut cream part was really good! Definitely want to try the mango sticky rice next time, but it is on the pricy side ($14).“

“Excellent bahn mi! Pictured is the classic cold cut sandwich that comes with a deliciously salty sauce on the side. The bread is the ideal texture of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you love bahn mis, this place will not disappoint! The staff is also very friendly.“

“I was always curious about sandwiches sold at pho restaurants, and this place was my first. I will say it was a fantastic sandwich. I enjoyed every crispy bite with all the veggies in the sandwich followed by the rich savory fat taste of the pork belly. The service was pretty good too, I chose a table that was “dirty”, unintentionally, and the server cleaned it before I could mention it and bought me ice cold water as if he knew I was thirsty. Everything about this little hidden spot, on the second floor of the mall, was great.“

“This Vietnamese pork bún is simple, filling, and very satisfying.
The grilled pork is the highlight—big, well-cooked pieces with a smoky, savory flavor. It’s generous and feels hearty rather than skimpy. The noodles are light and soak up the sauce nicely, while the fresh vegetables add crunch and keep the bowl from feeling too heavy.
The spring roll is a nice extra, giving a crispy bite, and the sauce is delicious—savory with a touch of sweetness, bringing everything together when mixed.
Overall, it’s a well-balanced bowl with good pork, fresh sides, and a great sauce, served in a generous portion.“

“Nong La has a dedicated Canto Viet man diligently directing the back of the house day in and day out, making sure the food hits their level of comfortable consistent cuisine, which won’t exactly blow minds or taste buds, but fills an exotic unfamiliar question mark into a manageable modern meal. But there’s this really Skinny Canto Viet lady bossing a bunch of diverse ppl around… she’s kinda scary at times and fiery at times… I suspect Nong La (Nong La means Burning) was named after the hot heat came from her own… hot… …..!😉🤓🔥🥵)“

For whoever is reading this, this restaurant has the very best pho I have ever had! The well done brisket is top tier! I also tried their Bah Mi with the side of pho dip…omg sensational! “My sister and I were craving an afternoon coffee. We had their ice coffee with milk. It was one of the best tasting coffees I've had. The atmosphere was chill. The establishment was clean and beautifully decorated. What I do want to remark on is the staff. A young lady by the name of Jenny surprised us by offering us a sample of a spring roll with peanut sauce. The gesture was so touching and sincere that my sister and I have planned to come back the next chance we get. By the way the spring roll was delicious and fresh.“

“AJ Noodles first-timer here and it was simply amazing. Their egg rolls were crunchy and delicious, but their steak pho was the star of the show! The broth was so clean and tasty, I can tell they put a lot of care into making the soup. I will say, it is a little different from your average vietnamese pho, but it has its own charm and still very good. Service was quick and I appreciate the lady for offering me hot water during the chilly evening. Will be coming back!“

“Easy parking. Very fast service and unbeatable price. It tastes pretty light for Southern style Pho. But not quite light enough to be Northern. You can smell the aroma from the parking lot. Also very clean and they carry a lot of dishes you don’t always find in Viet spots.“

“Honestly the best pho I have ever had. I’m military so I travel a lot and first time here in LA came walking in. I’m very picky to my Thai teas and omg hands down on my top list. Perfect ratio and sweetness. The pho was so delicious and can tell it was effort in the broth. I’d definitely come drive down here again. The service was so nice can tell it’s a family owned establishment.“

“Even through storms does NT Noodles provide their delicious variety of dishes and noodles to us, where their passion can be tasted in their food, and their care in each dish set down by the cooks themselves. “My husband and I love this restaurant! We've ordered a couple times from Postmates and we have never been disappointed. I love the spicy lemongrass chicken and my husband loves the pork belly and the shaken beef. The shrimp and pork egg rolls are unlike any egg roll over ever had and so delicious. And don't get me started on the sparkling limeade. This place is such a gem. We'll be ordering from them forver.
Dietary restrictions: We have a peanut allergy and they are always careful to not include any nuts“

“We started with spring rolls (the crispy rolls were highly recommended) and won tons. Entrées were crab noodle and sweet and sour duck, but they brought us a katsu-type chicken with rice, let us keep the mistake, and we had coffee crème brûlée for desert. The fried food was tasty, but a little heavy, good portion size and wonderful flavor (for the prices). Only drank water, but every part of the menu was well attended, not to mention the house and service, and although our area of the room was a little dark, it was good ambience.“

“This is our tried and tried neighborhood Pho spot. Quick, friendly service is the name of the game here. Their broth, food quality and portions are always exactly on point. Since their opening we have enjoyed consistently great Pho. This is our regular spot for a quick dinner when hot soup or Vietnamese entrees are what we crave.“
“Interesting experience. Might be our new hotpot place to go. The restaurant look great. Love the Japanese fast food concept. Not sure about the Japanese pop music, bit didn't bother us. Servers very nice and attentive but didn't have same taste (recomendations). We ordered the spicy tonkatsu and the another 3rd infantry division spicy soup, and the octopus balls. The food is great. Love the individual hotpot. Yet, I prefer more traditional hotpot without hotdogs, cheese, and spam. I will never order that 3rd infantry division soup, LoL. But definitely the tonkotsu one. I recomend this place.“

“Ordered the vegetable pho — portions are generous and prices are reasonable, but the broth itself was a bit bland and the vegetables a little undercooked. Overall they had a lot of options on the menu — the meat phos seem to be more popular.“

“I really enjoyed Pho22, not only because of the food but also the atmosphere. Even on the weekend it wasn’t crowded, which made it very comfortable. We had a delicious noodle soup, and each portion was about $18. The servings were filling, and we had plenty of time to sit, eat, and chat without any rush. Nobody bothered us, and we didn’t disturb anyone either. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a tasty meal. Highly recommend!“
