“Fantastic neighborhood lunch spot. Everything is quick, fresh and tasty! You can really tell how much love and creativity Chef Uyen puts into the menu. There are always new weekend specials and a large vegan& vegetarian selection. Several different types of banh mi sandwiches, al in delicious warm bread. The summer rolls are so refreshing in the heat and a large portion size. Their drinks are delicious too! I always grab a limeade or pennywort juice to complete the meal. The Chicken Curry Noodles (with the flying noodles 🤩) completely amazed us! “The Pho is enough for 2 people and it's delicious! We have had both the chicken and the Wagu beef. Also, the rice plates with fried rice and either Wagu beef or spicy pork is really good. Simply Pho has quickly become my go-to spot for Vietnamese food. The pho broth is out of this world, deeply flavorful, clearly simmered for hours, with a rich aroma that hits you the moment it's set down. Every sip is warming and perfectly balanced, not too salty, not too sweet, just spot on.

The shrimp spring rolls are just as impressive. Fresh, light, and packed with flavor, they're the perfect starter and pair beautifully with the peanut sauce. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients and real care.

“My sister and I were craving an afternoon coffee. We had their ice coffee with milk. It was one of the best tasting coffees I've had. The atmosphere was chill. The establishment was clean and beautifully decorated. What I do want to remark on is the staff. A young lady by the name of Jenny surprised us by offering us a sample of a spring roll with peanut sauce. The gesture was so touching and sincere that my sister and I have planned to come back the next chance we get. By the way the spring roll was delicious and fresh.“

“AJ Noodles first-timer here and it was simply amazing. Their egg rolls were crunchy and delicious, but their steak pho was the star of the show! The broth was so clean and tasty, I can tell they put a lot of care into making the soup. I will say, it is a little different from your average vietnamese pho, but it has its own charm and still very good. Service was quick and I appreciate the lady for offering me hot water during the chilly evening. Will be coming back!“

“A small, local hole in the wall for sure, tho it's just across irving middle school 🤩 I'm born and raised in Glendale, and I hate that I didn't notice this place sooner, as it's a bit hard to spot on the main street while driving.

My husband and I came for lunch. We ordered the Special pho and beef pho, which was about 18$ and 17$ with tax, and a thai tea. All were delicious, and portion size matched the price point 🫶🏽 I couldn't finish all of mine, but husband gobbled his down quick

The restaurant is quaint and the space small but not tight. There was plenty of seating indoors, and kept cool in the summer heat 👍🏼

The food is very flavorful and fresh. The portion of accompanying greens and limes are always plentiful. Every protein I’ve had from there is phenomenal. The fried eggrolls were the perfect amount of crisp, the dipping sauce was delicious and the flavor was amazing. The spring rolls are always fantastic, served with a tangy, not too sweet, perfectly balanced sauce.

Servers very nice and attentive but didn't have same taste (recomendations). We ordered the spicy tonkatsu and the another 3rd infantry division spicy soup, and the octopus balls. The food is great. Love the individual hotpot. Yet, I prefer more traditional hotpot without hotdogs, cheese, and spam. I will never order that 3rd infantry division soup, LoL. But definitely the tonkotsu one. “This place is amazing. The pho portions are huge, delicious, and affordable. The banh mi and spring roll appetizers are especially good. It’s a short walk away from the liveliness of downtown Culver. And the staff are all so friendly and kind! Highly recommend Phovorite for your next pho outing.“
