“Visiting the area from east coast for Father’s Day. My son referred me here and it was awesome! We sat at the bar and got to watch all the meals be prepared for the whole restaurant, and all the cocktails. The bar staff (Ryan, Jorge, Park, and the beautiful lady with mermaid hair), were all so wonderful to enjoy while we there. Entertaining, wonderful food, and expert cocktails. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and the entire decor was welcoming.“

“My husband and I stopped here while vacationing in Denver. We wanted to celebrate our first anniversary with a nice dinner and had heard that Major Tom specializes in champagne - our favorite. We walked in without a reservation and were luckily able to be accommodated. The sommelier, Cutter, was great and helped us throughout the evening with two amazing bottles of sparkling wine. Our server / bartender Felipe was also amazing and so kind. The food was phenomenal - we ordered some of their seasonal dishes that paired perfectly with our champagne selections. The entire staff spoke to us as though we were friends or regulars and had been there a million times. Highly highly recommend stopping here if you’re in town and want an intimate evening with incredible friendly and truly hospitable service!“

“We were a party of two that was luckily able to snag a walk-in spot at the bar. We waited roughly 15 minutes for a spot to open up.
They recommended 2-3 plates per person, so keep that in mind (and budget!). Food was incredibly delicious, but some items felt like it needed a slightly larger portion size for the price. For example, the pork jowl had 3 pieces and is $26.
The soft scrambled egg and charred cabbage were surprising favorites as they took simple ingredients and transformed them into something incredibly delicious.
We also ordered a bowl of rice but it didn't come during the first dish. We had to request it after our final dish had come out as we would have expected it to be delivered amongst the first dishes so it can be eaten alongside everything else.
The banana pudding is super good, I love the Vietnamese twist to it and it wasn't too sweet.
Overall, this was a great meal but I won't be back as the portion size for the price isn't in my budget. If money is not a limiting factor, you'll enjoy this place for the unique flavors.“

You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. “We had a fantastic experience at Venice! We’ve lived in Denver for 20 years and we never knew this place existed. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing, so authentic! We went with our 3 kids (13, 10 and 10), they ordered off the kids menu and loved the fettuccini Alfredo. The service was excellent, and our server, Gillian was on point. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will most definitely be back. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is really nice and intimate feeling. Great for a date night or a family dinner, so long you have well behaved kids who love good food.“

“Always a huge win when a food spot is super thoughtful, patient, and thorough with dietary restrictions. I felt very cared for and very seen from the menu labels to our server answering questions. The gluten-free bread was the best baguette 🥖 I've been able to enjoy in such a long time. They have a dedicated fryer and two types of fries! Great, creative cocktails with super cozy vibes.“

“My partner and I went here to celebrate our anniversary yesterday, we had a bit of a hiccup towards the beginning where our waitress wasn't made aware of the fact that we were seated in her section, and before we said a word one of the bussers noticed and made sure we were taken care of... then the manager tossed us a little champaign. We're not the types to be Karens so we genuinely didn't mind the hiccup, but it was cool to see a staff that was big on making sure we were taken care of.

We wound up getting the charcuterie board, some of the sourdough bread, a Butcher block for myself, and the Miso Pasta for my partner. All of the food was delicious, the charcuterie board felt a little small, and that's genuinely the only negative I can really think up from the evening.

While the menu overall is fairly expensive, but I'd like to point out that they definitely also had some cheaper options on there for anyone worried but wanting to try it out. We were out celebrating a special occasion, so price wasn't a big concern for me; and for the most part I definitely think the prices reflected what you received for your meal.

Atmosphere is kind of the standard modern industrial look, lovely vibe, and staff seemed LGBT friendly which is always a nice energy to be around. Much love y'all, we enjoyed spending our anniversary with you.“

By far my favorite wine from the flights we tried was the Viognier, which isn’t usually a go-to for me. And the baked cambozola was amazing! They were also clearly observing good current phase of pandemic practices, with staff all masked and tables well spaced out. A sign out front demanded patrons put on masks before entering. Made me comfortable, even though it was one of my first experiences returning to indoor dining.“
