“Visiting the area from east coast for Father’s Day. My son referred me here and it was awesome! We sat at the bar and got to watch all the meals be prepared for the whole restaurant, and all the cocktails. The bar staff (Ryan, Jorge, Park, and the beautiful lady with mermaid hair), were all so wonderful to enjoy while we there. Entertaining, wonderful food, and expert cocktails. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and the entire decor was welcoming.“

“Major Tom is one of my favorite spots in Denver. The staff is incredible, and the cocktails are inventive, thoughtful, and seriously delicious. They even have a mezcal cocktail that I’m obsessed with—and I absolutely hate mezcal. That’s the magic of Major Tom: somehow they can change your mind.

And DO NOT skip the chickpea fritters. I don’t know what kind of black magic is happening in that kitchen, but they are sooo good.

I also love their occasional pop-ups. It’s always fun to see talented chefs collaborate and bring something new to the space. Great drinks, great food, great people, and always a reason to come back.“

“Amazing experience at sap sua. The pig ears were the surprising standout to me! I split that, the brown butter egg, the spicy cabbage salad, and the hamachi collar with one other person and we were perfectly stuffed and satisfied. I couldn’t recommend those dishes enough!! “This is my favorite restaurant! The food has a sensuous and complex flavor profile while also being rustic Italian. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

“We had a fantastic experience at Venice! We’ve lived in Denver for 20 years and we never knew this place existed. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing, so authentic! We went with our 3 kids (13, 10 and 10), they ordered off the kids menu and loved the fettuccini Alfredo. The service was excellent, and our server, Gillian was on point. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will most definitely be back. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is really nice and intimate feeling. “Staying in Denver for the weekend from out of town and stumbled upon Boombots for a late night Friday night dinner. The menu was small but mighty with adventurous and creative flare! We started with oysters, both East and West coast…what a treat and extra flavorful. Then my boyfriend and I shared the Stroganoff and the Agnolotti. Outstanding! Trendy slightly upscale feel to the interior, but welcoming. Must try!!“

“My partner and I went here to celebrate our anniversary yesterday, we had a bit of a hiccup towards the beginning where our waitress wasn't made aware of the fact that we were seated in her section, and before we said a word one of the bussers noticed and made sure we were taken care of... then the manager tossed us a little champaign. We're not the types to be Karens so we genuinely didn't mind the hiccup, but it was cool to see a staff that was big on making sure we were taken care of.

We wound up getting the charcuterie board, some of the sourdough bread, a Butcher block for myself, and the Miso Pasta for my partner. All of the food was delicious, the charcuterie board felt a little small, and that's genuinely the only negative I can really think up from the evening.

While the menu overall is fairly expensive, but I'd like to point out that they definitely also had some cheaper options on there for anyone worried but wanting to try it out. We were out celebrating a special occasion, so price wasn't a big concern for me; and for the most part I definitely think the prices reflected what you received for your meal.

Atmosphere is kind of the standard modern industrial look, lovely vibe, and staff seemed LGBT friendly which is always a nice energy to be around. Much love y'all, we enjoyed spending our anniversary with you.“

By far my favorite wine from the flights we tried was the Viognier, which isn’t usually a go-to for me. And the baked cambozola was amazing! They were also clearly observing good current phase of pandemic practices, with staff all masked and tables well spaced out. A sign out front demanded patrons put on masks before entering. Made me comfortable, even though it was one of my first experiences returning to indoor dining.“
