“We have had this place twice since it’s opened up and amazing both times. The only thing that would make it better is if they offered coconut shrimp (my favorite). No hibachi grill but tons of other selections. Sushi is pretty good but no label on what each roll is, would be a nice addition. Personally had seafood delight, chicken and broccoli, steak stir fry, green beans, potatoes and general tso chicken which all had tons of flavor and will be back again very soon.

Update: Coconut shrimp is now on the buffet and it is amazing!”

“I haven't had PDQ in probably 7 years. One of my friends had mentioned last week it was so good, so today I went by and got a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich, a mac n cheese, and a sweet tea. The place was super busy, but the line traveled very quickly. If you're from the South you know that when I say their mac n cheese tastes like someone from church made it I'm not lying! And the sandwich is incredible. For how expensive Chick-Fil-A is getting, PDQ is on par with the price of our order for 3 people and it's a lot better quality. I'm coming here all the time now!”

He was wonderful to work with every step of the way with our catering order. We will keep Honey Baked Ham from Clermont in mind for our future gatherings.”

Throughout our meal, we couldn’t help but overhear her talking about being a stay-at-home mom, her breakup, living with her mother, receiving an allowance, and even details about her father in Tennessee. These are not topics diners should be exposed to while trying to enjoy a meal. By the time I realized the conversation wasn’t ending anytime soon, I asked for my food to be boxed just so I could leave and have some peace. It was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as staff should remain attentive and discreet so guests can enjoy their dining experience without hearing personal stories from the next table.”

To the manager I spoke to tonight, you know who you are, I want to reiterate again that you guys are amazing for what you do. In today’s society, that kind of attitude and respect is so lost in general morals but boy do you guys break societal norms.

To the owner of this specific location and the general manager, I would love to speak with you guys personally. Your staff goes above and beyond with stellar teamwork. Your management (or at least the one gentlemen I have seen) is exceptional in leadership and communication. I want to find a way to highlight and acknowledge your store, your employees, your hard work and dedication and more-so the stories there.

I have only been this passionate once before and I will tell you that I am a woman who will make waves when inspired. You have earned a new regular, supporter and respect.

“I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order.
They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.

The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.”

“This is my first time ever going to a Jersey Mike’s Subs.

My father and I wanted to try it for quite a while, and today we said let’s give it a try!

He ordered a True Classic (Ham and Provolone) and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich (chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato) and they were so tasteful.

My issue was the bill, the lady that assisted us, let us know that they do Pepsi Products and points to a refrigerator they have in the corner. So, we let her know that we want two drinks and if they could provide a cup with ice.

After viewing the receipt carefully I noticed this $4.29 charge that cannot understand, so I ask the lady what is this, and she tells me that’s the cup with ice and the chips for your dad.

I tell her, ok that’s fine. Do I have refill with this cup from the soda machine? And she tells me “no, for that you have the soda bottle”.

Every person that was also dining in the restaurant kept refilling their glasses with soda from the machine, but I was told not to.”

But it does not matter. The food is deliciously prepared and the portions are generous. And it costed me $8.75 for that large platter plus a can of Coke. Can’t complain. We STILL need place like this, especially during this era of inflation.

They have the freshest tuna I’ve had in a while (even better than the east coast). The sushi’s great as well but nothing can top the tuna bowl in my opinion! “The smoothies are delicious. I love the green one. It has kale, spinach, apple juice, honey, and a couple other things. It’s really good. The environment is ver relaxing. The music is nice too. I think they had lofi hip hop playing. The chairs are very nice and the view is super. I definitely recommend this place for a great smoothie and to relax and enjoy there.”

“I was recommended by coworkers, friends, and family to try their food because I would not regret it. I went yesterday for the first time and tried the Empanada Pabellon. It has white rice, black beans, shredded beef, and plantains in it. I tried this with their green sauce and Oh my God, it was so good! I went back to order more empanadas! I also ordered Cachapa with shredded beef and cheese. My son loved it. The ladies were super sweet and efficient. The tables and area were very clean. I will definitely be coming back 😍”

“Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.”

“Never had an issue with the food, but why does this location run on a limited menu? I had multiple occasions where I would go to place an order only to be informed "oh we can't make that here". Again, no issues when I get around to figuring out what they actually have in the kitchen, but the hassle of "well do you have this instead" sort of killed it for me.”

“Plain, non-garish exterior. Nice, well-lit interior, clean, airy, ample space. Food looks good, smells good, tastes very good. The buffet displays are clean, frequently replenished. Hibachi excellent, food tasty, appealing and appetizing. Sushi had good flavor and components, but most of the rolls without nori were not tightly rolled and tended to break when picking with chopstick. Beer and wine available. Friendly and quick service. Got my senior discount, so dinner was only about $16. Had to drive 25 minutes to get there but it was worth the drive. Would certainly return soon. Thank you.”
