I am a huge peanut butter lover and the peanut butter Munch slacked on peanut butter flavor but it was still ok. The cookies are slightly pricey, so definitely not something we will be doing on a regular. But not bad for our first time.”

“My husband and I had dinner here tonight for Valentine’s and it was delicious. We are not new to “fine dining” and have pretty high standards. Crafted is the real deal. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was great. The speakeasy downstairs is also super cute and the cocktails are yummy. We had the lobster bisque, French onion soup, and apple cider pork belly to start. The lobster bisque was so buttery. For entrees I had the bolognese and my husband had a steak, we split 3 accompaniments; Boursin creamed corn, mac & cheese, and Brussels w/bacon. I will have dreams about the Brussels. We will definitely be back.”

“They had our wait time at 25 minutes but it turned out to be 5 minutes. There was a whole room unused so maybe they were missing waiters to service that room. Food was good. You get either endless salad or soup with your entree. Waitress forgot our straws and kept asking us if we wanted boxes 5 minutes after receiving entrees which we lightheartedly laughed at. All in all, a pleasant experience.”

The team here is absolutely exceptional, especially because they do their best to recall each person that walks through the doors. Gabby, our server, took extra care of my daughter by giving her an extra novelty drink free. Chris, my usual server, made sure to check on us periodically, even though we weren't sitting in his section. The obvious team building and relationships with each guest is very refreshing, especially in this modern age.”

I believe the drive through was taking precedence over the customers in the dining room, and that could have caused our higher wait time for our meal. The food was what was to be expected from McDoland's, it was not cold and tasted fresh. The location provided free guest Wi-Fi, which had a good connection and adequate speed to check emails, and complete schoolwork.”

“Food is good BUT there’s nothing more frustrating than trying to enjoy a quiet dinner with my husband only to have it interrupted by one of your servers loudly sharing her entire life story with the guests at the table next to us. Throughout our meal, we couldn’t help but overhear her talking about being a stay-at-home mom, her breakup, living with her mother, receiving an allowance, and even details about her father in Tennessee. These are not topics diners should be exposed to while trying to enjoy a meal. By the time I realized the conversation wasn’t ending anytime soon, I asked for my food to be boxed just so I could leave and have some peace. It was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as staff should remain attentive and discreet so guests can enjoy their dining experience without hearing personal stories from the next table.”

“If you’re in Clermont and haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out! It’s not just a coffee shop, it’s a whole vibe!! I was greeted with a staff that made me feel like I was catching up with old friends, and that really set it apart for me. The place was filled with the most amazing coffee aroma, and a playlist of music that instantly put me in a good mood. I ordered a latte and asked for the “Make it Smile” add on… (which was incredible, by the way 😃) and spent about an hour lost in browsing their amazing selection of holistic products, cute jewelry and trinkets, and a whole shop full of classic vinyl records that are also for sale btw. It was the perfect spot to spend my afternoon. If you love great coffee, good vibes, and supporting local businesses, this place is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be back again soon! “Updated:4/20/26. The company reached out to me and wanted to make things right. I have only wanted to get what I had paid for but Christina went above and beyond. I was invited to come back and did so quickly and this time I brought my wife who has never been or had Kelly's. Not only did I get my 2 scoop remade but my other single scoop was upgraded to a double scoop which my wife really enjoyed. I was also given the gift another selection of ice cream for home. My wife wanted to warm up with a hot chocolate which I had my card out to pay for and Lauren who was attending to us told me it was on her. I was not trying to get more than I went in for but this gesture really shows how this establishment cares about customer service which is rare these days. Thank you so much Christina and Laruen and my family and I will certainly be back. I have found my replacement for Baskin Robins.

Orginal: I actually really like Kelly's and have started going often however today was different. I would normally rate this location a 5 star but today I paid for a double scoop of cookie monster and she put two small half scoops in the cup so little that it still didnt make a single scoop. I didn't want to be that person so I didn't make a scene but when I got home I regretted not saying something. I also got a single scoop of vanilla for my daughter and the ice cream was soft and was melting from the touch of her scooper in the ice cream vat. I did ask for a little more for that and she made added a little more but my 19 year old daughter got what was the size of a kids single scoop when it was all said and done not a regular scoop. She would have had to drink it like a shake so waited to get home to freeze it back in our refrigerator before she could consume it. Next time I will be more bold and speak up. The lady who works the weekdays makes it so big and full that I have to eat some down just to put the lid on before I leave which has become the standard expectation I have concluded. I don't want refund but maybe a complimentary single scoop for my troubles would be nice.”

Hibachi excellent, food tasty, appealing and appetizing. Sushi had good flavor and components, but most of the rolls without nori were not tightly rolled and tended to break when picking with chopstick. Beer and wine available. Friendly and quick service. Got my senior discount, so dinner was only about $16. Had to drive 25 minutes to get there but it was worth the drive. Would certainly return soon. Thank you.”

“Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.”

“I have been dying to get in here since I found out this place was opening and finally got the chance today. It may have been my first visit but it won't be my last! My husband and I each got a Signature Bowl. I love how you can still customize everything! The ingredients were fresh and so tasty. We were both very happy with our meals. I also got a Boba Tea that was so good and also freshly made.

The service was fantastic and personal, and the people were so kind and pleasant.

“I just drove 40 minutes out of my way to come here because I love it so much. I know there are other locations, probably closer, but I love this one the best. The owner, who is always present and in store, is very kind and accommodating!! I usually get their little warm turkey sliders and they are PERFECT.

Against my better judgment, I came on New Year’s Eve about 30 minutes before close and was greeted with so much kindness when they definitely should’ve been irritated that I was there right before closing AND the food was phenomenal!! 10/10”
