“Food is good BUT there’s nothing more frustrating than trying to enjoy a quiet dinner with my husband only to have it interrupted by one of your servers loudly sharing her entire life story with the guests at the table next to us. Throughout our meal, we couldn’t help but overhear her talking about being a stay-at-home mom, her breakup, living with her mother, receiving an allowance, and even details about her father in Tennessee. These are not topics diners should be exposed to while trying to enjoy a meal. By the time I realized the conversation wasn’t ending anytime soon, I asked for my food to be boxed just so I could leave and have some peace. It was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as staff should remain attentive and discreet so guests can enjoy their dining experience without hearing personal stories from the next table.”

“We have had this place twice since it’s opened up and amazing both times. The only thing that would make it better is if they offered coconut shrimp (my favorite). No hibachi grill but tons of other selections. Sushi is pretty good but no label on what each roll is, would be a nice addition. Personally had seafood delight, chicken and broccoli, steak stir fry, green beans, potatoes and general tso chicken which all had tons of flavor and will be back again very soon.

Update: Coconut shrimp is now on the buffet and it is amazing!”

The place was super busy, but the line traveled very quickly. If you're from the South you know that when I say their mac n cheese tastes like someone from church made it I'm not lying! And the sandwich is incredible. For how expensive Chick-Fil-A is getting, PDQ is on par with the price of our order for 3 people and it's a lot better quality. I'm coming here all the time now!”

I ordered a latte and asked for the “Make it Smile” add on… (which was incredible, by the way 😃) and spent about an hour lost in browsing their amazing selection of holistic products, cute jewelry and trinkets, and a whole shop full of classic vinyl records that are also for sale btw. To the manager I spoke to tonight, you know who you are, I want to reiterate again that you guys are amazing for what you do. In today’s society, that kind of attitude and respect is so lost in general morals but boy do you guys break societal norms.

To the owner of this specific location and the general manager, I would love to speak with you guys personally. Your staff goes above and beyond with stellar teamwork. Your management (or at least the one gentlemen I have seen) is exceptional in leadership and communication. I want to find a way to highlight and acknowledge your store, your employees, your hard work and dedication and more-so the stories there.

I have only been this passionate once before and I will tell you that I am a woman who will make waves when inspired. You have earned a new regular, supporter and respect.

“Wow!!! Is all that I can say about the food here. I haven’t had authentic Latin food in a very long time and it’s been difficult finding a restaurant that speaks to my tastebuds. The moment I opened the door, my family and I were greeted by a lovely aroma that is inviting in every way. Next, we were greeted by such a kind and welcoming staff, that it felt like being home for the holidays. There were so many dishes that catered to everything we had a taste for and all I have to say is we are one happy family.

From the arroz con gandules, to the stew chicken, grilled steak, grilled chicken, avocado salad, beef and chicken empanadas, vanilla flan, and more, we are pleasantly delighted and overly satisfied with our experience at Santiago’s. I’ve told everyone I’ve come into contact with today, that their food is extremely delicious and healthy. We will definitely be back to try as much dishes as possible. Thank you for treating us with so much respect and love. By the time I wanted to take pictures, we devoured the food! Haha! Thank you Santiago’s!!!!”

“I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order.
They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.

The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.”

Hibachi excellent, food tasty, appealing and appetizing. Sushi had good flavor and components, but most of the rolls without nori were not tightly rolled and tended to break when picking with chopstick. Beer and wine available. Friendly and quick service. Got my senior discount, so dinner was only about $16. Had to drive 25 minutes to get there but it was worth the drive. Would certainly return soon. Thank you.”
