“We love sushi and had eaten at all the nicest sushi restaurants in Atlanta except for this one, so we decided to try it. We had the premium omakase and it was AMAZING. This was both of our favorite experience - usually I prefer more fun and flavorful rolls (ie like Eight) and my husband likes his sushi more pared down (ie Tomo, Nobu, Mujo), but the sushi struck the perfect balance of letting the fish shine without being boring, adding a hint of flavor to enhance. I never eat wasabi but the wasabi relish was incredible - I put on every bite! John, our server, was professional and personable and made our dinner very special - great recs and accommodations! We usually dine out on special occasions (bdays, anniversaries) and it’s not uncommon for it to go unrecognized.. this was the opposite experience. Just a night out but it felt very special. We also loved the vibe- not stuffy or pretentious (some babies even which I don’t think is common but we didn’t care, they didn’t detract!) while maintaining high caliber of service and food. Overall, 10/10 and we will definitely be back. Our new favorite sushi restaurant!“

“My fellow traveler and I stopped by on our way home to Virginia. It was a long day of travel, delayed flights, we just wanted to sit down and chill. We didn’t expect much out of an airport restaurant… But we were both blown away. Our server, Tarvis, was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional. The BLT with bacon jam, and the rice pudding with cinnamon and peaches was superb. (I could’ve eaten a whole jar of the bacon jam.) Tarvis, thank you for making two weary travelers leave your restaurant with pep in their step Keep on shining your light. And to any traveler who is leery of a place that serves a hamburger and a sushi roll… Fear not. This place is great.“

“We had a reservation but unfortunately my Fiance had to get a last minute biopsy and was told not to drink any alcohol for 24 to 48 hrs. We went to Tiger Sun anyways expecting to just have to go to the reservation (since theres a charge for canceling) and when we explained the situation they were SO NICE. As the cocktails are really part of the experience they did not hesitate for one second to move our reservation and not charge us the fee!! We really expected for my Fiance to either have mocktails or just forego the cocktails in general and were sad about this since cocktails are our thing.. but now we don't even have to worry about that because they were so accommodating! We cannot wait to come back and get the full experience because I am totally sold on the dedication to the customer!“

“Omakase? More like Omaorgasm because that’s what it sounded like every time 8 adults was given the next course or dish. Every time we took a bite of whatever Yun gave us we closed our eyes and sat back in our chairs and started moaning. “My husband and I had a lovely meal. We were there on a Thursday night, and the restaurant was somewhat busy but not crowded at all. We were seated right next to a young couple, who were charming, but.. we could here every word of their conversation. Regardless, we had an enjoyable experience. Our meal was expensive, but we were expecting that. The staff was super friendly. We definitely plan to go back. If you're not a big sushi fan like me, you can definitely find things on the menu to enjoy.“

“Really good food and a pretty good price too. Though, one time we ordered food, then after ordering, we had an emergency we had to leave for. So, I let the staff know that we wanted that food to-go. They brought us twice the amount of food of the same order. One for dine in, and one for to-go and we got charged for both. Might've just been a miscommunication, but still.“

“Umi never disappoints. I usually come here for dates, but recently visited with a group of 4 for a celebration and it was perfect.

The real star of the show is our server Matt T. - if you get the chance to sit in his section, do it. We told him our preferences and dislikes, and he coursed out an entire meal for us from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on: the yellowtail jalapeno, spicy tuna crispy rice, caviar toast, and otoro caviar were all incredible. The drinks were great too. Matt was attentive without being intrusive, explained each dish, and made the whole experience feel personalized. I highly recommend this approach - just tell him what you like and let him take care of the rest.

The dark, moody atmosphere sets the perfect vibe, whether you're on a date or celebrating something special. Reservations are a must.“

“We've been making our way through Halidom Food Hall and tonight's new try was Wasabi Sushi & Ramen. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, we dug in before remembering to take pics, so please take that into account.

First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.

I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious - packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.

As for the price, it's a food hall, so let's be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community - it was worth it and I'll be back.

“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“The fact that this, at the cheapest level, is $50 for all you can eat wagyu ($58 for non members) plus other sides, is great. The food quality was great. The atmosphere and service were on point. We got taken care of for sure. The rooftop area is crazy! with a wonderful view of Atlanta. Had some friends go there on a separate day for a rooftop party so that's cool.

We had gone first to Chubby Cattle in Duluth out of the blue and enjoyed it so much that when we heard they were opening up a wagyu steakhouse 10 minutes from our house we were definitely excited. I saw people on dates here, but I personally would do groups of 6 or more. That's the vibe of the place. With that price tag also, for unlimited wagyu, it definitely makes it pretty affordable compared to other restaurants in the area, depending on how much you eat, and my group could eat! We will be going back to try other tiers soon.“

“We got takoyaki, a Malaysian seafood fried rice, and a salmon combo. Everything was fantastic. I love sushi and these were the thickest cut pieces of salmon I’ve ever gotten. We were surprised to see the fried rice had scallops and lobster. And, overall the prices were comparable (and often cheaper) than other sushi places I’ve been to. I’m so excited to go back!“

“Wow! The new management/owners of Wasabi have made great changes. The food (especially the sushi) is delicious - everything was fresh and presented in a lovely way. The restaurant is bright and comfortable. The staff is efficient and the service is fast. We stopped in for a quick dinner and it was delicious and fast. It's still a great place for a relaxed dining experience, but the new team is really firing on all cylinders. Our server, Alex, was great. The team was amazing too. Professional, organized, and super fun. They handled such a big crowd with no problem at all and made sure everyone was taken care of. And the chefs didn’t just cook they put on a whole show. It turned dinner into an experience, which made our event even more special.

“I went there today to try the food since I wanted to get some Chinese food and I haven’t been to north lake mall in a long time.

When I entered the lady in front waved at us to go to her. She is a very nice lady, patient and overall great customer service.

All the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The portions and price of the food were very good too. I got Mongolian chicken which was very good, fried rice and greens beans as well which were also very good. She let me try the peach drink which was very refreshing and good.

I recommend if you’re in the area for some good Chinese food, please come support and try it!“

“You can never go wrong with Ru San's. Went here for a solo date just to get out, and I loved every bit of my meal. The inside has changed since I last visited, but it's kept its beautiful aesthetic nonetheless. “This place is located in the Hub food court. It is connected to Hyatt Regency & Marriott Marquis through the Skywalk. We came every night of our stay & it was always fresh & the staff was great. The Dream Crab and Peachtree rolls were our fave! We also had the Dragon roll, miso soup & the sesame chicken. The price was about $10 per roll. It is amazing & prices are great!! Closes at 7pm! Must visit when in Atlanta!“

Tonight we order delivery and the shrimp lomein was so fishy and gross and the sweet and sour chicken is usually white meat and this time it was mixed and just gross with so much sauce it was soggy. We will not be returning since we just threw out $50 in food ugh!

I’ve gotten their tofu teriyaki and that is also bangin. It’s simple, they don’t have a big menu and don’t need one. Go for the teriyaki. If you have kids they have a very well priced kids teriyaki as well.“

We walked down and tasted the others just to be sure. They had similar selection. Their eggrolls looked burned or overcooked, cheese Rangoon seemed to well done as well.
