“I can’t say enough good things about my favorite Starbucks. The manager Marisol and all the baristas have turned it into a little slice of home for me and my daughter. We’ve been coming in almost every morning since she was in seventh grade, and now she’s a junior in high school so they’ve literally watched her grow up.
What makes it extra special is that the moment we walk in, they greet us by name and say good morning. It’s those little things that make it feel like we’re part of a community. Plus, they never get our order wrong not once. It’s just the perfect spot that combines great coffee with a personal touch. Kudos to Marisol and the whole team for making every visit a delight!“

“My family has been going to the Toco Starbucks for 20+ years. For a long time my went on a daily basis. She now has Alzheimer’s and cannot drive anymore. When I go, the team members that knew her still ask about her and remember her order. Today my mom’s latte accidentally got left out of my order. The manager personally made it and brought it to me with a big pup cup for my rescue pup. Thank you to the Toco Team members!“

“I work remotely and really love having the option to “go into an office” that isn’t actually an office, and this Starbucks consistently delivers on that for me. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and Courtney and Quay in particular make it feel like I get the benefits of having coworkers I get to see regularly! I also really appreciate how often managers, both on site and visiting, come through to keep a pulse on how the store is running.
The only thing that would make this place even better for me would be some kind of standing counter for those of us who like to stand while we work, but honestly that is such a nit-picky wish and really just speaks to how great this spot already is. It somehow manages to feel like a small neighborhood coffee shop while still being part of the larger Starbucks brand, so you get the coziness of a local spot with the familiarity and consistency of a big one.“
“This is a two level coffee house. I was in a rush so did not get a chance to take in surroundings but staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered bagels, coffee box, custom bevs and a variety of pastries. I tried the pistachio cold brew and liked it, I was disappointed that the banana nut bread wasn’t as good as I thought it should be. Not sweet enough for me but great for someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth. The chocolate pastry, cheese danish and blueberry muffin was claimed. Lonely banana nut bread just stayed in bag until soaked with oil (just kidding!).“
“I’ve come to this Starbucks at least one or twice a week for the past six months on my way to work, and it really makes my day. The last two weeks, the baristas draw cute stuff on the coffee, and one even redid my coffee order since I took so long to get there after ordering ahead (ATL traffic!) and that was so thoughtful. They make office days so much better and brighter.“

“Between the Self Checkout counters of Target and entrance tucked away is this outlet. Small outlet. Surprisingly, I did not see any seating options (may be I missed them?).Service is quick - typical Starbucks style. We had to wait a few minutes as no baristas were seen. Then one came, taking our order. Payment from the app is easy and fast.Vanilla Latte was ok - normal Starbucks experience and taste.Good outlet for quick buys after your Target shopping. Enjoy.

“I stopped by this Starbucks while visiting my sick grandmother in the hospital, and I just want to say how much I appreciated the kindness and warmth of the staff. It had been an emotional day, but the friendly smiles and welcoming atmosphere really lifted my spirits. Not only that - the barista saw how i was feeling so she suggested I get a Vanilla Protein Latte. My drink was made to perfection and the barista even took a moment to ask how my day was going — a small gesture that meant a lot during a tough time for me. The location although busy was very clean, calm, and comforting, which made it a little moment of peace in the middle of everything going on for me. Thank you to the team for making my day a bit brighter. Will definitely be visiting again!“
“Wow in a world where the bare minimum is rewarded this place was an unreal experience curated by Benji and his amazing staff. After a couple of visits they greet me by my name with a smile and ask if I want my order. I was legit shocked I was so taken back by the service they provide when it would be sooo much easier to just get my order and move on. You feel like you’re in a local coffee shop surrounded by your neighbors working to help you out. Going to leave a separate review for the other workers they’re so positive and amazing attitude but this one is to highlight Benji and the environment he’s built over there. Well done sir I will continue to go out of my way to visit this Starbucks over the other one right by my work. It’s a world of difference.“
“A wonderful quick service Starbucks location. Located inside Piedmont Hospital with a gift shop, conveniently located right across the hall. Also connected to a Panera bread. A wonderful addition to the best hospital in Atlanta.

“It’s a Starbucks. Big parking lot because it’s in the same place as the Home Depot. There are a million signs saying that if you leave to go to Ponce City Market (or anywhere outside of this lot) you will get booted so don’t think you can get away with buying a coffee and then walking across the street because boot companies in Atlanta are FAST. This should be common knowledge but just helping out folks from the ‘burbs.“
“this starbucks is always busy with the office crowds, but is generally okay to visit later in the day. Huge shoutout to Mac and Drew, who are the heart and soul of the evening crew. They bring so much good energy to the store and they always make my drink perfect. If you are in the area this is the Starbucks to go to!!!!!!!!!!“

“Yuritzi was the manager on duty! I am in Graduate program at EMORY | LaMesa for Theology. I had to complete my final which required me to video. Starbucks was the ONLY place within my distance to get it done. It. Was loud because of the music. I asked if I could go to the roped off area just to make my video, without compromising, she volunteered to turn the music down so I could do my assignment. This is 100% 5-Star customer service. “I had ordered on the app and it went to the wrong location (my fault). When I called and came into this location, the right one, the barista and store manager were SO helpful and helped me work it out where I didn’t have to pay a second time. When I tried to tip them they insisted I don’t have to and just let me take my order. SO SO helpful, will 1000% keep coming back to this Starbucks before work in the mornings and will be tipping the staff well!!“

“There are 2 in-store Starbucks in the Edgewood Shopping Center. The one inside Kroger is okay. While the Starbucks inside Target should be avoided.Starbucks (Kroger) is always staffed with affable & helpful baristas. But seating is limited & in the middle of Kroger's produce/deli departmentAt Starbucks(Target), the hours are unreliable & location is understaffed.“

“I had stopped coming to this store a few months ago but i recently came back because I was in the neighborhood. My experience there was very different from my previous visits . Staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door, new manager introduced his self to me and assured me great changes would be coming to this Starbucks. I cant wait to see whats to come and if you see this thanks for recommending that shakin espresso. My new fave drink.“

“Mark this day on the calendar, for it was on this 10th day of January in the year 2026 @ approximately 4pm that barista Ximena (say her name!!) made TWO of the most INCREDIBLE caramel ribbon crunch frappacinos in the entire history of the world. No cap.
Seriously, it's the only drink I get from Starbucks and EVERY Barista at EVERY Starbucks screws it up EVERY TIME.
I got this order in the drive-tnru so I had no idea who made them and of course I left ZERO tips in anticipation of how awful they were going to be. But when the cashier handed them to me I IMMEDIATELY that they were going to be delicious because of the deep brown color of the mix and the way it look EXACTLY like it does in the menu/promotional pics!!
I got half way down busy N. Druid Hills, turned around, went back to the store, parked, when back inside with the drinks, and she was the only barista I saw so I asked if she had made them, and she said YES! I huge smile appeared ony face and I explained to her how AWFUL everybody made this drink and what she did next just blew me away --- unpromoted, she ACTUALLY explained how the drink is supposed to be made. I listened in amazement at how complicated the process is and understood at that moment why every drink always sucks. Because nobody is willing to put in the effort that is required to make the drink properly.
So folks, if you're ever at that store and want a frappacino made, XIMENA is your girl. I even tipped her $20 before I left.“
“Great and quick and kind. Our order came out quick and delicious! I imagine the delays have to do with them being central to a lot of museums and the aquarium. If it looks busy, I would suggest you find another location for that day, but no need to avoid this one.“
“Stopped at got the protein cold brew it wasn't bad for a protein drink I personal wouldn't try it again however it doesn't leave behind an after tast like pst protein drinks do. Over it was good I would recommend to give it a try.“
“Not a terrible location. The quality of the drinks isn't as good as some locations. But I walked away with a free tall pumpkin spice latte as the workers accidentally made it and offered it to someone as they would just be pouring it out.“
“Very noisy and the music was up loud. Several study groups were in session. No tables were available. The long table had 2 homeless people using the entire table. They were eating chipotle and one Starbucks water. The lady was rude making it so I would leave. Starbucks has gone down hill at this location.“

“I literally drink here every morning. That’s not an exaggeration, every single day I order coffee from the Starbucks and I tip every time because the service is great. The people are kind, they move quickly. I mean, I’ve literally never had a complaint. Even when I order in advance, I think there’s only been one time where I’ve showed up and my coffee wasn’t ready to go. Sometimes when I go inside, it’s so busy nobody may speak, but I also don’t really need them too because I ordered my coffee in advance and it’s sitting out waiting for me. And I really feel like expediency is the point.
If anything, I’m annoyed with the people who go through the drive-through and don’t know what they want or order four and five things or have 80 in the car. I also wouldn’t trust reviews that say I went 10 times and it was wrong every time. OK well maybe this isn’t the place for you. Like how crazy does that sound?
And the only reason why I’m leaving a review is because it’s Christmas Eve and I really want coffee and so I was googling to see if they were open And I’m like damn the reviews are this low that’s crazy. My service is always great.“

The are located on LL(lobby level) inside the Marriott Marquis, just across the atrium from the concierge. There’s more than amble seating but only hotel keyed WiFi. Bathrooms nearby are clean.“
“Got a tall iced mocha for $5.67. It was alright, better than Kaldi's and cheaper ($8.56!), but nothing special. It's pretty loud because it's packed with students studying obviously, and the music can be loud as well. Otherwise there's plenty of seats to study or do group work, nice big windows. There's a pretty mural towards the back. Madeleines were decent as a quick to-go snack as well.“

“I love this Starbucks It is a great location. Atlanta Station is right next to it where there a shopping plaza and a movie theater as well as restaurants to dine in. They also have a bowling alley and arcade and a great place to hang out with family and friends. So if you're in town stop by lots of locals around. Have a Magical Day!.

“Went in today for something different. The barista behind the counter paid me no mind (no greeting, no acknowledgment). I was just about to walk out when Ryan appeared and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. I told him I wanted to try something different and he immediately started giving suggestions based on the beautiful day outside as well as my flavor preferences. I settled on a pineapple, mango, dragonfruit lemonade. It is delicious! I asked for the recipe so I could keep it in my notes, which Ryan graciously provided. This may be my new go-to drink! Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks is one of the few places I can take my husband , who is wheelchair bound , into the bathroom and assist him. A bathroom with accessibility bars and that is big enough to handle a wheelchair easily. That makes a huge difference for me.“
“I had an outstanding experience at this Starbucks location thanks to Dylan. I live over an hour away, but the type of customer service he provided made the trip completely worth it. From the moment I approached the counter, Dylan was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer's order was perfect. The way he greeted familiar customers by their first names really stood out to me—it showed how much he values building real connections with the people who visit.
I mentioned to the cashier that I wanted to try something new and stop getting my usual but that was a little nervous about it. Dylan stepped in and not only recommended a drink he thought I’d enjoy but he also reassured me by offering to make my usual if I ended up not liking it. That level of kindness and customer-focused care is rare and it immediately put me at ease.
The drink he suggested turned out to be delicious and his thoughtful approach made the experience even better.

“This location is MUCH better than the Kroger location. They function and are at the standard of a typical Starbucks. The staff are delightful and the move quickly. The greet you when you walk in. (which I hate as a NYer but it's nice, I guess). My order is always ready when I arrive and the atmosphere Inside is actually great.My only challenge with this location is that there are many homeless that linger and sleep near the building so it ALWAYS smells around and just outside of it ?. The patio is useless as it often smells and is near a high traffic road. This isn't anything the staff can really do anything about, but fyi as you visit the location. No drive thru here.“

“I love a Starbucks team that keeps the line moving. This location is in ATL terminal N near gate T17. During my visit the staff were professional and friendly, my beverage was made to perfection m, and the location was very convenient. I only wish there were a bit of venue-specific seating so I could have sat at a table for a bit of cafe ambiance, but at least there were some general airport seating alternatives nearby.“
“This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in Atlanta! I’m here at least three times a week — it’s basically my home office 😄 The customer service is always top-tier, and most of the baristas already know my order by heart.
You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and regularly go through training. Dustin does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly — you’ll often see him cleaning tables, pushing in chairs, or helping train new baristas. The space is always tidy, and the bathrooms are consistently clean (which says a lot for how busy this area gets).
All the baristas are awesome, but Skky and Nikki are my MVPs. Skky is incredibly knowledgeable and provides such genuine, down-to-earth service — never forced, just real. And Nikki’s energy is infectious! She’s always upbeat, and it’s hard to leave without her putting a smile on your face.
I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks around Atlanta, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The vibe, the people, the consistency — everything about it just hits right.“
