“I love coming to this Starbucks and I love having great customer service. I had a parent- teacher conference here for my daughter. While waiting my oldest ordered drinks for her and her sister. They were playing patty cake while waiting for their drinks. When the barista called my daughter’s name she asked if she knew how to play Lemonade. They played Lemonade and the room all smiled after they finished. My daughter’s loved that and I told them that’s what good customer service looks like! I didn’t catch the barista’s name and I’m really kicking myself for it, but thank you for providing excellent customer service, and putting a smile on my girls faces! This occurred on 8-16 between 2:00-2:30pm“

I'm in here a couple of times a week and the staff recognizes me. They are friendly and make the experience more personal. Dione works hard to remember my preferences.

There isn't much space inside, so I would get orders to go. It seems like most people use the app and just stop in to pick something up off the counter. Still, if you just stop in and order at the counter, they hustle to get your order quickly.



Dietary restrictions: Of course, it's easy to get dairy-free coffee even with a substitute creamer. I'm a big fan of the marshmallow green bar which has a little bit of brown butter in it. As well, it's not completely gluten-free because of the maltodextrin. If you're okay with the trace of dairy and gluten, this is a good bar.“

“Nice Starbucks and decent amount of space, but you do need to be hospital staff or a visitor to use it. Personal orders by the general public aren’t usually allowed. I didn’t know, made a mobile order, and stopped on a morning walk in the neighborhood. I had to explain my situation (I had my dog with me too) to get in the entry and be allowed past the front desk of the hospital. I’ve no complaints about that, but it isn’t clear in the Google Map or the Starbucks app.“

Surprisingly, I did not see any seating options (may be I missed them?).Service is quick - typical Starbucks style. We had to wait a few minutes as no baristas were seen. Then one came, taking our order. Payment from the app is easy and fast.Vanilla Latte was ok - normal Starbucks experience and taste.Good outlet for quick buys after your Target shopping. Enjoy.

“Got a tall iced mocha for $5.67. It was alright, better than Kaldi's and cheaper ($8.56!), but nothing special. It's pretty loud because it's packed with students studying obviously, and the music can be loud as well. Otherwise there's plenty of seats to study or do group work, nice big windows. There's a pretty mural towards the back. Madeleines were decent as a quick to-go snack as well.“

I ordered to pick up at the location across the street from where i planned to. Tris, the kind barista here made me another one and saved me a trip to my wrong location. It meant alot especially when I really need it after strolling alot in the mall . Great service!“

“We heard about puppuccino and immediately got excited to try it for our lil fur baby. The staff was very kind, asked us if we wanted water as well. So whoever has a pet please do treat your fur babies with it, Starbucks is very generous to provide with such options. And it comes with no charge.We also love trying their new menu with a combination of hot and cold drinks.

“This was more of a 4-star experience because I wish they'd put drinks in the correct letter ranges; it was busy and I don't like touching others' drinks, so I missed that my drink was already done. But hey, it tasted great, and I acknowledge that the extra time was on me too.

The reason I gave it 5 stars though was because people are idiots and I wanted to counter their nonsense. First, yes, it's a busy location. As such, you really have to open your eyes and know to expect a wait if you order in person; you are literally there, after all, so surely you can assess the complex concept of "more people=more time" without support (but the complaining I heard suggested otherwise).

This goes into the second, which is that they have an app. The app lets you ✨️order ahead✨️, you bunch of dingoes. Check the app. If they don't accept orders, that means they won't accept app payments or promotions, likely due to a system error out of the store's control. If it does accept orders, WHY ARE YOU ORDERING IN PERSON?! People like things to complain about is all I can figure. You know you want coffee, you know where you're going, so why do you not think it's worth the saved 5-10 minutes by ordering on your way down?

Non-standalone Starbs get shafted by the brand because they lack the support of regular stores. They're often forced to work understaffed while still being expected to deliver the brand's standards; please, give them a break, and dunk your head underwater nightly in the hope of growing a brain.“

BEST STARBUCKS IN GA, better than the airport. Target Starbucks in south buckhead is 2nd best.

I love working from here. I love the service of the staff and quality of drink making. Once I got too little brown sugar syrup but then mentioned I didn’t want too much sugar or calories and a barista kindly suggested a new flavor of sugar free syrup. She gave me this for free.

They have brought back condiments and a caffe vibe!

“Went in today for something different. The barista behind the counter paid me no mind (no greeting, no acknowledgment). I was just about to walk out when Ryan appeared and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. I told him I wanted to try something different and he immediately started giving suggestions based on the beautiful day outside as well as my flavor preferences. I settled on a pineapple, mango, dragonfruit lemonade. It is delicious! I asked for the recipe so I could keep it in my notes, which Ryan graciously provided. This may be my new go-to drink! “I love this Starbucks It is a great location. Atlanta Station is right next to it where there a shopping plaza and a movie theater as well as restaurants to dine in. They also have a bowling alley and arcade and a great place to hang out with family and friends. So if you're in town stop by lots of locals around. Have a Magical Day!.

“This location is MUCH better than the Kroger location. They function and are at the standard of a typical Starbucks. The staff are delightful and the move quickly. The greet you when you walk in. (which I hate as a NYer but it's nice, I guess). My order is always ready when I arrive and the atmosphere Inside is actually great.My only challenge with this location is that there are many homeless that linger and sleep near the building so it ALWAYS smells around and just outside of it ?. The patio is useless as it often smells and is near a high traffic road. This isn't anything the staff can really do anything about, but fyi as you visit the location. No drive thru here.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks is one of the few places I can take my husband , who is wheelchair bound , into the bathroom and assist him. A bathroom with accessibility bars and that is big enough to handle a wheelchair easily. That makes a huge difference for me.“
