“The atmosphere at Late Air is exceptional. No matter the season, a chill in the air, or sweltering humidity, the ambiance is Hot and Chill! The wine is like no other in the region sourced from near and far. I am told that in most cases the wineries are visited by the owners and operators Madeline and Colin. This greatly adds to the mystic because if you are lucky enough to be there when they are (which is highly likely), they may tell you a heartfelt story of how that particular wine made its way to Savannah and your palette. “Cocktails were fantastic, good selection of liquors and the atmosphere was great. My only critique (complaint?) was the higher than expected drink prices. I’ve paid $20 for a cocktail, but that was in Chicago and NYC. That aside, I’ll still be back!“

“Visited here on a Saturday around lunchtime. The bartender was welcoming and nice enough to let my husband and I bring our two dogs into the bar. He even provided them with a bowl of water. “The Lost Square and Alpine Village at the Alida Hotel provided a delightful experience. The food was delicious, drinks were great and service was excellent. The rooftop yurt, designed like a ski lodge, offers an intimate setting. The rooftop bar right outside the yurts is first come first serve and boasts beautiful scenery, heaters for colder days, and live music, making it a well-rounded and enjoyable venue. A friendly reminder to adhere to reservation times for the Alpine Village Experience as there’s a 90 minute reservation time and if you do not leave at the requested time, someone is waiting right outside the yurts and it throws everyone’s reservation off and it’s not only inconvenient for the guests but also the wait staff because they need to reset the yurt before you can be seated, which includes cleaning, sanitizing, new candles, blankets, etc. Recommend the Port City Spritz, which may be my new favorite drink, the ceviche, cheddar drop biscuits and the fried chicken. Make sure and add the S’mores bar as a final treat! The food was seriously my favorite part. Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing what the Lost Square has next year for the holidays.“

“Get a great view of the river from up Rocks on the Roof. Had a smashed burger with an espresso martini- both really good. My date had the Hush Puppies which she thought were excellent along with her Garden of Eden drink. Very good place to go while visiting Savannah.“

“A friend and I had dinner there last night. The fried rice is the best I’ve ever eaten. It had a wonderful spicy kick. I also thoroughly enjoyed the orange chicken wings. It was some of the best culinary creations I’ve eaten in a long time. We also loved the unique atmosphere.“

“Fantastic choice when you are unable to get into the main dining room at the Pink House. Planters Tavern in the cellar opens at five and we got in Line at 4:20 pm and were first in line at on a Saturday night in September. We were able to get cocktails to go at the bar inside and enjoyed them while we waited in line. We were greeted by John and service was excellent from John who checked in on us later and from the wait staff. Meals were exceptional and plenty of options at a range of prices. Chef’s fried chicken was one of the favorites along with the ravioli. Dark cellar with low lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. We had a wonderful bottle of wine at good price. Will definitely return every time we come to Savanah.“

We stopped in for happy hour and were impressed with the quality and value. The wood-fired meatballs were absolutely delicious, served with crusty bread for dipping, and paired perfectly with their cocktails. The espresso martini was one of the best I’ve had — smooth, rich, and beautifully presented.

The space itself is inviting with plenty of seating, a great bar setup, and friendly staff who make the experience easy and enjoyable. Our bartender was especially informative, taking time to explain drink options and specials, which made the visit even better. Tons of pool tables and karaoke (not sure if it's every night, though). Only downside? The bathroom was disgusting. They left the men's room door open so the smell wouldn't kill anyone but turns out it was the 1st thing anyone would see entering this bar.“
