“The atmosphere is very dark and sexy located at the bottom of the Alida Hotel. The service was friendly, but sometimes could lack attention. But the food quality surpasses everything, and it is definitely worth a visit. The prices are not that high you would spend just as much money as going to a P.F. Chang's or a Cheesecake Factory. This was a little bit too salty for me but for the appetizer we got CRISPY CALAMARI BANANA PEPPERS, CALABRIAN CHILIS, PARSLEY, CILANTRO, ROSEMARY AIOLI. My main entree was the best burger I have ever had. It was the first time I could eat a burger without it sliding off the bun. From the bun to the sauce to the cheese and pickles everything was perfection. RHETT SMASH BURGER TWO BEEF PATTIES, AMERICAN CHEESE, RED ONION, PICKLES, NORFOLK SAUCE, OLD BAY FRIES. And dessert was just okay for me to much cream not enough banana. BANANA PUDDING WAFERS, VANILLA PUDDING, CREAM“

“My wife and I ate here with our grandkids.. we were on our way to miami for a cruise.. googled steak and seafood restaurants and this one just jumped at me .. I said I wanna go here . And I could of never made a better choice.. I had chicken Alfredo and the wife had shrimp Alfredo.. loved it thank you for a great meal.. my wife said she'd drive the 745 miles to eat there again.. and to be honest. I believe I would too“

Recommended for Koreans. The reason is that the food is not salty!!
It’s been a long time since I ate something that wasn’t salty.
Raw oysters do not have a deep flavor like Korean oysters, but they are quite good when eaten with horse radish (wasabi).
Perhaps because it's busy, the staff aren't exactly friendly, but they're not unfriendly either.
Recommended.
I drank Weizen beer, but it was a little bland.
Parking: Find a public parking lot nearby.“

“From the time we walked into check-in through the meal until we departed, it was amazing. The hostess was very nice and approachable. Our waitress was attentive and always knew what we needed or wanted throughout dinner.
We had the Delmonico Ribeye, Scallops, calamari, oysters and the apple tort desert with ice cream, nothing but greatness. To cap it off as we were departing, every manager, server, hostess, and kitchen staff said Thank you for coming! I am a customer service geek, and the experience was amazing“

“I'll admit that today wasn't the best day to go b/c it was in the 40s, but we enjoyed the lack of a crowd and sitting out in the bright sun under brilliant blue skies. Such a great spot to have a meal or have a couple of beers. My husband had the cuban, while I had to go local with the fish tacos. The best and rice were awesome and the cilantro could not be fresher as it was grown out front. Friendly staff and lots of parking.“

“went here on a whim for my birthday and I was so delighted with my experience! It was not too busy with it being a monday night. Everyone on staff in the hotel as well as the restaurant staff was very helpful and had great service skills. We all left with a smile and good energy. We ordered appetizers, sides, and entrees to share as well as cocktails and wine and we thought the total was very affordable for all that we ordered. The fried chicken we got was honestly the BEST fried chicken any of us in my party has ever had in our entire life.. We kept talking about it for hours an after, even the next day we still talked about it. The food was all fresh and hot and plated wonderfully. Over all a great night and a great dining experience! So glad we stopped by!“

“The restaurant is away from downtown Savannah and has its own parking lot. Nice atmosphere. Food was good. Must try their fried green tomatoes and smoked Brussels sprouts! I didn’t care for the ribs, but the brisket was delicious. Shrimp and grits were good.“

“No reservations available so we tried our luck at the bar..Donte & Adam were attentive and very knowledgeable explaining the menu and offering recommendations. It was quite possibly the best meal of my life, from the signature cocktails, phenomenal appetizers, delicious soup, out of this world entrees to the exquisite dessert (Tuxedo Bomb)..If we lived in Savannah I would be there at least once a week 🥰❤️😋 Thank you for the experience!!!“

“The first time back since rebuild.I had catfish fillets (the best i have ever had)and shrimp,i knew going in it was pricey but if the food was as good as before the fire it would be worth it.I did not know you could improve on perfection,thumbs up to the whole crew at Shell House. “One of our favorite places to dine in Savannah. It's wonderful to dine in a beautiful atmosphere where it's quiet enough to have a conversation. Was there last night celebrating a birthday and the service was excellent, the food was delicious, & the tiramisu was to die for. This is all typical for this location. We've always had a great dining experience there.“
