“We had about 8 hours to kill before heading back to Texas and all my daughter wanted was some sushi. We drove from Paia to Umi Sushi and we were not disappointed. We must have gotten there right before the rush because it went from just us and two other people to a wait to get in. It was fresh and actually cheaper than the place we in Flower Mound, Texas. If you see the place it looks like a whole in the wall but don’t pass it up. Thank you again and we will be back for sure!!”

“Pros: Perfect location within the Maui Ocean Center facility. Tables on edge of property over looking the ocean. Minimum to large menu with sandwiches, salad, and fish. Reasonably priced beers.
Cons: A-al-cart dishes with add on expenses for fries or chips. Some plates are overpriced and during lunch slow service.”

“My son went to Maui and all he brought back was this fudge stuff. 🤪 The salt water taffy was the best salt water taffy I’ve ever had in my life (57 years). The salted caramel toffee was divine!!! Highly recommended!!”

“The food is good, the portions large. The menu has 127 items, while not all are available, it is still impressive. And difficult to choose. The butterfish it's exactly that, butter soft and delicious. Sushi portions are too big for a single bite.”

“Still best Korean Food on the island. Been coming here for many years upon visiting Maui. FYI, Ignore the very nice waitress skill set. She hovers over while trying to make a decision in ordering--feel rushed. Also, she hovers again when paying the bill--like she may think we are going to run off, or stiff her on a tip. Management--it seems she just needs training to become a real waitress.
She doesn't seem understand what she is indirectly projecting to customers. Otherwise, She is warm, and provides good service.”

“This bar has friendly owners, bartenders and amazing food. Fried Chicken is a hit, their poke nachos is my favorite from the PUPU menu, steak and onion to perfection, and ice cold beer always. You will not regret your visit because of the awesome service that they provide, an immediate greeting as you walk in the door always, I haven’t been to a bar on Maui that had such good service. If you love to sing 🎤 Karaoke I highly recommend this place. Thank you Tokyo Lounge OHANA (family). Oh another thing I forgot to mention is that they Host private parties. I am definitely going to make reservations here by calling ahead of time to make sure I get a spot for my private birthday parties. Oh yes an awesome live bands as well.”

“Undeniably one of the most interesting spots to have your smoothie and grilled cheese as it was located in the middle of nowhere, but it had unbeatable views and cool hilltop breeze. We tried its pina colada and mango/lilikoi smoothies, both were refreshing and tasty. We also got some chicken nuggets, even though they were the frozen variety, but they were extra crispy, just the way I like them. The grilled cheese was also very well made. The proprietor was friendly and there were seats and tables behind this iconic trailer to enjoy our food and drinks. Highly recommended if you’ve made it this far. Drive slowly as there were single-lane sections going both ways.”

“I am happy to see this local family get a brick and mortar location. For those of you that are from upcountry. These are the guys that used to do the ono BBQ on the weekends a few years ago. Then they were in Lahaina for a little while then at Foodland Maui Lani. Now they have this place. The food is still great and the value is awesome. These guys really give you bang for your buck. This trip I ordered the BBQ Steak plate and the BBQ chicken Plate. They both come with rice and green salad and their house dressing which I love the taste. I have tried almost everything on the menu with the exception of some of the specials and I can say they have some of the best BBQ plates on the island. I really like their BBQ chicken the flavor is all the way thru the meat. The location is new to them so it is still a little bare but they are working on it. I highly recommend these guys. The service is really good and I really like the fact that I am supporting hard working locals than know how to crank out good food at a good price. I recommend stopping by. The nice thing is you can buy the meat by the pound if you extra hungry.”

“Today is 6/14/23 I went to get my usual drinks and foods, for some reason there must have been a new girl at the window taking orders. I drive up to the speaker and she say's can I take your order? I proceed to give her my order she then stops and say hold on and cuts me off. So, I asked my passenger didn't she say can I take your order? my passenger said yes. So, she comes back on for the second time and says can I take your order? And I start to order my drinks and she again say hold on with a loud voice!!!! and cuts me off again, then the third time need I remind you I was patient till the third time. She again says may I take your order? Again, I start to order she again says hold on cuts me off again. That was it when she came back forth time, I said f---k this I will order at the window and then she says I was helping other customers. I then asked her did you get any of the orders I repeated three times? She said NO! ok gave her my order. Pull up to the window supervisor asked what happen? Before I could explain he said I don't appreciate you treating my employees that way. I then said ho hold up me I am treating your employees wrong. Check yourself and ask me what happened first? I have a witness in the car who heard everything. I asked to speak to the manager and supervisor said his in a meeting. I told the supervisor I will wait. he kept saying his unavailable. Supervisor then goes and calls the manager who was very professional and took the time to listen. Manager was awesome I told him when you have a customer who comes here every morning eight years and never had a problem in all those years? whose word should you take not your employee your customers.”

Ordered several $5 happy hour mai tai's, fish and chips, Mahi Mahi poke nachos, ranch island beef burger, vanilla milkshake and salsa and chips.All were delicious and our waitress was very attentive during our meal. Afterwards we continued touring the Maui Ocean Aquarium. A very fun afternoon.”

“Rays is the place to be if you just want to relax and have a few drinks and amazing pupus or even dinner after a long day at work or maybe a night out with your friends . I went in on a Sunday night with a few of my girls... We had an amazing time . the owner Sandy ... Was the sweetest & her food is the BOMB.COM ... Hoku was our bartender and I have to say , her drinks were ON POINT !!! She made us feel so at home and if we needed anything we knew she had our backs . We also found out later in the night when the karaoke system came on that Hoku also has a lovely singing voice . But all together rays is hands down definitely a go to on any occasion.”

1) Excellent and quick customer service. I ordered in store and my order was delivered with no delays.
2) Restroom was neat and clean.
3) Plenty of parking available. Easy access to this store on Hwy 30.
4) Store was clean with ample seating options.
5) Barista/Cashier was friendly and answered my questions with patience.
6) Drive Through is available (but I did not use it)

“Decided to try this place out instead of going to McDonald’s which is in the same parking lot. Ordered two of the breakfast plates. One with corned beef and the other with bacon. Both came with eggs and white rice. For the 2 breakfast it was about $14. Which is the price it would have been for about one breakfast across the parking lot. The service was quick as there was only one other party ahead of us. The decor is kinda sparse but there is plenty of seating. Overall the food was good especially for the price.”
