“We were indifferent to Mora when it first opened several years ago. The food was ok but not great. We went back for the first time in years a few weeks ago and were absolutely delighted by everything. We returned on Sunday afternoon and continue to be bowled over inspite of the noisy laughter coming from a couple of women in a corner booth.“

“We did the omakase experience. Overall quite good, the fish was very good and high quality. The wasabi level on the pieces was inconsistent, mostly very pleasant but at times overpowering. We weren't a fan of the uni/roe course but that is of course personal preference (however as a big fan of uni i was slightly disappointed). Overall very good and attentive service. The tuna pieces were OUTSTANDING.“

My boys like the mushroom and California rolls sushi while I enjoyed the spicy hot fish poke bowl a lot. The staff and owner were super friendly and nice. The place was stylish, neat and clean. “This place deserves 10 stars! The Sushi Sashimi Bento at Neta Sushi is fantastic with chef’s choice sushi and sashimi that melts in your mouth. The California roll and salad complete the meal perfectly. I also ordered the Truffle Yuzu Salmon, which had a beautiful balance of citrus and truffle flavor. The Wasabi Tuna roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna was bold and delicious. Amazing sushi spot in Park Ridge!“

Very reasonable prices as well. The most astonishing fact about this restaurant was the host (Quam) his amazing knowledge of food and customer service was unlike any other. “A really great lunch spot to dine and chat with friends!! I came during the “lunch special” hours of 11-3. Service was immediate and very friendly. Both specials we chose also included a rich miso soup. The tempura batter was perfection, crispy and light but not greasy. Everything was presented in a way that was pleasing to the eye. I really wanted to have Japanese food (specifically Onigiri) for a Studio Ghibli-themed baby shower, and reached out to several local restaurants. Ekiben was by far the most responsive and fairly priced!

My fiancé tried the pad thai with shrimp on one visit and the basil shrimp fried rice on another, and both dishes were full of flavor and so satisfying.
