“We were indifferent to Mora when it first opened several years ago. The food was ok but not great. We went back for the first time in years a few weeks ago and were absolutely delighted by everything. We returned on Sunday afternoon and continue to be bowled over inspite of the noisy laughter coming from a couple of women in a corner booth.“

“A really great lunch spot to dine and chat with friends!! I came during the “lunch special” hours of 11-3. Service was immediate and very friendly. Both specials we chose also included a rich miso soup. The tempura batter was perfection, crispy and light but not greasy. Everything was presented in a way that was pleasing to the eye. “Amazing sushi and amazing service. Literally every bite is somehow better than the one before. You haven’t had sushi until you experience this. This is the best sushi in Chicago. Chef Zac and bartender Tayshawn made us feel so welcomed. They gave great recommendations for food and drinks. We are big fans of Sushi by Bou but Tayshawn made this experience extra special. The atmosphere is intimate and fun. It feels like at your own privet party.“

Everything is handrolled at the moment, and the tastes are really good and genuine.
I appreciated a lot the rice/fish ratio, as rice is not too prominent allowing you to test several options without feeling overwhelmed.
The tartare and uni (sea urchin) in particular are a must, very fresh and yummy.“

“Came here twice for the nigiri omakase experience and had a great time! It is very worth the price and reminds me of sushi in Japan. The fish is so fresh, melts in your mouth, and seasoned with great combination of flavors. I normally go into great lengths describing the taste of food, but in this case, I do not want to describe more because you have to experience each piece for yourself and enjoy the element of surprise. “This place deserves 10 stars! The Sushi Sashimi Bento at Neta Sushi is fantastic with chef’s choice sushi and sashimi that melts in your mouth. The California roll and salad complete the meal perfectly. I also ordered the Truffle Yuzu Salmon, which had a beautiful balance of citrus and truffle flavor. The Wasabi Tuna roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna was bold and delicious. Amazing sushi spot in Park Ridge!“

“I called ahead on a Tuesday for their dinner reservations, we were told they weren't busy that night so we went ahead and made the one hour drive just for their sushi and their great reviews. We had the best experience and their sushi was truly top notch. We basically ordered everything on the menu from sushi, caviar to desserts and drinks. they did not disappoint, customer service was superb. The owner even came outside to attend us, he showed up with his own bottle of sake. I truly appreciate the great experience we had at this beautiful and clean restaurant. I have nothing bad to say, the food was high quality and extremely delicious. I definitely recommend this location, even if you have kids which I did. We left so happy and satisfied, loved it.“
