“This place truly lives up to its name with flavors and craftsmanship that match its reputation.

I recently discovered an incredibly amazing sushi spot. It is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. Everything is unbelievably fresh and full of flavor, and the sauces are absolutely amazing.

The staff is very friendly, and Justin, the owner, gave perfect menu recommendations. His culinary skill genuinely impressed me, and I can confidently say that from now on, this is the only place where I’ll be eating sushi.

I highly recommend the Angry Tuna Roll, Liger Roll, and Poke Nacho. Every single one was outstanding.

“Absolutely amazing!!!! The very best kosher restaurant I’ve ever been to! Kosher fine dining at its finest! My husband and I agree it was the best meal we’ve ever had. He had the surprise steak which was phenomenal! I had the short ribs which were perfection! We enjoyed soups, appetizers, sushi, the works. Just when we thought we were full to the brim and could not squeeze one more but in, I couldn’t resist the dessert menu. Somehow we practically managed to lick the plate of peanut butter mousse clean! It was the most wonderful evening! The ambience is wonderful! The service is superior to any other place I’ve been to. “Delicious pho, my daughter is a huge pho fan and she loved it. The gyoza and fresh tasting veggie shrimp rolls in rice paper with peanut sauce on the side were equally as good.

The Kung pao chicken was better than any I’ve had at the surrounding Chinese restaurants in the Skokie/Morton Grove/Glenview area. HUGE portions. Extremely reasonable prices. Kenny the owner is an incredibly nice and inviting person.“

“This was my second time coming and my husband's first time. we went for our anniversary and it was FANTASTIC. Chef Naomi is a true artisan who brings flair, creativity and personality to make such a wonderful experience. There was one of the additional chefs (cannot remember his name but I know he is Korean) that also created such a fun experience (he is so funny) but watching him was like watching a sculptor craft an edible piece. “Ive been to 3 Omakases one of which was in Japan.

All were really really great but Kyoten Next Door was phenomenal. I not only left full (rarity for me 🫄🏻) but each course was unexplainably good and chef Jorge was funny, kind, and knowledgeable!

Definitely worth the money for the service and food you get. Finding the location was iffy at first because there’s no signs or anything and it looks like it’s abandoned but once you get in it’s super super nice and cozy.

“We did the omakase experience. Overall quite good, the fish was very good and high quality. The wasabi level on the pieces was inconsistent, mostly very pleasant but at times overpowering. We weren't a fan of the uni/roe course but that is of course personal preference (however as a big fan of uni i was slightly disappointed). Overall very good and attentive service. It's everything you want from sushi ... fresh and delicious ingredients prepared in front of you by an expert in his craft. The head chef is incredible and their sense of hospitality is amazing. It's a small location with a lot of heart. Takibi has been a place I've gone with my partner to celebrate, to mourn, or just to have a nice night out. If you haven't been you have to go here.“

“Absolutely loved my experience at Neta Sushi in Park Ridge. The Sushi Sashimi Bento was perfectly prepared with beautiful cuts of fresh fish. You can tell the chefs really care about quality.
