“We went out for a date night today and visited J. Ford’s Steakhouse for the first time, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The food was incredible, our steaks were cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and literally melted in our mouths. The truffle fries with the honey jalapeño aioli were to die for, it was the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and a little kick of spice. Our drinks were excellent, and our waiter went above and beyond to make the evening special. Between the outstanding service and the amazing food, we left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend J. Ford’s Steakhouse if you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience!”

After 100+ visits I seem to get same: the Antipasto plate (full), Mango Bruschetta & the fried calamari for apps. For the main course though I revert back to the perfect walleye francese or lobster surf & turf...regardless of what you go for you will enjoy!!”

“I'd been to Mogger's once in grad school in '98, but outside of swinging in to pick someone up with car issues from there in the early noughties, hadn't been back to eat since. That I've lived up by Chicago most of the 21st century compounded my difficulties coming by. After seeing the mega cheeseburger ads on social media, I decided this winter break, it was time. The burger reminded me of those from a now defunct place back home called Riccardi's. Was quite lovely. As were the sweet potato waffle fries. The pop had a nice bite, too. I'm glad I made it and will try to eat here again before another 28 years pass.”

“A friend suggested we order from Noble Roman’s and am I ever glad we did! We placed an online order for curbside delivery. The online ordering process was easy to facilitate and allowed specific ingredient editing. When I arrived, it was pouring down rain and the staff members were such great sports about delivering to my car, even in the rain. We ordered the BBQ and Alfredo Chicken pizzas, both deep dish as well as an order of breadsticks. The pizza was amazing! The breadsticks were just as great as those I remember ordering while living in a dorm on Purdue’s campus nearly 40 years ago. We will definitely be returning!”

“This is a delivery review, so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere.The food seemed like it would be very, very good had the dasher not driven around for roughly 35 minutes with my order! Worst dasher ever. But I can't ding the restaurant for that at all. It makes it very hard to review the food because it was all very cold except for the shake, which was very warm. But I will try.The "Feel the Burn Burger" could have used a bit more sauce, because it was pretty dry. That could have very well been because it arrived at room temperature, which causes even a saucy burger to dry up. I wouldn't say this burger had much of a "burn", as the name implies. But jalapeños for me aren't much hotter than a pablano pepper. Again, I believe more sauce would have made a difference here.The fries were cold and mushy, but they had very good flavor. They were just so cold they were simply inedible. I just know these were great fries at one point of their existence - what a shame. An interesting cut on the fries as well, which made these very unique fries.The Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Shake tasted really good, but it arrived at room temperature as well. Not overly sweet like other shakes I have tried. Made with really good strawberries too. But a melted shake is just - yuk.While posting this, I was thinking maybe this should be a 4 star review, simply because of the dry burger. But I just don't know. The dasher's terrible, sloth-like delivery speed leaves me feeling like I missed out on a really great meal. So I will give the full 5 stars simply for the thought of how much better this food once was. And the fact this place has only a 3.8 star review makes me feel that they deserve a much better rating than that, simply because I can tell they have great food here. I think this place is fairly new, and someone gave them a 1 star review, which I am certain is just a reviewer being a complete douchebag.I would definitely try this place again, hoping for a much better delivery person. If I were able to go to the restaurant, I'd love to try this place out in person. I bet the food is just amazing.”

My personal favorite lineups of food are the jammin meals, like the jammin turkey and jammin onion and egg burger, the mixture of sweet bacon jam with a savory flavors of the meat, cheeze, bacon and other flavorful condiments adds another layer of mouth water inducing bizarre American and Bosnian foods. The best part about Babos is their courtesy and friendliness, their willingness to provide their customers with an endearing experience makes family restaurants like these that much more special, I would always recommend anyone to stop by this place to get some dam good grub.”

“This is my favorite restaurant in Terre Haute. Every time my boyfriend and I go, we try something new and we are never disappointed! The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is great. I love the features they have to make it feel like more of an experience of Himalayan & Indian culture. So far we have had the lamp biryani, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, lamb dopyaza, Spicy chili momo, yak momo, mixed tandoori grill and we tried the boba Thai tea today. Everything arrives to your table with incredible aromas and amazing flavor. Our staples for every meal are the vegetable samosas and the garlic naan. So yummy! You won’t regret giving this place a try.”

Two convenient locations: Southside offers a tavern and family room and downtown is convenient to Indiana State University campus. Highly recommended.”

“Our third visit to Cheddar's was for an early dinner around 4:30 pm on 6/19/26. We love the atmosphere and great friendly service. With all three visits to Cheddar's our entres were served hot and were delicious however, all three times we have eaten there the sides were room temperature at best. The butter wouldn't even melt on the baked potato or vegetables. Desert was super yummy and the carrot cake was fire! Now this is where this Cheddar's needs to do better! I visited the ladies restroom and every toilet in every stall had BLACK MOLD around the bowl! And not a little a lot! Yuck! Needless to say I did not use the restroom! I informed the hostesses on my way out so hopefully this won't be an issue ever again! I've also decided the next time I go there I'm going to return my sides if they arrive cold. I wish I could have given them 5 stars but sorry Cheddar's you have some work to do to earn that 5th star.”

“2/19/26 I went in sharks.I ordered a simple 6 large shrimp and a pop. I sat and wait for the process. I noticed one of the cooks come from the kitchen and ate out of the french fry basket.I figured the fries were old or they didn't serve them. No big deal. My order came up, the same guy now takes the basket of fries he ate out of with no hair net, no gloves, grab the fresh fries coming up from the fryer mixed them with the old while I was watching..I just asked for a refund. The cook acted like it was no big deal ! I told him he must do this very often because it was so openly done. I'd rather have a refund, i choose not to eat where disrespect is served.”

I love the fun monthly themed and seasonal menus they come out with, the community events they put on and are a part of, and the delicious coffee and energy drinks they have! My favorites have been the LuvBug Dirty Alani they had in February for Valentine’s Day, and now I’ve been obsessed with one of the daily picks the owner posted a while back that interested me- A chocolate and popcorn cold brew with vanilla salt cold foam and marshmallow drizzle. Absolutely delicious and a good mix of sweet, salty, and strong coffee. Their social media posts are great and I love to check out the barista picks they post in the store and online. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff!”

I recently ordered cookies for a company event with our logo printed on them, and honestly… I expected them to look amazing but taste “just okay” like most printed sugar cookies do.

I was SO wrong.

These cookies were absolutely beautiful, but even more importantly, they tasted homemade in the best way possible. Soft, fresh, perfectly sweet, and clearly made with care. You could genuinely taste the love put into them.

And the chocolate chip cookies? Easily the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had.

These were for an event, but I ended up snacking on them all week long after storing them in the fridge. They stayed soft, fresh, and incredibly delicious.

If you are looking for treats that are both stunning and unforgettable, you have to stop in and see them. Highly recommend supporting this sweet little bakery.”

“Only in today's economy would I rate a place 15 stars / 15 stars for food, service, and atmosphere but rate the place overall 4 stars bc of cost / pricing. $7 for something that has just meat and cheese on it? That's their Slims I'm talking about, so you can't just say well condiments are free bc they don't (and won't afaik) put any condiments on those. Otherwise this place is bomb. Always good food, always super fresh ingredients. To this day, I've only had one sub-5★ experience at Jimmy John's, and I've easily eaten there ~100 times. (Yes, that many. I was once a college student when Slims cost $2.)”

“As someone who practically lives in Cunningham Library, Cup & Chaucer is my absolute go-to. It’s so convenient to have such a cozy spot right inside the Cunningham Library. It’s the perfect, quiet sanctuary for anyone who needs a cozy atmosphere to recharge. They even have board games if you need a quick brain break!

The Go-To: You can’t go wrong with the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast quesadilla. It’s savory, filling, and always prepared with such care.

The sips: They serve Starbucks coffee (with some limitations). My personal favorites are the Iced White Chocolate Mocha and the Iced Chai Latte. When autumn hits, their Pumpkin Spice Latte is a must.

A helpful tip for newcomers: The menu displayed on the TV can be a bit outdated and includes items (both Starbucks and non-Starbucks) that aren't currently available. To avoid disappointment, I’ve learned to always ask if a drink is in stock before ordering! The absolute best part of this cafe is the service. The lady who works here is incredibly sweet and friendly. You can really tell she cares about the quality of what she serves, and her kindness makes those long study sessions so much brighter.”

“I visited for the first time during their Friends and Family weekend, and even though the line was backed up all the way to the road by Ross, I was in and out in just 10 minutes, super fast service! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and delivered excellent customer service. My drink was absolutely delicious, and I was excited to have a 7 Brew nearby.

Unfortunately, my recent visits haven’t matched that first impression. The last couple of times I’ve gone, the customer service has been noticeably lacking. The employee I’ve interacted with seemed disengaged and barely spoke, and when she did, it felt like I was inconveniencing her. Because of this, I’ve started visiting less often, which is disappointing considering how great my first experience was.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because there’s a clear difference from when you first opened. I’d love to see the level of service return to what it was.”

Last night I sent my husband around 9 to get our late dinner. I ordered a beef and cheddar and fries and also a roast beef kids meal for our son. My large fry to share with the other child was clearly shorted. I tried one fry before taking a picture of it and the fries were cold and nasty. Luckily I saved them by putting them in the oven. My sandwich was also cold (we only live about 10 mins away ) I thought maybe it was close to closing and that’s why they decided to be lazy and not cook fresh fries but after looking it up, I saw that the business doesn’t close until 11?!”
