“We stopped here recently while traveling, and I am still thinking about their breakfast burrito a week later! The creole potatoes inside were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. And the seafood cheese sauce? Oh man was it good! I didn’t even think to take pictures. We agreed that even after spending a week in New Orleans, that this was the best meal we had on our trip, hands down. We really hope this local restaurant makes it so we can visit again.“

“My husband and I went on Friday night for dinner. Could not wait to try the new menu and it was simply awesome. To start with, our sever team was Isaac and Cheyanne and they were great. We never waited for anything. The Hot Crab Claws and Foie Gras Torte for appetizers were divine. I ordered the Duck Cassoulet and my husband had the visiting fish, Sea Bass over Yakamein. While the fish was excellent, the Duck ruled the table. Thanks to the Servers and Kitchen for a wonderful meal. We'll be back.“

“One of the best meals I’ve had in New Orleans was at Toups! We had a charcuterie board with their house made hogs head cheese, chicken liver mousse and foie gras accompanied by house pickles. Simply incredible!! The hogs head cheese was the best I’ve ever had! I especially loved the chunkiness of it with nice pieces of tender pork! The crispy turkey necks! Oh my goodness… AMAZING! The braised lamb neck entree was exquisite with a generous portion and crispy spaetzle! Even leftover, it was great!! I also had their pork chop and applesauce cocktail which was creative and also delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant! Great work Chef Isaac and team!“

New Orleans is home to many fine dining restaurants but none dinner than Brigtsen's. it's friendly, distinguished, welcoming to all. I'm not a fancy person and I've never felt out of place here. You won't find a better place to dine.“

“Wow! Three of us ate lunch at Cafe Reconcile, the food was absolute perfection. We started with the fried turkey necks appetizer. Going into it we weren't sure what to expect but let me tell you.... they were unbelievably good!!! All of us had the Fried Green Tomato BLT on Jalapeno Cornbread Toast.... more perfection! Side dishes were Gumbo and Sweet Potato Crumble.....yep, perfection! The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and absolutely spotless. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. The prices were extremely reasonable and I guarantee you won't find better food at an expensive high end restaurant. Be sure to check this place out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

But shiiiiiiiit my 98% Caucasian self was rocking in the corner sobbing because my 2% African heritage (thank you ancestry.com) was set free and gone wild. I have no idea what they do to the food here (clearly I can't cook) but daaaaaaaaang my taste buds have never been so happy. I'm saving the green beans for last, never in my life have I said that. They are that good. Do yourself a favor, eat here. Eat everything here!“

I called Kelly and she got the ball rolling. We had good communication through the planning of my Meet and Greet Event for my family. When I walked into my rented space, I was amazed how beautiful the entire set up was. I had the colors I wanted, and all the foods I had requested. The foods were beyond delicious. “We went there on the afternoon of 2/3/24. Mom had been wanting to try it and I actually thought they were closed on Saturdays but we drove by just in case and found them to be open. Atmosphere is, eh. There were no lemons for the sweet tea and they ran out of regular fries for my order so I had to substitute with sweet potato fries. But the burger made up for anything that might have been lacking. That burger was so flavorful and hot and juicy! One of THE best burgers I've had in a long time! It tasted like something I would have made at home. I really appreciated how good it was. And the sweet potato fries were piping hot! I'd go again.“
