Dunkin' Donuts in Boston

“One of my quick bite place. In this one, the lady was very helpful and guided me with a nice selection.

The place was not very clean. Lots of food resedue was in the ground. The seat was also not neat and clean.

“Never in my life have I reviewed a Dunkin' Donuts but the superb customer service experience Madeleine delivered moved me to tell you this story: after a long and sweaty day pushing the kids through the Freedom Trail in Boston, where we were on vacation, the youngers were disappointed that we hadn't found a dessert place between dinner and the transit station. But since Andrew St station is close to our hotel, the Dunkin' appeared like a gleaming beacon when we rounded the corner. Excited to choose a couple donuts each, they eagerly chose their maple, stars and stripes, and chocolate log donuts. Eager to get back to the hotel after a long day, we took our bags of six donuts and kept walking.

At the hotel there was an argument. What was wrong? We only found four donuts. Did you leave your bag in the lobby? Nope, it's not there. What did you do with the bag I gave you? You never gave me a bag. Just eat mine. I want the one I ordered. etc. We realized there was a possibility that we hadn't left the Dunkin' with all the donuts we paid for.

We had walked, and at this point it had been 20 minutes since we were at the Dunkin'. But I could tell from Madeleine's kind demeanor that, if we had* left donuts there, she would have held on to them for us.

I walked back, now it was 30 minutes from when we bought the donuts. Madeleine saw me come in, smiled, and walked over to where she had saved the bag. My youngest, who had been near tears, was overjoyed on my victorious return. Thanks to Madeleine, what could have been a bad vacation evening-ruiner turned into a positive core memory and a tween's delight.

All it takes is a little kindness. I am so so glad that Madeleine, and the Southampton Dunkin', were able to show it to their customers.“

“I came here twice thinking and hoping the first time was a one off.
I ordered a breakfast sangawich. Sausage egg and cheese, hashbrowns and a carmel machiato..
Whoever the cook is needs training. My hash browns were burned. Why? Would you eat burnt potatoes? Then the coffee was the worst. Tasted like Americano with Carmel. WTH.
So, I thought i would give them a second try. And guess what? Same issue. Burned hash browns. This time I ordered the $6 meal. I have the coffee to a homeless guy insiden bothering everyone who came in, including me. The guy is asking folks to buy him a soda. I did, but really? Come on manager. Why are you allowing all of this? I blame you and your management. I spent $20 with both orders, that I will never get back. I will not be going to this location again and recommend people go to other location until they get there carp together.“

“these 5 stars go primarily to one of the newer guys. i unfortunately don’t know his name, but he has a beard and the most contagious smile. his costumer service is fantastic, and he always gets my order correct. keep him around, he’s fantastic at his job and always knows what he’s doing“

“The best damn thing about this place is it is like literally the only damn coffee ☕️ shop open at 5 am! You can't get a cup of coffee in Boston before 6:30 unless ya go to Dunkin. Thank God bless us, everyone! For da Dunkin ya know?“

“I got a cappuccino and an egg sandwich. the drink tasted a lot better than other Dunkin’s I had and I got served by this well put together young man who had a positive attitude. He was friendly and approachable and served my food and drink in a timely manner. I asked for his name as I told him I’m going to write a review for him and he said it was Antonio. I hope this guy gets a promotion!!“

“Im having a bad morning and rushing, one specific woman at this location made my morning. & she didn't even make my drinks nor take my order. I'd go back for her kindness. Thank you Ms. Lady. Your minnie mouse buns half up half down look was everything. I appreciate you.“

“Ordered in the app when I left the Rosenberg Building, took 2-3 minutes, walked in and there was my delicious hot coffee. Perfect temperature too on a chilly night & perfect pick me up for the journey in traffic home!
Service was great too, the ladies were very friendly.“

“The workers here are genuinely some of the nicest folks ever. If I had to deal with the entitled doctors and nurses that frequent this location, I’d lose it, but these folks are either always smiling or always helpful. They’ve given me a free donut once or twice for the long wait, and they learn the orders of the regular faces. Super chill people who make an otherwise crowded, packed Dunkin great!“

“This is really just a Dunkin where you come and go. There is no seating. There is a counter at the front of the store at the window that can fit 2 - 3 people depending on their size. The atmosphere isn't bad. It's just not really a place you go to enjoy the atmosphere. You're there for coffee and donuts. The staff are really hard workers and nice to me. Two of them already know me by name.“

“Just wanted something simple, a plain bagel with butter. Even though this place is usually PACKED with customers, I hit them at a lull and 2 friendly employees helped me. Decent bagel, a bit too much butter, but didn't expect such friendly service“

“I have been to this Dunkin donuts over 100 times. The food has been good not great every single time without nearly a single exception. The best part is the staff and the speed of the workers. They do a great job and deserve recognition because it is busy but never slow. I do order online every single time, which I highly recommend doing. Only issue is some of the crack heads that linger inside but that's a rarity.“

“This is Dunkin Donuts express location in the lobby if the BIDMC East Campus. This location closes at 6pm and is closed on weekends. It's a quick in and out format that Services only coffee and donuts. Nothing more nothing less. I wish Dunks opened more express locations.“

“I work at another Dunkin' in the greater Boston area and frequent this one when I use public transport. Every time I've gone the staff have been friendly, calm, chill. Being an essential worker in a pandemic is hard and working in a busy shop can definitely be stressful, but all the employees were handling it great. I even envied how clean it was in here, things can get messy behind the counter at my store now and then, but the place is neater than ever.I think people are more inclined to make reviews when they have a bad experience. All the times I've been here have been nice.Also, everything I've ever ordered tasted great. :)“

“This has to be my favorite Dunkin’ store in the world. Not only are my drinks made perfectly every time, but I also love the vibe here, it’s clean, relaxed, and a great spot to study. I always feel welcomed and happy every visit, all of the workers here are genuinely some of the kindest and hardworking people I ever met. They are incredibly polite and always happy accommodate all of my drink requests.“

“my favorite. i wish they still had apple cheese danish. they know me and always get my coffee ready as soon as they see me walk in the door. smiling and tipping $1 every single visit (even if i pay with a card or the app) helps. that was a hint for anyone who found the customer service lacking. most customers here couldn’t be less friendly; they likely get exactly the service they deserve.someday i’m sure robots will be serving our coffee and maybe they won’t care if you greet them, tip them, or say please and thank you. the people who work here are people and they put up with a lot of sh*t. give them a break.“

“Update: Since the new manager took over, the café has been providing great customer service. It has been a wonderful experience since then.

A few days ago, I ordered online medium coffee, Two donuts Frosted Chocolate, and Boston Cream. I went to pick my order, but The manager said they were waiting for me because the donuts I ordered were not available. She told me to go and choose from the available donuts. So I chose one Butternut and because there are not many types there. I chose coffee roll . And when the director heard that I had chose coffee roll. She told me to just pick a donut rudely. I said to her, I will pay the difference. she really made pay the difference 0.23 cents. The staff were very nice to me. at the same time nervous from their manager.“

“The employee with blue hair that handles mobile orders in the AM is absolutely wonderful!!! She is so kind and is ready with my order the moment she sees me walk in the door. She deserves a raise fr. My drinks are also always made correct and taste great! 😊“

“Definitely not the type of dunkin' donuts that you get to hang around and enjoy, but nonetheless, still a Dunkin Donuts in New England. Staff was friendly and coffee was nice. Location is...decent...and there are plenty of benches outside which you can enjoy your coffee on though.“

“i always use the app to order, the place moves very quickly for the amount of traffic they get. some days are slower than others but that’s how it works with high volume days, they can’t make the place any bigger and can only have so many people behind the counter. one of my favorite dunks in the city.“

“I’ve gone here multiple times a week for years and have always been treated kindly and everything is prepared quickly, even during a busy Saturday morning rush! They also rarely run out of stock at this location. I love my neighborhood Dunkin!“

“Dunkin just enabled on-the-go ordering at this location which makes you feel like royalty! Get off your train and grab your coffee and bagel as you walk right by, no stopping! I have felt things being a bit disorganized at times but with the number of things going on, the small space for working and the number of people helping, it makes sense. All in all, I highly recommend it and find the times I have to ask for the rest of my order totally worth it (and a place grace is well-deserved!)“

“Yes, I went during rush hour, but man this team really have me the good feels. I ordered a drink off the menu, but realized it may not be a common selection so I didn't get it very fast. But the gentleman behind the pick up checked up on my y not once, but twice! The second time, he flat out made my drink order so I didn't have to keep waiting and take up space. Thank you for not forgetting about me!“

The coffee here is delicious and well-crafted. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The café has been newly renovated with a fresh, stylish look, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing—perfect for hanging out or enjoying a quiet coffee break.“

“The person serving the counter gave us advice to get the medium refresher because it was cheaper which was incredibly nice. However when we ordered our drinks we got the wrong flavor, but the person making the refresher offered to remake them (we didn’t even ask) . They didn’t have to do this but we really appreciated and wished we could tip. Everyone is so so nice :)“

“Great drinks (love the strawberry refresher) but staff would not make the drink in our (dunkin' own brand) reusable cups, and instead made them in the usual plastics cups which we emptied into our reusable cups. Seems to miss the point of reusable cups really. Otherwise great!“

“It's definitely open 24/7 as of April 2024.Was here at 0315 in the morning and got coffee.Every terminal has one and the girl at the counter said they all operate different hours.But this one is definitely 24 hours and has standard coffee and dunks food.“

The coffee was good, the Boston Cream Donut was just ok (you would think that they would rock this donut here), and the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese croissant was average at best. “I’m giving 4 stars because the people working here are some of the hardest working people I’ve met. It was extreme heat the other day and the AC was broken. The way the sun was hitting made it hotter inside than outside even with the doors open — idk how the workers didn’t pass out. The owners need to treat their employees better by ensuring safe working conditions. This is one of the busiest Dunkin locations. Also, I will acknowledge that there are a few workers here in the morning who are rude and slow, but you can tell the others try to make up for it. Please advocate for better working conditions“

“We were in there yesterday morning, a Thursday and the young woman with the headscarf was so incredibly sweet. She went out of her way to be so kind to my kids and she was probably the friendliest food service worker I've ever come across. It's hard to find good, kind people but she is it. She was so happy and helpful and truly made a huge effort to take care of us. 10/10 she is amazing. I wish I had gotten her name but she was a young woman working Thursday morning and she deserves praise. Thank you! P.s. the food was also great!

“This is my regular dunkin, and its good! Workers are nice, be nice to them they will be nice too! I always order ahead, it is always smooth. This is the BB Station dunkin, of course its going to be busy and they handle it well from what I see. I have never had a bad iced coffee from here which is saying something!“

“On a random afternoon, I decided to grab a coffee while waiting for my ride. I walked in expecting nothing more than a quick cup to go. To my surprise, the barista, Lunny, was so kind and offered to make me a surprise drink. Best decision ever! She crafted a coffee that wasn’t too sweet but was perfectly balanced and flavorful, topped with something I couldn’t quite identify but it was delicious. Her warm customer service and the quality of the coffee were both 10/10.“

“It can get packed in here especially early morning but they do be making a good coffee how its supposed to be made and they try their best to accommodate everyone just people be impatient and in a rush. But other than that coffee is definitely on point at this location.“

“This Dunkin' location is amazing! All of the staff members are super kind and helpful. I once had a coughing fit before I was about to place my order and one of the staff members gave me a cup of water for no charge. I also love how in the Boston area that they serve maple frosted donuts at their Dunkins!“

“Everything was good but you had to ask the staff to press a buzzer to get into the bathrooms. Though that fact isn't mentioned any where so it just appears that the bathroom is occupied and not available as opposed to requiring a buzzer.“
