“Every-time I go here all the shifts are on point and never get my order wrong. Even with the area being a little rough this location holds up to cleanliness and good hospitality. One time I left a bag with brand new hats inside and I was sure it was gone forever but NuNu who’s a great employee held my bad for me until I came the next day. Very thankful and a big plus is that it’s open 24 hours“

“I love this location!...even though I haven't stopped into a Dunks in a while (been bringing my own breakfast). Today I decided to buy breakfast. There's usually a very long line, but not today!It was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient per usual.I enjoyed my breakfast (hash browns, avocado toast, hot chocolate) at my desk. “Every staff here is friendly and give quick service only issue is their donuts are almost 3 dollars. The portion size has been the same since the 90s except for their coffee roll that has gotten way smaller but more expensive. Dunkin is no longer inexpensive“

They even were willing to break up change in a way that I needed them to. Good service and normal quality food for Dunkin’ standards.“

“I work at another Dunkin' in the greater Boston area and frequent this one when I use public transport. Every time I've gone the staff have been friendly, calm, chill. Being an essential worker in a pandemic is hard and working in a busy shop can definitely be stressful, but all the employees were handling it great. I even envied how clean it was in here, things can get messy behind the counter at my store now and then, but the place is neater than ever.I think people are more inclined to make reviews when they have a bad experience. “This place is always swamped and the workers are incredibly patient with all of the demanding (and sometimes inpatient / rude customers). My coffee turns out perfect 9/10 times and I go here everyday before work. Very grateful for their hard work during rush hour and their ability to push past the negativity of some other patrons.“

“It's definitely open 24/7 as of April 2024.Was here at 0315 in the morning and got coffee.Every terminal has one and the girl at the counter said they all operate different hours.But this one is definitely 24 hours and has standard coffee and dunks food.“

“Dunkin just enabled on-the-go ordering at this location which makes you feel like royalty! Get off your train and grab your coffee and bagel as you walk right by, no stopping! I have felt things being a bit disorganized at times but with the number of things going on, the small space for working and the number of people helping, it makes sense. All in all, I highly recommend it and find the times I have to ask for the rest of my order totally worth it (and a place grace is well-deserved!)“

“Like most Dunkies you know what your getting, quick service and low prices. This place is tucked away at the back of the food court and there's little on the outside of the building to tell what's in here so walked pasted it at first. There's a reasonable amount of seating inside. The only drawback was that is it was up some steps to get to the counter and although they do have a disabled elevator to take you up this was partly blocked by a table & chair's so if you was in a wheelchair your probably going to have a problem getting passed.“

The cashier was a trainee and she had a little issue with placing my order but she didn't make it awkward, she kept a smile on her face which I liked. “I recently moved to the area. And I must say I’ve never seen a more even tempered group at any Dublin donuts that I’ve been to. Always respectful and always with a smile on their faces. “In my time at Northeastern, this was the Dunkin I'd frequent most. They're generally pretty quick, but people have a tendency to block the pick up window/area which gets everything congested. Avoid coming here at the Northeastern class transition times. If you see a long line, mobile order - it will be faster.“

“We were in there yesterday morning, a Thursday and the young woman with the headscarf was so incredibly sweet. She went out of her way to be so kind to my kids and she was probably the friendliest food service worker I've ever come across. It's hard to find good, kind people but she is it. “We decided to grab ourselves some breakfast at Dunkin’ Donuts whilst visiting the Prudential Building Skywalk. Situated vertically at the bottom of the Skywalk, this chain had a good choice of breakfast items and is also cheaper than McDonald’s. We had a couple of Sausage and Egg Croissants with Coffees and was really nice. The coffee wasn’t as good as I thought it would be but did the job. The restaurant was clean and had a few tables to sit at. It was mostly office workers that use here so quite busy. All in all, a great experience.“

“I really like this Dunkin because the line was very short, the employees were efficient, the green goddess wrap tasted good and the price was much lower than anything else I could find in the airport. If you don't want to spend at least $14-$15 on a smaller lunch, grab something to eat and spend much less at this Dunkin location in terminal C.“

“As people said no restrooms. It is designed for a quick grab and go.

Having said that the service here is awesome. As of the date of this review, the two, middle Eastern guys here are very kind and love what they do and that vibe is contagious. So great service.“
