“Possibly the best food I’ve ever had in the DMV meets incredible service. They didn’t have the dessert we wanted, so they comped us the one we chose instead. Also, as someone who is sensitive to gluten, dairy, corn, and peanuts, eating out is often extremely tricky and limited, but I was able to choose from maybe 70% of their menu, which is super impressive. Great spot if you have dietary restrictions and want a lot of options.Just a note, you definitely want a reservation. This place is busy for a reason!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-, dairy-, and nut-containing options are clearly labeled. Ask about other restrictions if you have them.“
“The ambiance and food was immaculate! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made appropriate food recommendations for our party. I enjoyed the Shrimp Thermidor as a starter and Cumin Lamb as my entree. They were both delectable, I can't say one was better than the other. I'm ready to go back!“
“This place was great. The service was good, the food came out fast and was really good. The only thing was that the noodles got soggy really fast. The banh mi was good. It was big and filled pretty well too. Overall a very good pho place and will probably come again sometime.“
“On our way home from visiting Wash DC, we stopped at this place for dinner. It was conveniently located right off the BW Parkway (I-295), in Bladensburg. The restaurant is located at an intersection, in a small old building. It looked like a converted gas station. The parking lot is very small, maybe 10-12 spaces. Inside, the dinning room is also small with limited seating. People that came in after us had to wait for a table. The menu is very simple. The only appetizer was cha gio or egg roll. The entrees included pho, bun Bo hue, and 2 rice dishes (chicken or pork chop). The pho came in 3 sizes: children, small, and large. I got a large #5 pho tai nam. Both my wife and daughter got the bun Bo hue. The food came out hot after a short 5 minute wait. Both noodle soups came with a good amount of noodles and meat. Both broths were flavorful and authentic tasting. My wife was impressed with their bun Bo hue, noting that it was better than her own homemade version ( which I never heard her say before). We left this place happy and full.“
“My boyfriend and I love this place!! We were in DC for my spring break and we came to eat here almost every single day for lunch. The food is so good and everyone there was so nice :) we highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area!!“
“Honest, clean, delicious. That's how i'd describe this Pho place. The pho broth is very crisp yet rich. But on top of the excellent food, I was very impressed by the attention to detail by our server and the overall honesty of the restaurant. The tip is calculated pre-tax (one of my pet peeves is restaurants calculating tip post tax). Will definitely visit again in the future!“
“PhoWheels, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. PhoWheels has consistently amazing food, the friendliest staff in the world, and a totally unique fusion concept. I've had the pork belly tacos twice, the bo-khirria banh mi, and I just barely managed to make myself not order the pork belly tacos a third time so that I could try the oxtail pho tacos. Their pho was absolutely delicious - I liked it even more than the bo kho - and there was such a generous amount of oxtail in the tacos that I scooped part of it directly into the pho and just ate both dishes that way. Their meat is always so tender and well-seasoned. Their roti is perfect - so buttery and soft and flaky. It's worth every penny, and I'm always trying to convince people to try it. You won't regret it! Fair warning that the seating is all outdoors, so plan to get the food to go when the weather isn't nice, but it's a really convenient location right by the metro with plenty of parking around, so it's easy to get to, and the food travels well in my opinion. Eventually I'll manage to try everything on the menu, or maybe just order the pork belly tacos 14 more times.“
“Great pho! Probably the best in the area. But, if you're expecting nice, courteous staff members, you won't find it here. Not to say they're mean, though. Their single purpose is to seat, serve, and separate you from the building to make room for the next people. Still, if you can look past the lack of friendliness, it's great pho!Parking: dd“
“Little Saigon in Falls Church near Eden Center is a gem. Upon entering, the cleanliness and charm of the venue, adorned with captivating photos of Saigon in the 60s, immediately stand out. The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, and it's evident that this is a family restaurant. The chicken pho is a standout, ranking among the best in the area, and complemented perfectly by the refreshing freshly squeezed lemonade.“
“Discovered this gem while searching for pho, and I'm amazed I hadn't noticed it before. The pho was fresh and flavorful, especially enjoyed the veggie option. The ambiance was relaxed, with enjoyable background music. It's clearly popular, as several guests arrived shortly after me. While I didn't have a drink, it appears they offer a selection of beer and wine only. The spacious layout makes it ideal for groups.“
“Hien was so welcoming and funny! We had amazing food in a relaxed atmosphere at an amazing price. I highly recommend the Vietnamese food options! We will definitely visit next time we are in DC.Kid-friendliness: We had four children with us and they accommodated their pickier palates without missing a beat.“
“Funny enough, this place was mentioned in a Reddit thread for hidden gems in DC. The food was highly praised, and the original poster gave a special shout out to the website (I highly recommend checking it out; it’s seriously a delight). This was enough for me to check it out for myself, and it was absolutely fantastic. Super reasonable prices, the girl who made my food was so sweet, and everything I had was delicious. I got a pork belly bahn mi and chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce.Solid food, solid experience ?“
“This used to be my weekly Sunday pho spot back when I lived in MD. Even though I now live in DC, I still come back for their cold cut sandwiches and lemonade. The banh mi number 1 is delicious. Their pho and bo kho are also tasty. Service is always friendly and fast.“
“My boyfriend and I have become regulars at Pho 72! All the dishes we've tried have been consistently very good (the pho broth is amazing — I usually get the Pho Tai Chin Nam) and the family that runs it are friendly and attentive. This is a yummy, reasonably priced, low-key place to grab dinner in Columbia Heights. Highly recommend!“
“Came to check out this spot for the Hong Kong waffle. Unfortunately they don't serve it anymore. ( they should remove it from their website). So we try the pho and the rice dish instead. U gotta order first then take your seat. Menu pretty simple. Phô , rice or noodle dish or bánh mì. Everything was fresh. They charge 50 cent for to go container.“
“Today I was in this place, and my first impression when I saw the beef soup I ordered was that it was very good, abundant and light, we also ordered some wings with the sauces on the side, and the frying of the wings was on point, crispy and juicy inside, it has been a very good experience, pleasant music and very good service. We hope to return soon.“
“I don't come to bars often. This place may be changing that. We were part of a large group. Tons of orders for drinks and goods being placed. The staff was very professional and fast. I'm not sure how they got everything right. The fried Rice with shrimp eggs and corn was delicious. Too many places over cook fried rice. Not an issue here. Run of the mill beers like Corona , Stella and Heineken are quite affordable as well.“
“Everything was flawless. The food was topnotch. The atmosphere was incredible. The service was second to none. The prices were incredibly reasonable. The crispy mushroom pancakes aren't a lot of food for the money compared to other dishes which give you basically two meals but the taste is worth every penny.“
“I drive over 45 mins to pick my Pho up from this place. Hands down the best in the DMV. Been going here for over a decade, and my husband's family who put me onto them have been going here longer. I have 5 pho places within 10 miles of my home and still will choose this one everytime.“
“Great food! We love coming here for lunch, the pho and vermicelli meat dishes are delicious the best in DC and you can’t beat the service. Everyone who works there is so kind and always has a smile. Definitely will be back, it is one of our favorite spots!“
“We ordered the beef meatball pho and pork chop with rice. Pho was not bad. It wasn't too strong on the msg but also wasn't too clear. Rice dish wasn't too salty and pretty balanced. Food quality was ok. Price was also ok for the portions that they gave us. Overall, not bad experience 4/5“
“after grabbing my fav coffee at Little Hat Coffee down the street (inside Streets Market) i stopped by for lunch! phonatics pleasantly surprised me! the pho broth was rich and truly delicious. the portions were generous, and i found myself unable to finish my meal. their summer rolls were a great size, four huge half-rolls. the place offers a decent amount of seating, and the staff is really nice and attentive just a heads-up: payments are made at the counter!“
“Tai was great and provided wonderful service. The spring rolls and vegetarian rolls were amazing along with the garlic fried spare ribs. Spicy beef noodle soup had my wife who hates fishy broths but the base for her soup was perfectly flavored. The prices were really good and we feed a family of 4 with 4 drinks and 1 cocktail for about $40pp.Oh I forgot I had the Pad Thai which was saucy and had a nice meat to noodle ratio.“
“I enjoyed their seafood noodle. It's stir fry style with thin noodles. Ingredients were fresh and sauce was so good. I liked how they didnt make the dish salty as the most of restaurants often do. A good amount of large calamri, scallops, and shrimps were in the dish. I will definitely order this noodle again. I will go back for seafood fried rice next time. Also, they had a nice Vietnamese iced coffee. It was strong and sweet with cream as it should be. I liked it very much.“
“The food is great! If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine this is the place to go. The restaurant itself has a relaxing atmosphere. The lady owning the place is extremely nice, she even gave us a tour of the kitchen since it wasn’t busy. I can’t praise it enough.“
“Excellent and friendly customer service with delicous fresh pho. I stumbled upon this little place randomly as I like to explore little side streets. Their location is near the Wheaton Metro. A very cold day arrived and I didn't want to cook so enter Pho cravings. They did not disappoint and were extremely willing to accomodate me as I literally came in about 5 minutes before closing. Brought the pho home and it was delicious. I followed the recommendations of other reviews and ordered: Saigonese Golden Crepe - Banh Xeo Hue Spicy Lemon Grass Beef Soup - Bun Bo Hue Fried Imperial Rolls Pho Tái*, Gầu . slices of eye-of-round steak and fat brisket Everything was delicious (especially the crepe...though it is big). Will definitely be back to try the Bahn Mi and other non-Pho items.“
“We come here once a week sometimes twice. Pho, spring rolls, com tam suong trung are our personal favorites. Very consistent in the portions and friendly environment. Everything is pretty simple and I often see people come here to eat alone (which says a lot about this place.) Truly a place for you to just enjoy a bowl of coziness without feeling weird. Parking is plentiful so no need to feel anxious as well! 5/5 stars!!!!“
“Solid bowl of pho! Broth is tasty and the meat is very tender. Our food came out very quickly and we ate it just as fast! The coconut bubble tea smoothie was actually quite nice. The only downside is they do not have chili oil. You only get hoisin sauce and sriracha to sauce up the bowl.“
“Went here for casual lunch with coworkers and had not been before (but a coworker had been here before) and was super happy with what we got. I got the garlic rice veggie bowl with peanut sauce. I liked the crispy tofu, garicky rice, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. My only regret was not getting the crispy spring rolls. I really enjoyed the large portion size for price and if you cannot finish you can get lids that they have to go.Lunch is really busy and it’s chaotic but it was fast given the lunch rush and it’s super casual. I am looking forward to going back!Vegetarian options: Has veggie options“
“Hands down the best Pho Ga I've had in the area. Their beef based Pho is very good, but others do it better. Also, currently the best iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk I've ever had, but note that I don't like coffee normally. Fast service, cheap, hot steamy deliciousness. The ambiance and atmosphere are mainly for speed and efficiency, but who cares! If you have a small party, expect to share a table with another small group when crowded. I always feel better after a bowl of theirs.“
“The venue offers an incredibly fair price for its stunning ambiance and outstanding food and service. The cuisine is both authentic and creatively enhanced, boasting a delightful balance of healthiness and flavor. The combination of ambient lighting and uplifting music creates a joyful atmosphere. Every dish has a vegan alternative, and remarkably, the taste remains uncompromised; I can scarcely discern the difference from non-vegan options.“
