“At noon from Monday through Friday I go to La Casa Deli and order my meal. "Cuatro wet birria quesotacos & café" is what I tell the server after I sit down, preferably next to the fire. The tacos come with limes, serrano salsa & the birria soup. Once I saturate my quesotacos in lime juice, I dip them in the house made serrano salsa. Before too long there are no tacos on my plate, which is now covered in orange grease, along with my face and my right hand. The birria soup has a little beef at the bottom, before it too joins the fresh cut vegetables and peppers. I had the Chicken Sammy ($10), Kim had an Arby's style 3 Way Beef & Cheese sando ($17), and we split the Curly Fries ($6). I also ordered two of the non happy hour burgers to go ($8/each). I really liked my sandwich a lot, chicken was perfectly crispy, the slaw was savory and sweet, Polynesian vibes. I would absolutely get it again! Kim liked her sandwich but she said the sauce was too much and soaked the bottom of the bun, the curly fries were fine. I had a dragon tattoo cocktail, serenity pineapple rum cocktail, and a frozen rum & cherry coke slushy. Drinks were boozy but pricey! Loved the menu showing the drinks very cute and visibly pleasing.
