“I had an amazing experience at Chex Grill & Wings in Mount Holly! The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned wings with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The fries were crispy, and the portions were generous. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was just right. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. “We had an awesome experience at Chex Grill & Wings after visiting Beat The Bomb for my daughter’s birthday celebration! I had a group of five 10-year-olds (plus a few others), and the staff was incredibly patient as the kids figured out what they wanted to order. They even let us sample the chicken wings before choosing—huge win! The wings were delicious—especially the Strawberry Hot flavor, which is now officially my favorite! While we were enjoying our food, a man came in and sat down nearby—we thought he was just another customer, but it turns out he was the owner! He was so kind and invited my daughter (the birthday girl) and her friend to take on the 60-second wing challenge for a chance to win $50. My daughter won, and when the owner asked if she wanted to give her $50 to her friend, she said yes—and then he surprised her by giving her $100! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the staff sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and brought her a slice of cake. 🥹❤️ The avocado side salad was also super fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Highly recommend—this place made our celebration so special!“

This hidden gem is tucked away on Pineville Matthews road and is the perfect spot for everyone. Indoor/Outdoor seating available. “The owner went above and beyond. I had a large order and couldn't decide on what flavors. he brought out his recommendation and that's what I picked and it was very good and he also gave me fries and a lemonade that was really good. if I was so far away in Florida I would be going every weekend to eat. I would 💯 definitely recommend this place“

“Absolutely delicious Thanksgiving dinner we ordered! Staff helped me load to my car and it was ready when I arrived. The Turkey was smoked and my whole family loved it. The sides were very delicious as well, a lot better than what you get at the grocery store. I loved the sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce the best. Tastes homemade and absolutely amazing!! “This is my favorite Hickory Tavern. I've known the host, Gary for several years and he never fails to put a smile on my face with his upbeat personality. “We stopped by while we were at the Mistletoe Market tonight and are so glad we did. The fish combo ate down. It was delicious and seasoned/fried to perfection. “We come here every Friday!! It’s our favorite place, and every server is so amazing and friendly! The pizza is always top notch, and our order is always perfect no matter how detailed. “Lifelong Fan Moment Unlocked (With a Side of Goonies-Level Loyalty) I’ve been a Godfather’s Pizza fan since I was a kid growing up in the Midwest, this place is part of my DNA. The pizza is still top-tier. The vibe is always welcoming. And today was the perfect reminder of why I’ve stayed loyal all these years. Three weeks ago, I ordered online, picked up my pizza, and forgot the Coke I bought at the counter. Totally my fault. I took the loss and moved on. Today, I came in again, picked up my order, and as I was walking out, the cashier (Hazel) called out, “Don’t forget your Coke!” I froze. I hadn’t said a word about the last time. I asked if there was a note in the system, and they just smiled, tapped their temple, and said they remembered. THREE. WEEKS. LATER. It might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot. That moment of kindness, memory, and personal touch is exactly why Godfather’s stands out. To the team at Godfather’s: please make sure this gets to Hazel’s manager. That cashier is a legend, basically the Data of the crew. Goonies never say die, and apparently, Godfather’s never forgets a face.“
