“Tried Chex Grill in Indian Trail today and let me just say… the food was SLAPPIN 😮‍🔥 But the real star? Rashad. Absolute top-tier human. There was a tiny “delay” with my jerk chicken sub because they were literally making the sauce fresh (which honestly just tells me everything I need to know). I wasn’t even bothered, but Rashad went out of his way to make sure I had food at the same time as my family and surprised me with a chicken, mushroom, and cheese sub (no clue the official name but BABYYYYY… it was BUSSIN). The kindness, the thoughtfulness, the vibes were unmatched. Food was amazing, service was superb, and it’s rare to see someone care that much these days. We’ll 100% be back. “We had an awesome experience at Chex Grill & Wings after visiting Beat The Bomb for my daughter’s birthday celebration! I had a group of five 10-year-olds (plus a few others), and the staff was incredibly patient as the kids figured out what they wanted to order. They even let us sample the chicken wings before choosing—huge win! The wings were delicious—especially the Strawberry Hot flavor, which is now officially my favorite! While we were enjoying our food, a man came in and sat down nearby—we thought he was just another customer, but it turns out he was the owner! He was so kind and invited my daughter (the birthday girl) and her friend to take on the 60-second wing challenge for a chance to win $50. My daughter won, and when the owner asked if she wanted to give her $50 to her friend, she said yes—and then he surprised her by giving her $100! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the staff sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and brought her a slice of cake. 🥹❤️ The avocado side salad was also super fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Highly recommend—this place made our celebration so special!“

“As someone born and raised in Buffalo, I don’t say this lightly…these are some of the best wings I’ve ever had. I’m in Charlotte for work and stumbled upon Buffalo Eatz, and wow. The Buffalo wings were perfectly crispy with that classic, legit sauce flavor that so many places miss. The barbecue wings were just as good…smoky, saucy, and not overly sweet. And the waffle fries with cheese? Absolute comfort food perfection: crispy, seasoned right, and cheese on the side. This place understands wings. I had a large order and couldn't decide on what flavors. he brought out his recommendation and that's what I picked and it was very good and he also gave me fries and a lemonade that was really good. if I was so far away in Florida I would be going every weekend to eat. “Love this place! The food is great, the portions are large. Their caesar is really good which is always a plus. Mimosa buckets are priced well, along with everything else. The red haired male bartender (I can't remember his name) is awesome! Always very friendly and attentive. Hope he doesn't get carpal tunnel from their giant liquor bottles though :D We've been several times and will continue to go back.“

Honestly, watching him handle an uncomfortable and unfortunate scenario (half the restaurants power was out), and running his crew….could not have been more calm, cool, collected, respected, and professional.
