“Tamasha is nothing short of incredible. A beautifully appointed restaurant that provides first class service and amazing food. This is truly one of Raleigh's finest.”
“This was our first time at Madras. Great food…loved the roasted cauliflower with green goddess dipping sauce. My husband loved the octopus. The outside Wednesday night band was an excellent bonus!!”
“Food is outstanding! Service is wonderful. The owner was very friendly. Beautiful decor & great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning here.”
“We recently went to Brodeto to discover what all of the hype was about. From the minute we walked into the restaurant until the moment we walked out, I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant. i honestly believe it was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food is awesome and the staff was spot on in every aspect. I can only hope that everyone has the same experience that I was able to witness.”

“Simple things done well. So many try, but is truly the hardest thing to achieve. These blokes have it in spades. NY style pizza is a tough nut to crack. I can't comment on the restaurant, but the take out is superb. Well done. 5 stars.”
“It has to be one of my favorite restaurants for brunch in Raleigh.”
“Modernized Mediterranean – A Flavorful Twist to Classic Dishes Restaurant Review: Ajja – Raleigh NC I have been searching high and low in the Raleigh-Durham area for a restaurant that I could truly say has it all, with no reservations. Ajja is the first to fall into this category – from Ambience, Staff, and Culinary Creations – the restaurant has now raised the bar, challenging local restaurants to really push the envelope. Over the past 20 years, I have traveled to more than 68 countries, 33 states, and six continents. Often, the restaurants that truly rank higher are those you least expect. Restaurants that are set in more "local" areas, peculiar places, or just not in the typical outside setting that you would think when thinking of 5-star or Michelin-level culinary experiences. Ajja is nestled in the heart of the Five Points residential area, across the street from old-style craftsman homes. Walking up to the restaurant it presents an inviting local vibe, welcoming friends, family, and couples to come together in an environment where you feel free to talk, laugh, and enjoy the company you're with. The service was on point. The waitress brought excitement, personality, positive energy, and knowledge that allowed us to enjoy the overall experience with our family truly. We started with some of their curated cocktails, followed by a series of amazing dishes, including the Trout Dip, Ajja Mezze Platter, Sweet Potato & Peanut Masabacha, Charred Cabbage and Broccoli, BBQ'd Short Ribs, and the Whole Fried Trout. Rather than going dish by dish – my broad overview is that Ajja has taken some classic foods and really pushed the envelope with flavors and ingredients that create a culinary journey in your mouth that goes beyond amazing. There wasn’t a single dish that disappointed, even when combining flavors that you wouldn’t necessarily think would work well together. If you're looking for a culinary experience that truly makes the evening unforgettable, you must try Ajja in Raleigh!”

“We have Found a hidden jewel, the service was phenomenal moments that you walk in through the door greetings, smile in kindness. The place will fool you until you start ordering the food Awesome fresh nice and Great taste i recommend you come here”
“NC State themed bar. Came in to watch the play-in for the NCAA tournament with a friend and the place was lively. Had the game on about every large TV with good audio. Food was excellent, specifically the wing flavors (lemon pepper and Sammy sauce) that our server recommended to us. Our server Maddie was very diligent with keeping our pints full and loved talking about the game with us. The manager also came by to ask how everything was going and switched tv channels. Can't wait to come back for football season.”
“I'll give five stars to anyone who has to deal with 911 calls about "pink" BBQ and complaints about a thin blue line flag in the window. I'll be sure to stop in if I'm ever in Raleigh.”
“Great food and overall dining experience. The Mac & cheese to share is out of this world.”
“dropped in at the Cary, fenton nc location.Such great staff! Great drinks, atmosphere, and creative menu. we loved stopping by.”
“Best Greek food we have had since we got back from Greece! The service was extremely fast and the waitress we had was very attentive. She noticed it was my toddlers birthday and gave us a dessert on the house. Fast service matters when out with two small kids so we appreciated how quick she was!”

“I first tried Dampf BBQ many years ago when they were still out at the fairgrounds, and I can honestly say it has remained the best and most consistent barbecue I’ve had both in this state and across the country. I’ve traveled extensively during my military career, which has given me the chance to try some truly great barbecue spots nationwide. Even with all that experience, Dampf BBQ is still my number one. The meat is always incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and cooked with the kind of care you can taste in every bite. Beyond the food, the people here make the experience even better. This is a dedicated, family-owned, local business that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’ve seen comments about wait times and pricing, but in my opinion, anything truly good is worth waiting for, and anything made with real quality is worth paying for. I drive an hour just to get this barbecue, and I’ve never once been disappointed. It’s consistently excellent, every single time. If you’re on the fence… don’t be. It’s 100% worth the trip. Give it a shot.”

“Christmas Eve dinner 2025. Everything delicious. Counter seating, so entertaining watching the pace and positive attitudes of those working the line. Roasted oysters, agnolotti divine, NC fish perfect. Staff friendly and, well, just a special evening all together. We have only been twice, but were greeted like regulars.”
“Excellent service and food quality! We had cocktails and a light appetizer while waiting for a table. Then once seated, the two of us ordered: three small plates, one large plate, and a dessert all to share. The timing was perfect. Each item came out separately, with an appropriate pause in between. We were not rushed or overwhelmed. Staff was very attentive without ever being anywhere close to overbearing.”

“What an all around amazing night at Second Empire! Our family gathered there to celebrate our son's wedding. The personal service the bride and groom received was way beyond expectations. Everyone made them feel so special! From start to finish, the evening was exceptional. The food was so yummy and there were even options for those in our group, myself included, who were vegan/vegetarian. And it wasn't just a salad. Just ask the server! Ours was well versed in what the chef could prepare for us. The presentation of the food to our party of 13 was also super cool...they brought out all of the entrees at once! Also there is an elevator to help those with mobility issues. Thanks to everyone for helping to make this special day even more special!”

“My wife and I went to Crawford and Son for the first time after our courthouse wedding and they gave us the best night! Great wine list and a perfect dirty martini. I think we could have had 5 bowls of the Carolina Gold Risotto it was so tasty. Our swordfish was cut into heart shapes which was so sweet of them. The GM (Kat) stopped by to ensure we were enjoying our time. Simply great food and expert friendly service. Overall felt very welcomed and would definitely come back. Also check out Jolie next door or Brodeto down the road - all of the Crawford restaurants are excellent and memorable.”

“If I could give y’all a hundred stars I would! We had about 30 people coming together for my birthday. I had been in communication with a different restaurant (Cowfish) for over a month preparing because 30 people at a restaurant is NOT a small feat! They decided to give me a hard time the night of and were not really willing to accommodate us. We decided to find another restaurant. I immediately knew that NO ONE was going to be able to accommodate 30 people on a Saturday Evening but I was wrong! BONEFISH to the rescue! Before we even got across the street the tables were pushed together and prepped with menus water and silverware! Not only that even with a party of our size everything was executed perfectly! The food was delicious, we had a great time, the managers were friendly, and our server was the GREATEST (especially to be new to serving large parties.) I even loved my little art work on my to go box! We love intentionality! Shout out to Rasheive! All in all it was a 10/10 night, with 10/10 people in a 10/10 restaurant! Definitely coming back. ❤️”
“We celebrated my birthday at The Oak last night and had an amazing experience. Our server, John, was fantastic, and the Wright Flight cocktail is a must if you love gin. We loved the bone marrow starter, my husband’s ribeye was incredibly tender, and the confit duck tasted like fall on a plate. The Espresso Martini Affogato and peanut butter pie were perfect desserts. They even sent us home with mini banana breads! The Oak is officially my new favorite spot in Raleigh.”
“Great meal, great service, great atmosphere!Highly recommend”
“Pretty good food. I enjoyed the food and had left over for later. Bathroom was very clean”

“My daughter took me out on Mother's day. It was fabulous. Haven't been feeling well. Had cancer surgery and radiation so appetite has been really off. The whole experience from getting in the door greeting, drinks order ,food, service was awesome. I had the steak and red skin potatoes and just right zucchini and squash. Oh my goodness the squash was cooked just right I asked Nianna if she could insure that vegetables were cooked done but not mushy she insured the cook had done them just like I liked them they were on the money. As I sat and watched, Kia and Nanna were constantly.moving. Made my day Store was clean customer service fabulous and food was delicious. Magnificent experience”
“Sarge's sauce made my shrimp and grits easier and more flavorful than my usual recipe. I simply sauteed chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic, added Sarge's sauce and chicken broth, and then added the sauted shrimp. I plated it by putting it on top of my cooked grits and then topping it with a bit of chopped tomato. Yum!”
“I’ve been living in the area for years but never came here till now. I was just randomly craving a waffle. I was impressed! My waitress was pleasant… light skin, blond hair with pink in it, very pretty. My eggs were freaking amazing! I believe the cook was a thin light skin kinda of Hispanic looking man. The morning of 11/04. All the employees were good looking and well put together. The food came out the fast. I forgot to see how the bathroom looked. I also didn’t realize how much Waffle House raise their prices but unfortunately, I guess that’s to be expected. So sad smh. It used to be very cheap. My food was so yummy tho!! Only thing I didn’t like was there were a couple dirty tables when I walked in and one was a table I wanted to sit at. However, it was busy and crowded and people kept coming. I will be back!”
“Gabe is the fastest and friendliest cook I've met and I've been to tons of waffle houses. He is neat, well-mannered, cleans his station, and makes a great over well. I had 2 of the sweetest morning waitresses. Served me my coffee over ice on these crazy humid summer days, as I requested. I would come back. Hoping to make a 13.75 treat every chance I can. God Bless! -Mr. Jones.”
“The buff guy who works the early morning shift; he’s my guy. I’ve seen him almost every time, he’s always on it, he’s energetic, he’s friendly, and the food’s always right. I’m no McManager, but I’d certainly he’s earned whatever raise he’s in the running for, and if he’s not, he should be! It certainly makes my trip better to know he’ll likely be there.”
“I like the new kiosk ordering system y’all have, it makes life a little easier. But, this location seems to forget when a drink is on the order...almost every time. Also, lately they don’t even bother taking the food to the table anymore and just holler out the number. Which is fine but I thought the table locator was for a reason lol”
“It wasn't too bad it was just that they will hog the sauces and then they never have cookies ready so you have to wait like 5-10 minutes for 2 cookies...
Parking: It's a small parking lot so...you won't find much parking or when you go inside you won't find many sits to sit at”

“Went to St Honore today for the first time and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The drink prices on the menu are incorrect and kind of listed weird. But once I tried my pastry and my latte it was like none of that even mattered. I’ve been to other bakeries (like the one in Durham) in the area with similar fruit desserts, and these were hands down the best ones I’ve had. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back.”
“Transfer Food Hall is THE BEST FOOD SPOT in downtown if you want a laid back location with a variety of options. I had my 30th birthday there and have gone on many date nights. We were so lucky to be welcomed to host a cookie booth as well. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We will be lifelong patrons and I let everyone know how great it is!”
“Absolutely phenomenal! Tonight was our first time trying Torchy's and it will definitely not be the last. Awesome vegetarian options that packed a ton of flavor. Mike and the entire team were so patient with us as we asked questions and had a sincere interest in ensuring that we were happy with everything. thank you all for an outstanding experience.”
“Miso Ramen bar is undeniably delicious, and my son considers it his favorite ramen spot. Situated conveniently near Downtown Raleigh, the restaurant offers ample parking. I recommend arriving a bit early as there may be a short wait (reservations are not accepted), but there is bar seating available. Upon arrival, you can add your name to the waitlist, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is consistently busy, yet always well-maintained with clean facilities. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12 Pork Belly Buns (2) $9 Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.”
“Recently while passing by a store, we decided to venture in and have a treat. The snickerdoodle cookies were absolutely to die for! The gentleman that served us was great. Greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. This is a great place to go for a spontaneous treat.”
“We had an amazing experience late after a play on a Thursday night. The food was fantastic and our waitress (Lydia) was the best ever. We ordered what she recommended and it was scrumptious. The music was uplifting and reminded us of what it is to be alive. Thanks so much Lydia for a wonderful evening.”
“We hadn't been back to Joie since 2021 and really enjoyed our experience again. Molly took care of us and really was fun. The vibe, the food, and the cocktails were all great. The Steak Frites and Onion Soup are standouts, but the whole meal was great. Perfect date night...Tuesday night...or any occasion spot.”
“When in Raleigh, will make sure to make this a regular must visit! 😋”

“We drove all the way from Swansboro, Nc to eat their pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks! No joke! We take a mini trip just to eat their delicious foods! Highly recommend! Everyone is so kind! My son even loves playing the piano as we exit the building! We are already looking forward to be returning in the near future! The cheese pull on the mozz sticks is crazy! Thank you again!!!”
“We recently were there for our 53rd Anniversary dinner. We had fabulous food and our waiter PJ was awesome. So when our niece's birthday needed a celebratory lunch, hands down we all voted for Seasons 52. As luck would have it, PJ was our waiter, and he did not disappoint. So attentive. And everyone's meal was fantastic!”
“The burger and beer was good but the service and customer care is amazing. The manager can by several times to ensure we were enjoying our food and our experience. The caring staff really made all the difference. Pretty cool view of the city too. Oh, and try the cheesecake!”

“Food was great, but the service was superb!! I cant recall the lady name that we had but she was a blonde and had our table. Every time she came to our table she had a bright smile and was very engaged!! My husband took me out to celebrate my birthday and she even went into detail and noticed I had on all pink and brought out my cake with pink candles, me and her ended having the same favorite color of pink! We will definitely be back and requesting her !”

“Moti and Rupak (sp?) were both helpful and cordial during a stressful situation where their power went out during dinner rush. Not only were they communicative with me while I was trying to pick up an online order, I witnessed how gracefully they managed the rest of the dining room with absolutely no power. They have customers for life with me and my family.”
“The ice creams here are absolutely delicious! We tried several flavors, and the strawberry and tuffy toffee were my favorites. There’s a wide variety to choose from, and you can even customize your own sundaes. The outdoor scenery is beautiful, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in Raleigh!”
“First time ever going and it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Staff is super friendly and quick, food was absolutely divine, delicious isn’t a worthy word to describe the food. Definitely will be back for more!!!”
“I enjoyed my dinner it was delicious I also liked the train bringing our queso”
“Made us something not on the menu and it was on the house! Waitstaff was very friendly :)”
“Nothing beats a passionate chef. Tonight was my first experience, and it's only the beginning! The staff was amazing and did not make me feel rushed. 5-star plus. I've never been to a restaurant where all the mussels were open and full of flavor until Northside Bistro. It was impressive and absolutely delicious, and they also serve some of the best cocktails I've ever had!”

“Sunday brunch was delicious. Mala Pata is a fantastic dining experience all around! The food is absolutely delicious—we tried their bunuelos and pork carnitas and grits dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and has a great vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your time.
What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend Mala Pata if you’re looking for a memorable meal with great food, ambiance, and service!”

“I was running 30 mins late for my reservation, called in, no problem to postpone. The staff were amazing, so friendly and were very helpful with menu choices. The food was unbelievable! My only regret was that I couldn’t eat anymore! Just make a reservation well ahead of time to be seated at a table, otherwise sitting at the bar is the next option. We ordered the Risotto and the crab cakes! Both delicious and ended sharing a slice of cheesecake! 5 stars plus to this incredible vegan restaurant.”
“We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this place came highly recommended. The food was seasoned well and delicious. The drink the new fashioned was top notch. The server was forgetful but kind. We had to wait about 30-45 minutes for a table on a Friday night.”
“Came in for dinner and had some of the friendliest servers, they made sure all my needs were met and were always nearby if I needed to ask any questions. I personally ordered the Ribeye plate and a Gyoza entree, and I have to say that was the BEST Ribeye I've ever had. Hannah was my server and she was super sweet and made an amazing cocktail, definitely will have to return next time I'm in town.”
“Excellent patio set up. Well stocked bar with tasty cocktails. Swanky decor. Creative menu. Professional staff. Very nice wine list with higher end options.”

“Absolutely amazing. Staff was awesome. Food was great and the whiskey/burbon selection was phenomenal. Wish I lived in Raleigh but will make due with stopping when when in town.”
“We got there at 9:50. Ordered drinks and asked for menus. We then ordered our food. They came back a few minutes after we ordered and told us the kitchen was closed and then charged us for a lemonade.
That said, I came back again and it was some of the best bar food I’ve had. Also, the staff was really nice.”
“Quick friendly service… And an amazing menu to choose from… I had the tomato, pimento cheese pie and the deviled eggs, and they were both absolutely fantastic… I highly recommend!”
“A hidden gem! My friend and I wanted a pick me up after some thrifting and this felt like the only place open. Down a gravel road, this tucked away coffee shop has hot, decaf, and nitro- with tea selections as well(non-dairy creamer was available). We hung out in the cozy seating area and checked out the local goods. Will definitely be back!”
“Amazing food and great service!! All that is needed is an ocean view. Best empanada, moist and flavorful. Great presentation and plentiful portions. Highly recommend”
“Farm to Table Italian cuisine with Southern Twist, with the perfect combination of ingredients and Flavors I had the opportunity to dine at Figulina in Raleigh, NC, which offers freshly made pasta with strong Italian influences, bringing in new flavors, ingredients, and spices. The overall restaurant created an atmosphere that catered to a variety of patrons, including couples/dates, families, business colleagues, and small to large groups, with an equally spacious outside patio. The service was also a step above the rest, with curated descriptions of all the cuisines and attention to detail. They surely made the night one to remember and a reason to come back. Having traveled the globe to over 69 countries, including spending an extensive period in Italy, what really impressed me was how they took very Italian-inspired dishes but made them more elaborate and exciting for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. We started with some appetizers and small plates, which included #1 Stuffed dates with Gorgonzola Dolce, Medjool dates, hazelnuts, hot honey, #2 Whipped ricotta with roasted muscadine, prosciutto, pickled celery, farro piccolo, and verjus, and #3 House Focaccia. The Stuff Dates was a combination of the deep sweetness of the dates, soft creaminess, and flavor from the gorgonzola, complemented by the crunchy hazelnut, and the sweetness of the honey, which produced an amazing one-bite, flavorful experience. The Whipped Ricotta goes beyond sophisticated with its rich ricotta at the bottom, farro for texture and traction, roasted muscadines that burst like little pockets of jam, and prosciutto bits for a slight salty-sweet flavor, leaving you with the desire for more. Finally, the focaccia wasn't really groundbreaking. In fact, I have had much better focaccia in other places – it wasn't exactly worth eating as it just fills up your stomach unnecessarily. We followed up with 3 entrees: #1 Rigatoni with red wine–braised eggplant, capers, oyster mushroom, and bottarga crumb, #2 Triangoli with braised guinea hen, sweet pepper tagine, charred okra, goat lady chèvre, preserved lemon, toasted pistachio, and #3 Mafaldine alla carbonara with guanciale and pecorino romano. The Rigatoni was an intricate pasta dish with a red wine braise that softened the eggplant to a silky, confit consistency, featuring subtle tannic complexity, capers that brought flashes of saltiness, and oyster mushrooms that introduced a satiny, woody texture that played off the eggplant. The bottarga crumb is the coup de grâce: sea salt salinity and sandy crunch that sticks to rigatoni ridges, salting each bite. The Triangoli was an excellent blend of Mediterranean and North African flavors, with the triangoli laminated and cooked just past al dente to accommodate the tangy chèvre's tanginess and creaminess inside. The guinea hen provides a juicy, savory, and spiced flavor profile, while the sweet pepper tagine adds warmth and sweetness. The charred okra brings smokiness and a faint grassy note, and the accompaniment of preserved lemon provides the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and citrus. There was a minor execution issue with the dish. It was too spicy. Unfortunately, when using fresh ingredients from local farms, there are always challenges in what you will receive. They believe that the peppers may have added too much spice to the dish, which made it a little overpowering. While the Mafaldine alla carbonara was a perfected classic, with the silkiness of the fresh pasta, the emulsion of the egg, and the pecorino romano, it also brought a feeling of refreshment with each rich bite. I found the dish to be a little lackluster in terms of complexity. I feel that this dish could have added dimension to make it more interesting with some different garnishes or added flavor elements, such as caramelized onions, wild mushrooms, peas, or even more impactful pancetta, which could elevate this dish to the next level. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone without reservations. The way this restaurant ad”
“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Margaux’s in Raleigh dazzled me! The outdoor seating set the perfect vibe, and my waiter Bill was phenomenal—attentive, engaging, and professional, just like the whole staff. Every plate was art, every bite divine, and that key lime pie? Pure transcendence. Effervescent culinary journey with next-level flavors—Perfect kickoff to my Labor Day weekend. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat!”
“Nothing beats the comfort and quality of Bella Monica food! I first dined here in college when I was looking for some eggplant parmesan - since that day 20 years later it’s still my favorite Italian restaurant in Raleigh! Btw their eggplant parmesan uses in house ROASTED eggplant not fried and I cannot explain how delicious it is. I’ve likely tried everything on the menu by this point and not once have I been disappointed.”
“Anthony’s LaPiazza Prime was amazing! The food was authentic and full of flavor, the drinks and wine were excellent, and the service was top-notch. We had a wonderful family dinner and can’t wait to come back!”
“Absolutely wonderful experience and big thanks to the owner Mr. Jessie for being so humble and creating a beautiful restaurant. Would recommend to anyone on the planet who thinks good service is important.”
“The service was excellent. Our server was very patient. We went to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday and she and the kids took a minute to choose their boba teas. He did not rush us and was very kind. Our orders came out quickly and everything was correct. The ramen and gyozu were delicious.”
“Food is beyond amazing and service is surprisingly quick even on a busy night (we went on Valentines Day). Do make sure you go on the wait-list online if you're going after 4pm or on weekends. Parking is convenient having the parking garage attached to the restaurant, which is free up to 3 hours on all levels after 5pm or on weekends, no need to maneuver around traffic on the town center roads and you can hop right back on 440 or Six Forks.”
“Great atmosphere, great food, great staff, and even great prices!! Check them out for your next date night!”
“Today was my first time trying True Food Kitchen and it was sooo good. The food is fresh and flavorful. Honestly, the best part was the service. Victoria was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.”
“Stopped there for lunch today and had the Italian beef sandwich. It was super fresh and tasted amazing. One of the best Italian beef’s I have ever had. 10/10 will be back on my next trip to Raleigh”
“Staff is prompt, kind, friendly, and barely noticed. The food and drinks are great tasting and at a pretty good price too! Portion sizes are pretty well fitting for the price, especially in Raleigh.
The only thing I wish they could do would be to repair the heating lamps on the second floor outside for better comfort in the cooler months, but they still have a couple working so it's manageable on slower nights.”
“What a great addition to N Raleigh. Possibly the best Indian food in Raleigh. Beautiful presentation, aromatic food, tasty and delicious. Great cocktails and wonderful service. A beautiful restaurant”
“Sullivan's was a great choice for a business dinner I attended recently. Outstanding service.”
“Super cute spot inside & patio area. Food & drinks were so good! The sandwiches were so flavorful, unique, & delicious! Great customer service too! Definitely will be back soon!”
“OMG….this place was delicious!! So glad we found it on a random mommy/daughter get away!
Nick our server was perfection, always on time and made excellent recommendations!
The grilled cheese was a 10, followed by the bruschetta, and the mozzarella caprese panini.
I would most definitely return!”
“Wow. Tyler was hands down the BEST server I’ve ever had. Hilarious, and despite a huge rush from the Canes game, we felt as attended to as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. Place is lovely, Oak Smash was great. I cannot stress how much I enjoyed Tyler’s service at Oak. I hope a manager sees this and commends him”
“Ventured out from our normal sushi mainstay to try something new, based on something we saw on Instagram. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. Upon arrival, there was a buzz and you got the sense this was anymore traditional restaurant versus those that position themselves as trendy. There was an electricity in the air and the sound of a bell being rung whenever someone leaves a tip at the bar. We ordered the omakase. The chef personally came out to speak with us, explaining the courses, and asking about allergies. Then our journey began. We had six courses of 16 nigiri and 5 rolls the chef created for the evening. Every piece was a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds. You knew it was fresh just by sight, but it all came together when you slid them in your pinhole. All in all, this was an excellent first impression. I will return and explore the menu. My only negative is very personal, because I'm a lazy driver and would prefer a closer location. Cheers!”
“Oak is an excellent high end experience. It's not cheap but it's not overpriced. Every dish is prepared expertly and tastes amazing. The *only* downside is they have a rotating menu and so something you have one day might be replaced the next. The replacement will definitely be excellent but it may not be as much to your liking as the previous item.”
“We are regular customers of Flame Kabob and they have amazing food and service. If you are looking for delicious authentic Persian food, please visit them!”
“You half to try this restaurant when you’re in Raleigh the food was so good you must save room for the yummy desserts! Our sever Summer was the best will be back!!”
“We have eaten at The Mill in Old Raleigh a couple of times and have never been disappointed. The daily fish specials are amazing - well balanced flavors and unique ingredients w a lovely presentation. My wife had the steak frites most recently and loved it!! The wait staff is very attentive, Madison was terrific! The entire evening was a pleasure from the starters through dessert. Do not hesitate to give The Mill a try. You will not be disappointed.”
“Wow! This was amazing! I’ve been chasing a quiche as good as one I had in Colmar, France years ago and this was it!!! I will dream of this quiche. Cannot recommend enough! Also had the best iced tea I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My husband got the French Toast and said it was amazing as well! The service was great, the restaurant was a great atmosphere and the accommodation for children was nice! We will be back many times!”
“Absolutely amazing service was great and the atmosphere was amazing”
“Incredible food: can't decide if the pierogis and sides are the best or the desserts. Such a relaxing and fun atmosphere: you are able to mingle with friends while enjoying your meal at your own pace. Highly recommend for the menu selections (which are creative and delicious - try the smoked trout, mushroom and cheese pierogis, cheese spaetzle, peanut butter and banana pudding...!!) and atmosphere.”

“I've eaten there twice this week. After my pickup order on Tuesday (I thought it a little pricey), it tasted so good that I decided to eat in today (Friday). Same results! Only this time I got to interact with the servers... they were GREAT! Cordial, helpful, seemingly went out of their way and the Manager was absolutely almost perfect!! If it wasn't so pricey, I would visit more often! However, I guess thats why it tastes so good.”
“Best fried rice for the price in Wake County. Hunan Beef is excellent! This is good, average priced Chinese food cooked by a man who knows what he's doing. Don't expect a bunch of bells&whistles, this is food for hungry, working people who need quick food or take-out.”
“As always, everything that I have gotten at Aladdins has been fresh and deliscious. They have always had the best iced tea until a few evenings ago. Pick up a togo order and 2 teas. The tea had an very off taste to it like it was old tea. While I have had that in may restaurants, mostly fast food places, not once has it happened at Aladdins. Always the best.”
“The Flavor District is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and a vibrant atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a lively energy and an incredible variety of delicious options that make it truly a five-star experience. This was our first time going and we were completely blown away. But the real star of the show was the stuffed turkey leg—it was so good it felt like Thanksgiving came early! Each dish is a masterpiece, and the hardest part is choosing what to eat! Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere is simply electric. It's the perfect spot for a casual lunch, a fun night out with friends, or even a date. The staff is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer a recommendation or share details about the dishes. The Flavor District is more than just a food hall; it's a true destination for food lovers. I can't recommend it highly enough. You won't be disappointed!”
“On Wednesday, March 4, 2026; my wife, granddaughter and I stopped at City Barbeque at 4122 Lake Boone Trial Raleigh, NC for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and polite. The manager checked on us several times to make sure how our meal was and if we needed anything else. The restaurant itself was very clean. We certainly will be going back and taking our family and telling our friends how good it was.”
