“Yesterday was the best experience because a worker named Jamal, and a worker name Cameron, they were on it. It was just two of them and they was being quick about it. They also gave me good service and made my sandwich with care. I will definitely come back to jersey mikes, yesterday made my day. They was also being an efficient way, I could tell they was busy they had customers, and multiple online or doordash orders by the slicer. One more thing I would like to add is that the slicer, not even the slicer the whole environment is cleaned and well organized. Keep up the good work“

“Just left this Jersey Mike's after ordering a gluten free #7. First of all, top notch service. The two guys up front are really nice and very attentive. They cleaned before making my sandwich ( I have celiac). And I gotta say sometimes it's a hit or miss going to Jersey Mike's with the gluten-free bread. It'll sometimes be a little dry and hard, but this time the bread is very fresh and really good. Also want to mention how clean it was in this Jersey Mike's. Great location!“

“We go to this location often and always have great service. Tonight was exceptionally great! We were cutting it close to closing time so I called the store to make sure it was ok to order. To my surprise, Cam answered immediately and was so warm, friendly, and accommodating on the phone. I placed the order online and when I got there Cam was packing up my order with the same friendliness and energy as if it was first thing in the morning and not minutes before closing. 10/10 service and absolutely secured the position of favorite JJ location in Charlotte. Cam, you’re the best!“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). “Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.“

“My experience at McAlister’s was hectic at first. I went on the day they offered free sandwiches with a drink purchase for T-Mobile customers, and it was definitely chaotic. My order wasn’t ready at the time stated, and the store seemed short-staffed, so I decided to just leave instead of causing a problem. The next day, I called and spoke with the manager, Chrissy (I believe that was her name), and she was so kind and understanding. She immediately made things right and compensated my meal without hesitation. Her professionalism completely turned the situation around. Great customer service and very much appreciated!“
