“Yesterday was the best experience because a worker named Jamal, and a worker name Cameron, they were on it. It was just two of them and they was being quick about it. They also gave me good service and made my sandwich with care. I will definitely come back to jersey mikes, yesterday made my day. They was also being an efficient way, I could tell they was busy they had customers, and multiple online or doordash orders by the slicer. One more thing I would like to add is that the slicer, not even the slicer the whole environment is cleaned and well organized. Keep up the good work“

“I am not a big reviewer but sometimes when an employee shows extra effort, especially a young person, it warrants a few minutes of your time. Chanel/Chantel greeted me immediately and told me she would be with me in just a minute while updating the people waiting on their pick up orders. She was warm/smiled and acted like she wanted to be there. They get so many “to go” orders so it’s a lot to juggle even if they don’t look busy in store. She communicated the entire wait and that’s all people really want when they see you are busy and doing your best. She is management material and if I had a business I’d try and steal her away- there was only one other person working with her at time and they were getting it done. The young man who cashed me out was equally as pleasant and asked how my day was. Give them both a raise- working last night 8/7 around 6-7pm at Johnston Rd location and if corporate reads this recognize them because most young people don’t have this kind of work ethic in 2025.“

“I was a little sad when I was told this location couldn't deliver to our office 2.9 miles away, but I also understand this was not decided by the employee on the phone. I picked up our order instead and the staff was extremely friendly, the prices are great, and the sandwiches are freaking delicious and well-made. But please consider broadening your delivery range for this store (or opening up a store closer to Pineville/Westinghouse Rd area).“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! “We go to this location often and always have great service. Tonight was exceptionally great! We were cutting it close to closing time so I called the store to make sure it was ok to order. To my surprise, Cam answered immediately and was so warm, friendly, and accommodating on the phone. I placed the order online and when I got there Cam was packing up my order with the same friendliness and energy as if it was first thing in the morning and not minutes before closing. 10/10 service and absolutely secured the position of favorite JJ location in Charlotte. “Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.“

“They are an exceptional team. There was mild frustration after ordering my sandwich (concerning a lack of money in the register) my total was $16, I handed them $20. They did not have 3 single dollar bills available to make change. However, they resolved this problem quickly and I got to enjoy a wonderfully prepared sandwich and fries. Things like that happen. But how your team handles it is everything. BRAVO!

“I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier!
