“Great food and atmosphere. Great French menu plus excellent cocktail drinks. Really top notch restaurant. One of my favorite places to eat in Hoboken.
Small area of improvement: It would be better if you did not turn off the lights to sing happy birthday. We went on a night where there were several birthday dinners, and it was a bit annoying for other guests to turn all the lights off.“

“Food was delicious and fairly priced. I had the smoked salmon sandwich. Loved the taste of the blue cheese mixed in with the salmon, red onions, and avocados.“

“Nice coffee place, they have breakfast options and desserts as well. If you dine in they have a second floor, which is more spacious, quiet and very cute.
Parking: Most of the time I am able to find street parking just by cafe, but sometimes you have to circle around“

“After all these years this old flame still has it.
Fun flirty staff crew, on top of their game.
Great French classics.
Foie gras, escargots, soupe L'oignone, Canard, Bone marrow, Steak frites, And of course, the dry aged prime beef Black Label Burger.
Good martini, great wine.
Perfect Soufflé.
Bon appétit !“

“Transparently, I only came to meet a friend for one cocktail in the afternoon and she ended up being over an hour late due to an unforeseen circumstance, yet the staff was still so incredibly kind to let me sloooooowwwwly nurse my single iced tea and wait at a a cozy little table near the back until my friend arrived.
It was a quiet day there none the less without too many other diners. Whoever manages this team, does it well. Thanks for making my alone time, not feel so alone.“

“Had to swing by the new Boucherie and see what this new addition was bringing to the Chicago scene. My visit on a Sunday at 7:30pm was way different than my visit on a Thursday night at 8:30pm. Sunday was calm, spacious with a very moderate noise level but Thursday night was oddly the complete opposite - it was loud, busy and had much less space! 😂 I’d definitely say be cognizant of that when you go; the vibes can vary. The drinks were good - my favorite was “La vie en rose” and the French martini was tasty as well. Loved the escargots and the garlic butter sauce they were drowned in! I also had the saumon roti and that choron sauce on top was delish! I wasn’t a fan of the Paris-Brest for dessert, but the crème brûlée was good! The interior is so beautiful! 😍 Stop by for a visit and see how you like this new Chicago restaurant! Ask for Manuel to be your waiter - he was the best!!!“

“My wife and I had a lovely little date night at this cute little French restaurant! The food was delicious, and the staff were so nice. We ordered the goat cheese appetizer, French onion spaghetti (which was downright amazing!), and the steak & frites. The steak was perfectly cooked medium-rare, soft and juicy. We got the creme brulee for dessert, which was very well done. The portion sizes were perfectly filling too!
The goat cheese was just ok for us, which the waitress asked us about - we didn't complain at all, just mentioned that we didn't want to pack it home since we're staying at a hotel and don't have an oven or air-fryer to properly heat it up, but because she knew that we didn't like it as much, her and the owner offered us their Spanish cheesecake as consolidation to take home for free. They really did not have to, but that is some solid A+ customer service and we appreciate them so much for being so nice.
Definitely recommend this place! Thank you so much again!“

“As return customers, each visit continues to exceed our expectations. From the moment you walk in, the service is nothing short of impeccable: warm, personable, and genuine.
We have enjoyed almost every dish on the menu over multiple visits, and not a single bite has ever fallen short of phenomenal. This most recent experience was no exception with memorable standouts including the Madai and Zebra Tomato starters, and Black Bass main. We always find a fantastic bottle of wine from their extensive wine list and their sommelier staff is highly knowledgeable.
It’s not just a meal here—it’s a culinary experience we look forward to every single time. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!“

“This restaurant blew me away, which I was not expecting. Everything about it was magnificent. Plus top end food and service without any stuffiness. Plus they had a wonderful restaurant week menu on top of a legitimate strawberry shortcake. Will definitely go again and take friends. What a place!“

“LeBernardin is the kind of dining experience you'd dress up for, book in advance, and immerse yourself in for hours. If you're looking for a taste of New York City dining elegance or a memorable evening, this is the place to be. While the prices aren't cheap, the sophistication and rhythmic atmosphere here are truly a treasure to be cherished.“

“I recently checked your restaurant’s website on Google, and I noticed it doesn’t look very professional. My name is Muhammad Zain Raza, and I’m a website developer. I would love to create a fully professional, responsive, and animated website for your restaurant, packed with many modern features to make it stand out. The best part is, I can do this for you at a very affordable rate without compromising on quality.“

“An incredible dining experience in Brooklyn. The tasting menu feels like a theatrical performance — beautifully choreographed from start to finish. The French-Japanese fusion dishes are refined, balanced, and full of surprises. Service is attentive, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and the location is very convenient by subway (but parking is nearly impossible). The duck pie is a stunning presentation, though the other dishes impressed me more in flavor. Perfect for a special occasion — they even offer a small cake if noted for a celebration. Would definitely return to try a new menu.“

Service: Excellent
Decoration: Incredible Creole hut, extremely successful frescoes
Food: the sausage rougail was excellent (he makes his own sausages!), the combava pork samosas just as good and the combava ice cream very good
I plan to come back often!!!“

“Just go. We are out-of-towners. Made the reservation (set an alarm) and everything was fantastic. Start to finish. The atmosphere is pure hospitality and good cheer. Our table wasn't ready, but we waited 5 minutes or less at the bar. The bartender put on a complete show and the cocktails were, well, just what anybody wants in a well-cratfted, well-made drink. When seated our waiter had spent time in our home town and we bonded. I loved how there was no rush, complete explanation of everything.....and genuine warmth. The food---every course was tantalizing and delicious. I ordered the escargot, the onglet steak. I was in a food coma and I honestly don't remember what others ordered. Except, the fish with potato fish scales. A thin of beauty, and, exceptional taste. Then, OMG, the desserts. My 3 guests all went for apple/tartes with ice cream. might have been peach. I don't do cooked fruit. Me, yup, straight to the cheese. We were there 4 hours and thought we might be late for our Birdland Jazz concert. But, we wrapped up and headed out. Shout out to the very cool, enthusiastic woman at the door who met us when we arrived. Can't wait to visit NYC again and make a fast run to Le Veau d'Or.
Just go. THE END.“

“We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Le Jardinier. The food from appetizers to entree to dessert was beautifully plated and excellently prepared. My duck entree was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and among the most tender I have had, and the blend of carrots and carrot purée, orange reduction, and wine sauce worked perfectly. The chocolate cremeaux was delicious - chocolaty yet light. Notably, the vegan ice cream was superb - I would not have known it was vegan if they didn’t say so. The service was very attentive and thorough, although the waiter was a bit inexperienced about the food. They were very generous helping us celebrate our anniversary, which I really appreciated.
Dietary restrictions: One member of our party has celiac disease, and they were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.“

“Overall fantastic food, but a couple of the dishes were over salted (leeks and chittara especially)
Will be back for the chicken liver parfait and the duck and the wine. Great service. Most of the wine on the list is natural which I don’t normally like (I prefer tradition/ classically made wine) and our server helped us find something we would enjoy. We had a delicious Provençal red.“

“This place is a great restaurant. The atmosphere really reflects a parisian Bistro. The food is very good. I gave a neutral stars rating for the service, not because it was bad, but because the waiters were very busy so they were kinda in a hurry to take our order and it took them a while to check on us to see if we needed anything else, on and off the menu. Anyways, I really recommend to have lunch or dinner there, preferably not at the peak hours and you'll probably a 5 star experience“

“Brought my daughter in this evening to celebrate her successful application for a student visa to France. Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Patrick and everyone else. (You know you’re in the right place when an off the cuff Monty Python joke lands perfectly and a reference to your Clash t-shirt is made in appreciation). The food and drinks were top-notch. Thank you all for making our special day and first visit to NYC so amazing!“

“We fancied a light brunch on our way up to the Broadway theatre for a matinee show of The Buena Vista Social Club and as we had enjoyed our brunch at the Tartinery café & bar in Greenwich Village last week, we decided to try their branch on Park Ave.
The café was very busy with a lot of office workers having lunch, however, we were shown to a small table for two without having to wait. The menu at this branch was very silmilar to the one at Greenwich Village, however, they didn't have the eggs benedict my wife really enjoyed there, so she had the avocado on toast with the additional of a soft poached eggs today, which she really enjoyed, and a latte. I went for the lunch combo deal of a delicious creamy chestnut & mushroom soup with a fantastic chicken salad petite tartine with celery & pistachio. We also ordered a very tasty ham & cheese croissant to share whilst we waited for our main courses.
We were served by a very friendly and helpful waitress and used the male & female toilets at the back of the café. There's also a takeaway counter near the entrance selling pastries & hot drinks to go.“

“Just want to give a shoutout to one of my favorite restaurants in Hoboken.
Ate at Barbes last night, and as always, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about French/Moroccan food. The food was excellent too, and the atmosphere was wonderful with live music.
5 stars across the board.“
