“If you like Spanish Portuguese food, this will satisfy whatever you feel like steaks to chops to fish to Mariscos 🦀. I took an order of garlic pork chops which were delicious and a great value to go for dinner later! The waiter I don't know if I'm spelling it right, Solo was terrific and attentive and he had a full bar to deal with too! I will probably go there today again!

“First time here. Apparently opened today, 11/13/21 and I'm happy I stopped in.I had the blueberry muffin smoothie and it was very good. Tasted like a liquified blueberry muffin. I think it was on point. I also had the crepe and that was also amazing. I'm picky with food and sweets and I did not mind paying for what i got. Well worth it.And the folks that own it and run it are super nice and friendly. They offer lots of discounts to repeat custys and for referrals. They also do raffles for gift card giveaways.And the place is super clean and very cozy.Try it if you are in town or live nearby.”

“I always come here whenever I want to eat Peruvian breakfast. This place is amazing. I dont understand why the reviews say rude things. The lady is always so nice. Everyone there are nice. I love the food. My family and I like this restaurant. Yes, you might have a barrier language. My family had tamale, chicharrón with sweet potato, and empanadas. We also ate lunch here.”

“Nana’s Noodle House is the type of place where you say “I’m just getting something light” and then leave emotionally attached to a bowl of noodles.

Everything here is ridiculously good. The broth tastes like it’s been perfected over generations, the noodles have the perfect texture, and every dish comes out looking like comfort food sent directly from the universe. First bite instantly had me rethinking every sad microwave meal I’ve ever eaten.

The portions are generous too, which means you’ll confidently ask for a to-go container and then somehow still finish the entire meal before the container arrives.

The vibe is cozy, relaxed, and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Perfect spot for cold weather, cheat days, bad days, good days, or honestly just days ending in “y.”

“Very casual atmosphere, I went during my break at work to get a quick bite. The pepperoni slice I got was thin which I really liked. I also got 3 garlic knots which were a little tough, it came with marinara which made fixed it. Wish they were softer but then again, can’t complain w the prices since they were amazing.
Perfect spot to go on your break or to get a quick bite.

“I'm a San Diegan that just moved here from Kearny. The California Burrito is the closest thing to home and it's delicious even for my standards. It's a burrito filled with steak, french fries, guac and sour cream. Spill some salsa on it and you're good to go.

Also had their cheesesteak which was delicious and great for the price. Will definitely come back.”

“Went on a weekend, when the truck is in the LA Fitness lot in Kearny. The best tacos we have ever had, outside Mexico. Birria, al pastor, chicken tacos all top-tier.

If you like eggs, I also strongly suggest the breakfast burritos, no matter what time of day. Get one and split it or save the other half for later, but don't miss it.”

“The Scots American Club is by far the best place this side of the Atlantic - to go for any Scottish events or if you're Scottish - just to drop by. They care about the culture, football and they will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. I wish all American bars (even if clubs) are like this one. The workers and owners are all fantastic and made this Scottish person feel welcome in a foreign land.

“In a rapidly changing world it's refreshing when good things stay the same. In September 1990 I moved from Newark to Kearny and on that weekend I experienced the great subs and service at D&F deli and was very happy. 35 years later it's the same, maybe even better. I'm diabetic now so I can't enjoy bread as much as I would like but the staff is kind and make a sub salad for me. I go in the later afternoon and it's a virtual all star team that serves as the staff. Anthony, Justin, Brandon, Emily and Debi are unique wonderful human beings who make everyone feel like family. The person who helps make these individual all stars into a cohesive team of Avengers is their inspirational leader Zack. He's the straw that stirs the drink. Zack serves as a mainspring does in an old fashioned watch and keeps everything working perfectly. Zack is a very kind human being with a big heart, the size of a 6 foot sub. Highest possible recommendation for D&F deli. Go there, you'll be happy you did.”

“Been going there since Middle School. I love the food and the portions they have it is a good price for a portion and the staff there are lovely people.

Dietary restrictions: I have some dietary restrictions such as no cheese or no tomatoes and I know how weird tomatoes are to have as a dietary restriction but they accommodate and or at least tell you what to avoid eating.

Parking: Parking spots I think there is 2 infant of the location 3 across the lot and below the street on the side where the location is there is probably 4

Kid-friendliness: It has a table to keep the kids calm as well as these coin machines and I've seen once where they helped a lady who had a baby stroller sit and help her with a chair as well put the baby stroller away so it wouldn't disturb the other customers.”

“Ordered a couple dishes from here on door dash for the first time and I am impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, not one complaint about any of it. I didn’t know what to expect because the prices are so low and you just don’t see that anymore, the chicken combo was only $9. The portions are generous and even though some of it is deep fried NONE of it is greasy. Will definitely stop by next time to try more dishes.”
